The accommodation was spacious to accommodate 6 people. The facility is old but well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is accessible by public transport and not far from CBD.

We stayed for 12 nights but they didn’t provide free room cleaning services. It was additional cost. I think for long stay for more than a week there should be at least one free room service. There was no cleaning items provided (broom, wiper, duster etc.) for cleaning carpet and bathroom.

Location is fantastic loads to do within walking distance. Apartment large and spacious fully equipped with everything - jacuzzi Bath worked really well.

It needed to be a little better cleaned. As in cobwebs wiped down on verandah glass panels & the broken clothes line taken down.

Location was excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpfull

Everything you could want and more was included in the apartment.

The only criticism (if you can call it that ) was that a very small amount of things needed renewing. IE Carpets in living room had a few threads running through them. BUT i have to say other than that the apartment was airy and great value and 5 mins walk to all amenities and bars / restaurants etc to take you straight to Melbourne which was 10 to 20 mins depending on which tram route you took (there were 3 to choose from).

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Good size kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very central location, close to trams (15-20 mins to CBD) and restaurants. The Manager was responsive to our requests and messages. Overall, a good comfortable stay.

Some parts of the apartment are are in need of sprucing up. Understand that there is plan to do some renovations which would make the apartment more appealing.

Beautiful apartment.except the address given is a busy St Kilda St, where's you can't stop. You need to come around from the back & enter Pattison St, St Kilda VIC 3182 which is better place to stop unload or even enter the basement car park . Otherwise once you sort that out, everything else is very easy.

The address advertised is a busy St. Pattison St, St Kilda VIC 3182 should be the real address where you could easily unload & even enter the basement car part. Remember St Kilda is a very busy St.

Sadly the faucet in the bathroom was loose but did not affect our usage.

Nice large apartment, had everything we needed, guy on reception was brill couldn't do enough for us. Easy access to city and beach, supermarket within walking distance.

The apartment as a whole needs updating and new carpets, decorating and general maintenance to get it to a great apartment.
