Location was great, Bed was super comfortable, Studio room was large. Great Communication with Staff on duty

2 shower heads in our bathroom, bathtubs enamel has come away from the bathtub and it felt quite icky standing in the bathtub to have a shower. Fridge kept pulling out every time we opened it. We had a Studio room which had a door between us and the neighbours who were super noisy. A construction site next door very noisy in the morning. Room cleaning they don't make your bed, they just put the top Donna over and underneath is how you left it when you got out of bed. No soft lighting in the room

Quest has a great location to the shopping precinct. It’s clean & tidy…

Car park conversion can be heard loud and clear at all times of the night if people are being too loud along with conversation in the internal stairways. The walls are paper thin also and talking can also be heard loud and clear. I was woken up around 2am from the apartment next door. I did think there was a medical emergency next door and it took a moment for me to realize that the couple next door was getting it on…

The staff here have been brilliant! Couldn't ask for anything more from them. I was down for a family member having major surgery and due to complications had to have an unexpected 2nd surgery. I was able to book an extra day, day by day as needed, with staff ensuring I didn't need to move rooms. Thank you to the staff for easing accommodation issues for me. Was one less thing to worry about.

TV channels didn't work and the smart tv isn't connected to the wifi.

Spacious room, handy kitchen facilities, good sized bathroom. Welcomimg and helpful staff. Room on 3rd level; no lift, but staff member willingly carried our bags up. I could walk to large shopping centre and get some provisions (10-15 min) Good on-site parking

TV streaming services didn't work & reception not staffed due to being after 9.30 pm. Internet seemed problematic.

Great location, quiet, large clean room with everything we needed for our stay.

Some apartments had balconies where people could smoke outside, but the smoke smell came into the building and up the stairs. Our room smelt greatly of cigarette smell the first two nights and our window was locked with a key that ours didn't open, so we couldn't air out the room. The replacement key didn't work either, but the smell seemed to clear the following day. Pillows were too firm for us but then everyone is different.

Adjoining apartments worked perfectly for our grown family of five. Parking right outside our door was convenient. Perfect location for visiting areas on the peninsula and plenty of great dining out options. Really friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious ground floor apartment, central location in Frankston, closed to the beach and shopping area. Undercover parking. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Warm beds and good aircon throughout the unit.

The kitchen is not well equipped. Some minor repairs required in the kitchen and bathroom

The unit we had was a really good set up for 2 bedrooms. The pool was nice. The location was good. Close to Frankston centre.

There was a lot of stairs for old people and carrying luggage. No lift. Our room wasn’t serviced very often.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to help you.

There was rust or something brown in the bath. I found a couple of hairs when unfolding towels. The cold tap for shower almost came off when turning off shower. Didn't like the oldschool shower over the bath.

Staff and service were great, parking provided and location was good

Noise was loud at night and early morning through connecting door between room and neighbouring 2 bedroom unit. Sleep difficult and interrupted - perhaps fitting of noise reduction on bottom of door would assist.
