We loved our stay here. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. Close to the Crown and Docklands and easy to navigate around from the hotel.

The twin room we stayed in was small as we expected. The frosted glass and location of the room was exceptionally dark because of the adjacent building blocking any sun. We woke up early thinking it was 7am when it was actually 9-10am. The lack of light can be deceiving. The toilet and shower are located next to the beds and is open plan so there is no private space to change and undress. If privacy is an issue I wouldn't stay in this room for that reason. We spent more time sight seeing than in our hotel so it worked for what we wanted.

Location was good, with supermarket just down the road and a pizza and dairy across the road, it was also quiet and the room was sunny

everytime i went to the reception it took ages to get served. I loved the idea of the " save the planet and not have your room serviced, and get a $10 credit" which i did about 6 times in my 2 week stay. one night in the bar I asked what food the hotel does and the bar tender told me none -" just the muffins in the cabinet". I found out after i checked out that they actually do breakfast, Had i known i would have used the credit for that instead of forgoing it!

Location is great, only a short walk from the Southbank. Rooms were clean and comfy with amenities like nespresso machine, teas etc. The hotel have an affiliation with a nearby Wilson’s parking, so you can park for 24 hours for $25 which was handy.

Although I had only one booking I was charged separately for each room, meaning I paid two transaction fees; not sure why when it was all under the same name & same booking.com reservation. Because of facing other buildings it was necessary to draw the blinds fully meaning it was very dark in the rooms, and easy to oversleep. Rooms are very small especially if two of you with suitcases; no where to open a suitcase except on the floor in front of the bathroom door.

The Location was very central to all attractions and was very clean tidy and comfortable...bed so comfy..havent had such a good sleep in ages!! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accomadating. Will say the artwork was awesome..very cool! Lol I will definately come again! 🤗

Maybe the instructions on the TV could have included a few other things..like where kettle was, and wifi number (forgot to ask), instructions on heating and cooling...but then again maybe It was my fault and didnt navigate it properley!!

Close to the city, a slight walk from the station. Crown is just around the corner. Bed was nice. Shower pressure was amazing. Felt really clean. Windows have dual curtains for blackout. Very quiet, no city noise.

I know the sheets were clean, however there was a stain on the sheets. It was late and we were tired, so we didn't call to get them changed. Aircon was a bit loud. But it kept the room cool, so no big deal. Weird shaped rooms, was a bit awkward to move around bed as there was a column running up one wall.

I liked how the room was clean and it wasn't to far of a walk to get to some main attractions the shower was nice and the shower pressure was awesome and loved how there was art everywhere in the hotel very different to all the other places I've stayed at very groovy

The bed was alil hard for myself and my partners liking but that's nothing to major took alil while to figure out how the air con worked cause we had it on 23 and it felt like nothing was coming out and wasn't until I got the timer going it started working so maybe put some instructions on how to get it working (or maybe im just dumb lol)and the staff was professional but didn't get a hey how you going so alil more small talk and the WiFi works but isn't great but otherwise everything was good.

Loved the quality tea and the coffee machine in the room, 2 free drinks voucher on arrival, comfy bed, big TV at the end of the bed, choice of free movies and TV (tech all worked perfectly), $20 voucher if you don’t have your room serviced, cafe was fun and food was nice and reasonably priced, staff were nice, quality reusable toiletries (no wasteful minis) subsidised parking. Sparkling or still water in the cafe was appreciated as a little luxury.

Plumbing a bit noisy at night. Location isn’t great on public transport so be prepared to walk but the hotel quality for price offsets this. You need to be very friendly with whoever you’re sharing with as the toilet is pretty much in the room : )

It was everything I needed it to be. It was functional and pretty so I didn't mind that it was small.

Cleaner must have forgotten to check the kettle because it was gross on the inside. I think some previous guest tried to cook something in it. Also we had some misscommunications with the staff over breakfast. We thought it was complimentary, something was said about us not being eligible for a discount when I didn't ask for one anyway. We got confused and went elsewhere for breakfast. A bit annoying but no biggie.

The hotel is very well located right in the city. Staff we're very friendly and accommodating. They have staff on site 24/7 so late check in is not an issue.We had no warm water in our room, so they found us another room, which again had no warm water, so we switched for a second time, this time with hot water and with an upgrade. A little annoying having to move twice but staff were very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Wish I could take the shower pressure and the pillows home. We stayed in a queen room, not a huge room but it didn’t need to be. Loved how quirky the hotel was. Staff were excellent and so accommodating. The cafe next door Mr.Summit really does have the best coffee and toasties and the location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to crown, plenty of restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The food works across the road was super convenient.

No parking on the property is the only let down
