We have stayed here before. The room is huge and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy. The room is quiet and dark and the air-conditioning works beautifully. It has a big fridge and kitchenette. Two large doors lead out to a generous sized balcony. The bathroom is large and also has a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very obliging. The property has plenty of on site parking. There is a fabulous Cafe for breakfast or lunch that is a 2 minute walk away. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

The only thing I will say about this accommodation is that you need to step over a high sided bath to use the shower. This could be a problem for the aged or disabled.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location & both times, I have been met by friendly & helpful staff members at every step of the way. From the concierge who met me at 10 pm, to the cleaning staff who saw me on my way out, everybody was pleasant & cheerful. Cleaning staff left a friendly note & chocolate bar and the concierge is always good for a laugh (and chocolate bickies! Sshhhh...)

The bedroom gets a little too warm. The room is basically an enclosure, within the larger lounge-room space. The overall size is great, but the bedroom enclosure, combined with a polyester doona fitted to the bed, got too warm on warm Melbourne nights. I could have easily fixed the problem by turning the very effective air conditioner on overnight but chose not to.

Near tram stop for easy access to city Attention to detail ie supply of laundry liquid, dish washing liquid, dishwasher powder, shower caps. Everything you might need was available washing machine, dryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms/elevator. Would be a much better idea to be totally smoke free as this could be an issue for asthma sufferers and is an increased fire risk

The room was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was very large. We received a number of welcoming messages prior to our stay and during our stay. There was also a lovely hand written card left for us and the manager was very personable and attentive to us during our stay.

The bedrooms were hot at night and the traffic noise was far too loud to have the windows open for a breeze. There was an extra $15 charge for car parking. Unfortunately my daughter had $50 of her spending money stolen from her bag that was left in our room while we were out so I wouldn’t recommend leaving valuables in the room as there is a dishonest member on the cleaning staff. The manager was apologetic but unable to do anything about it.

The apartment was cleaned the day after I arrived which was just to remove minimal rubbish but there was no more cleaning at all for the rest of my six days there. No replenishment of coffee supplies etc so I bought my own. I asked at the office and was given only 4 sachets of sugar. General rubbish was kept in a very small swing lidded bin for 6 days. I had to buy air freshener because the smell permeated the lounge area. No bin for recycling. I organized all the recycling on the floor near the general rubbish bin. I hope and pray the papers/bottles were disposed of in an external recycling bin.

Great location for our needs. Excellent North facing unit on the back of the building that was quiet. Warm in winter... might be a bit hot in summer but there's an effective a/c. Doesn't really reach the bedrooms though. Comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Comfy enough lounge. Basic kitchen but we didn't cook any dinners in. Wonderful balcony with lovely views of trees and gorgeous homes with sunshine and a feeling of space. No linen service on the weekend if you need it which we didn't see in the info, so don't get caught.

The carpet was really grubby when we arrived but they steam cleaned it for us the next day and it was great after that.

no restaurants close by. Staff arranged Uber eats for us for a fee, which I was happy to pay, but there were stuff ups and delays with delivery. Breakfast packs available, but no butter for your bread, and no butter or oil available to cook the eggs. This is a recent offering I believe, so hopefully this kind of feedback will help.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Young man on reception was very helpful and polite. Location was good. It was quiet despite location and it being Saturday night.

We did not know parking was an additional cost, this was not advised. Bed was a bit firm. I would imagine the shower over bath set up could be a challenge for some.

Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos. My room was super clean, stylishly appointed with comfortable furniture & staff were funny & fun to engage with. There was NOTHING not to like. Secure off-street parking & basement elevator made coming & going at all hours easy & it felt safe.

Previous guests seem to have paired their own viewing history onto the free, provided, Netflix account for the room. I recommend they be erased, so that new guests can access a blank slate, rather than other people's viewing preferences.
