The location is excellent - 10 mins to NGA, 2 minutes to the Shrine of Remembrance, 7 minutes to the Botanic Gardens, and 1 minute to a tram. I loved that I could use stairs to get to the room - I really don't like elevators! The staff were also welcoming, helpful, polite, and kind. The couch was comfy (I fell asleep when I didn't mean to), and the bed was comfy too (I stayed asleep once I moved from the couch to the bed!).

I couldn't find the toaster. I'm short and didn't see it in the top cupboard. I did see lots of fingerprints on the kitchen cabinetry though, and wished I had something to clean them off with.

The decor was very appealing and the layout of our apartment was perfect. The staff were exceptional and very cheerful and professional.

Overall our apartment was good. It was modern and well layed out. The bathroom with shower over bath needs another hand rail on the wall as the only thing to hold is the towel rail and is dangerous and likely to come off the wall with pressure. The hygiene is good but more care cleaning doors and handle in both the kitchen and cupboards as well as room doors. There were sticky glass marks on the coffee table and there was food and finger marks on the picture in one of our bedrooms.

Its situated near the shrine of memorial, they dont serve breakfast but there are coffe shops nearby. I think you get the value for the money you paid for. They have spa, pool, sauna and gym. We went there on off peak days and its worth it. As we have the facilities by ourselves. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. I paid 161 dollars for 1 room for 4 adults and a child and got more than I expected. The room is spacious but a bit outdated. It is still a great place to stay though specially of you are on a budget.

The photos does not match the property, the room is older than being marketed. Parking on the side of the building is a bit tricky as it is a one way in and out. You have to pay attention to incoming cars when leaving the parking area.

I had a one bedroom apartment. It was roomy, floor to ceiling windows in the lounge and bedroom they did not open. The air conditioning was good. Kitchen facility was also good, the essentials provided and a full sized fridge. The shower water was nice and hot.

The toilet was in the corner of the bathroom and you don't have room to sit straight on it, you have to turn to the side. The bed was 2 singles pushed together, so you had a ridge in the middle and each bed was different, one was firmer than the other. The shower was ok but the pressure not strong, adequate but not strong.

Our Room was large with a self contained kitchen and laundry. There was a dining table and lounge in the living area and the bedroom was spacious. Outside the accomodation there were trams running all the time and we could get to anywhere in the city or suburbs we wanted easily.

Not a lot of eating places close to the accomodation. We had to tram into the city to find restaurants not that it was a big issue as trams ran frequently from the hotel. It was just if you wanted a quiet night in.

Location near the Botanical Garden was great. It was a longish walk to Southbank and the restaurants there. The apartment was comfortable and kitchenette well fitted . The washing machine with the separate dryer was really useful

Parking was a bit tricky through a narrow alley at the rear of the building…And then having to walk up two flights of stairs to the lobby level !! They did warn us though. While booking the room it wasn’t clear that there was only one bathroom… I thought both bedrooms would have attached bathrooms

In an excellent spot for access to the shrine and the lightscape event that was on. Easily accessed from Geelong or other arrival areas. Staff were very friendly and made the stay a pleasure. Having the IGA literally down the road made it very easy for snacks, and the takeaway places in the street behind make it easy to satisfy the appetite.

My only gripe would be the $25 per night parking. I believe this should be included in the room rate. You pay enough for a room, then to get the extra on top. It just is like a double dip. However, it is clearly noted on the website and booking.com

Staff were always so helpful and friendly. The apartment was very spacious. Very quiet. Super comfy bed. Handy to light rail. A good walk to South Melbourne Markets.

Parking very awkward, especially at the moment with road works out the front. Not having direct access to the parking, with only steps from the parking to reception. We travel with more than a couple of cases, so we needed a trolley. However the staff again were very good to us, getting the trooley in & out of the lift, which was not aligned well with the floors. Shower head is a bit old, needs to be updated to one that can be moved, for different sized people. Also having to climb into the bath for the shower is not ideal, especially for older folk. Kitchen area needs a little more light

In a great location for sightseeing. Walking distance to the Shrine of Remembrance, Botanical Gardens, Albert Park, Southbank restaurants and Yarra River. Large comfortable apartment with floor to ceiling windows, plenty of light, TV in lounge and both bedrooms, temperature control, large wardrobes, spa, swimming pool and gym facilities. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Limited crockery, cutlery and glasses in the kitchen area. Musty smell from the carpet in the hallway on the first floor in the tower section, probably due to some kind of spillage as not experienced anywhere else in the building.

Great location, very helpful staff. Easy access to trams to get where you need to go into the City or elsewhere. Generous sized rooms with full facilities. Staff here have always been great and they were very accommodating and helpful again this time. Makes this a great place to stay.

Water pressure for the shower was a little ordinary and the valve switching from bath outlet to the shower rose kept clicking back in. The restaurant here used to be amazing shame to see it gone, guessing a casualty of Covid. International Roast coffee in the room? C'mon guys you can do better.
