We got a 1 bedroom apartment. All facilities are there, namely: - big screen ftal TV with youtu2and Netflix access - separate bedroom - AC unit in living room - fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, kettle, microwave and even a toaster - additional single bed - a sofa - washing machine - an iron and ironing board etc. Location is great and it is 15-20 min from main sightseeing places and theaters. Coles supermarket is 7 min walking distance. Southern Cross train station is next to Coles, ie also 7 min walking distance. Very comfy debds and pillows. Warm inside. Melbourne Airport taxi ride was only 30 min and costs approx A$30. But be aware if you travel to/from another airport, ie Avalon Airport it will take you 1 hour and cost over A$200. Overall great value for money

Reception works only until 6 pm so if you arrive outside of their working hours you gotta call them for instructions to enter premises. There is no room cleaning, unless you stay for 6+ nights. We would just stick out our rabbish bags outside the room. No food inside, but since plenty of cafés and a kitchen is available, it was not. a problem.

The Aspire was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Australia. A modern, spacious, spotlessly clean luxury high rise in the heart of the beautiful city of Melbourne with gorgeous city views from floor to ceiling windows from our apt on the 23rd floor. Like I said, FABULOUS. The pool, sauna, work-out rooms on the 9th floor are not to be missed. Living room couch very comfortable. My husband watched the superbowl while we were there and was in heaven. Wifi is fast and secure. Bed, pillows, linens all very comfortable. Bathroom/shower excellent. Kitchen well appointed. Concierge Staff members are so kind and helpful (shout out to Katherine!!) FYI: Check out the William Angliss School of Hospitality at the end of the block (2 min walk). Their cafe offers excellent food at great prices. You can eat brunch and take dinner back to your apt if you don't feel like cooking or eating out.

We found absolutely NOTHING to dislike

We give Aspire 10/10. The reception staff were excellent, especially Catherine and Angelene, they would give us suggestions of where to visit and how to get there, they made our 21 night stay so much better. We loved our room on the 23rd floor. The spa and pool are fantastic with views with it being on the 9th floor. Our room was so good looking down at an interesting intersection, always something to look at. It was so good to have a kitchen and washing machine. The tall buildings at night are so pretty. We would never stay anywhere else if we return to Melbourne. Thank you for my birthday gift, very thoughtful. Thank you so much Catherine and Angelene we miss you already.

It would be very hard to fault anything at Aspire.

Catherine and the other girl who attended to us were very lovely and helpful. I also got to meet one of the housekeepers who was lovely. We stayed at a 1 bed appartment. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view. The best part of our stay was the hotel facilities. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing, the steam room was another level 😅. The pool was a bit disappointing as it doesn't get deep. But it was lovely to relax at. The gym is well equipped and great for a daily workout. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the BBQ area. But it was very spacious and it has an indoor area where you can enjoy your meal and company.

We received different information from different staff member. We had requested an early check in which was granted but when we got there it seem there was a problem. One of the staff members sort it out quickly and we only had to wait 10 min. She seemed a bit distressed with the situation. She was absolutely lovely and did her best to sort out the issue. Unfortunately, I forgot her name.

This property had everything we required for our 6 night stay in Melbourne. It is within easy walking distance from trains and trams, Southern Cross Station is only a 5 minute walk away. Marvel Stadium is also within easy walking distance. The cooking facilities are excellent, the beds comfortable, the apartment was clean and there was plenty of room in the bathroom/shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy to help with hints on how best to get to the places we were planning on visiting. As we were not there for an entire week, the apartment was not serviced, but when we ran out of toilet paper, the staff were happy to organise a few spare rolls. We pre-organised a late check-in (outside reception hours) and it was a simple process, even for two very weary travellers. There is a Coles supermarket nearby if you want to take advantage of having your own kitchen, but there are also plenty of eateries nearby. We loved the apartment, and will definitely return here when next in Melbourne.

Nothing.

Great price point and room sizes for our family group of 5. The hotel got us too rooms in the end of a corridor which was great, meant we could go between with no fuss or other people around. The view was incredible, could see so much which was wonderful for introducing my family to Melbourne for their first trip there. The beds were comfortable, warm, good size. Good kitchen appliances and a lot of kitchen utensils should you need them.

The first night was very windy and the building creaked so loudly, was very hard to sleep with the noise. It was swaying not that you could feel but you could definitely hear. Some sound proofing in the walls between the beams would be good, though I’m no engineer to know if that possible, just idea :)

Fantastic pool and outdoor spa. Great location near train stations, restaurants, Spencer Outlet Centre, and Flagstaff Park. There was a full kitchen although I didn't use it, and a washing machine.

Some wine glasses would be good. There is no housekeeping for short stays and reception closed at 6pm so by the time I got back they weren't available to request things like more teabags or dry towels- would be good if they had some kind of system where you could make requests out of hours that can be acted upon in hours when you're out of the room.

We self-catered for meals most of the time, which is what we prefer. The location is perfect, for getting to and from the airport, Marvel Stadium, MCG, Albert Park trams and anything near the CBD. We found an excellent carpark a short walk away. We parked at the front door after 10am to load our luggage.

We would have liked onsite parking, but we found convenient and economical parking within walking distance. The accommodation was so good that the parking was not a problem.

Brand new facilities (pool, gym, sauna, steam room) made for a special stay. Fantastic value for money, room was spacious and clean. Located close to airport bus station making it an easy trip from the airport and back. Staff helpful and friendly.

There were structural gaps between the top of the window casing and outside building in our bedroom, meaning there was a permanent low hum (sounded like air con but wasn't). Recommend this be fixed as it was annoying.

Excellent location on King Street and a 10 minute walk to the Southern Cross train station. Easy access to the Melbourne tram network and a nice Korean restaurant and bar a almost next door. The Queen Victoria Market is a fun place to visit and was a pleasant 15 minute walk via the Flagstaff Gardens. Our one bedroom apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The only negative was the reception desk is not 24/7 however I understand this is about to change soon.
