Very clean just that the location is not very near to the shopping area need to walk about 15mins. Like that they provide pocket wifi and allow guests to deposit luggages after check out

Upon arrival, the staff was very lovely and we had a really good first impression of our room. I liked how checkin was at 2pm, instead of 3pm. Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the library space, pool and just overall vibe inside. The pool area was soooo nice. It was very spacious in the halls in the building and was giving luxurious vibes. I do recommend this place if you want a quieter spot to stay.

- The doors in our room would not fully open due to the beds being in the way, so it was a bit awkward. - Parking was available but at a near parking garage, had an impression there would have been one right at the place but it was okay. - No free wifi

Great location, close to trams and Marvel Stadium, which is where we went for a concert. Pool was great, on the rooftop which was pretty cool. Beds comfortable, good facilities in kitchen. Was able to leave our luggage as we arrived early and also stored our luggage after checking out so we could do some shopping before heading to the airport.

For a two-bedroom apartment, it was very small. You couldn't close the bedroom doors without moving the beds. The bedrooms had no room at all to move. The bathroom was fine, although the lighting was very ordinary. There was no information in the room about facilities or whether they had free wi-fi, pool opening hours etc. We stayed 2 nights, our room wasn't cleaned after the first night. No towels for the pool so had to use the room towels.

We used uber in some ocasions as it was a bit hard to learn how to use the tram. Most of the time we just walked everywhere as all atractions were closed by. We used tours to go to the mornington peninsula offspring baths and to go to the puffin billy train. Spent days at the Direct Factory Outlets on black friday weekend and had the best time around nice restaurants. the hotel is closed to everything and the rooftop pool was amazing! Also rooftop BBQ facilities and having a fridge and kitchen and dishwasher made our stay a lot more confortable.

Not having aircon in the rooms or even a fan was very hard as it was very hot and this was early november so i can only imagine how bad will be in summer! The beds were too soft but managable.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend! Super easy check in, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms with an awesome view, fantastic gym and rooftop pool (open until 10pm) with lots of loungers and a bbq available

No real complaints! Just make sure you don’t choose the wrong lifts and end up going up and down like my husband did (I checked in while he parked and forgot to tell him some don’t reach the upper levels) - he laughed about it but others may not! And the one time I forgot my shaver there unfortunately wasn’t one in the room - might be the norm now in motels but I searched in cupboards hoping to find the usual motel freebies like razor, sewing kit etc, couldn’t find anything. Tried calling reception from the room twice but no answer.

The apartment was much bigger than expected, and the layout made it easy to have a shared communal space, but also separate bedrooms and bathrooms. There were lots of powerpoints great for charging things, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is directly outside one tram stop, a two block walk to Flagstaff train station and a five block walk to Southern Cross. Around the corner is a food strip that made it easy to get lunch, and the area was quiet and felt very safe.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing we didn't realise (and this was our mistake for not reading in detail) was that there is no WIFI provided and we had to hotspot.

Lovely large space. We had a balcony which made the most of our street view. Everything we needed was provided and certainly looking forward to our return visit in a few days. Unfortunately our arrival was delayed so we missed the pool and didn't get to check out what was around.

The room accommodated 4, we were 3. There were only 2 towels in the room. No wifi code. Apparently it requires a dongle from reception at no cost. It would be nice to be informed of this when checking in. We were ready for bed when we learned this making a trip to reception a right nuisance.

Shape of apartment long and narrow next to lifts although good soundproofing, balcony apartment however view of air conditioners and building bricks, reception odd placement offset to entrance a little confusing, single beds in apartment mattress unstable felt like going to fall out and no space between beds and door in this room better suited for one double bed rather than 2 singles, 2 wag bathroom to bedroom 2 however this door locked and unable to open, couch nice aesthetics however uncomfortable

The ladies at reception were very helpful with check in, we were able to check in early as our room was ready. The room was equipped well, lots of coffee, tea and hot choccy options in the kitchenette. The main bedroom was spacious and had a big bed. So many full length mirrors in the WIR to the ensuite, awesome! The balcony has plenty of room and love that the balcony windows are button functioned to open and close up.

The balcony could do with a little more cleaning.

Spacious and comfortable apartments - well equipped with full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and utensils. The space was clean and modern, and located right in the centre of the city with great public transport access. The rooftop terrace and pool offers great views of the city and there is also a gym and lounge area for guests. Overall, despite a few minor issues we enjoyed our stay and thought it was value for money.

No Wi-Fi inside rooms, no streaming options on television. Limited room information/instructions were provided. Housekeeping did not service our rooms during our 4-night stay until requested, and lift noise can be audible from bedrooms. Key cards did not work on several occasions.
