Great location. Woolies over the road and 20-30 minute walk maximum to main locations and attractions. 10-15 minute walk to crown. Comfy beds, pretty tidy perfect for a small family. Overall the stay was great.

Being locked out of my room to find out it's because they didn't take a payment for the hotel. Would have been nice if they knocked on the door or just called the room phone. They took every other payment for deposits and parking but not the main one and didn't check it on check in. Maybe if they just checked on check in would not have been an issue.

The layout of the room. The location (very close to Woolworths) Considering it was next to the main motorway, you could hardly hear the traffic (double glazing was a smart idea)

That we were told that the room was only going to be made once per week, which was great, however, this was not the case. We asked for it not to be done but only on a certain day, which wasn't done. When we came back to the room after work, and it wasn't done on the day that we asked for, we were told that housekeeping had already finished for the day. But the lovely manager on duty that day bought up fresh towels and made the bed for us. The sink in the sink leaked underneath. The shower in the main bathroom leaks under the door. The fridge door didn't close properly. Every time the garbage shoot was used it sounded the front door was opening. the bathroom on the 19th floor wasn't cleaned on arrival. both rooms didn't have a baking tray, or tongs. room on level 18 didn't have an iron.

I originally picked a studio apt. they upgraded me to a one bed room apt. At a higher cost of course. Not a problem, the apt. was clean and well equipped with a dishwasher and clothes washing machine. The building had a gym, and a pool an absolute must have for any extended stay. The staff was very helpful especially when it comes to the mail. I have been in several buildings where the staff couldn't care less about the mail. The staff at Imagine Marco treat the mail better than the post office. I would absolutely book another stay when visiting Melbourne.

The only problem I encountered in the room was in the bathroom. There were a few sewer flies. not sure where they were coming from.

It was clean, well located. Loved the views. Loved having the apartment serviced daily.

The internet was appalling. We could not watch TV as the internet kept cutting out. The couch was super uncomfortable and is not for a cozy relaxing end to your day and the one in our apartment was coming apart at the seams and dirty. We also had to shift rooms when we checked in as the first apartment had a generator running just outside our door which was super noisy and the apartment needed repair. I am happy that they shifted us to another apartment without question, but wonder why they put us there in the first place. That floor was clearly being renovated and should have been closed to public.

The beds were comfy and spaceous rooms, great price point especially during AO, pool was fun, lots of TV options.

Access to towels, had to arrange at front desk, should be available in pool area, they were just normal bath towels. Also the free WIFI was pretty much non-existent

Great location within waking distance of many Melbourne attractions. We were on the 22nd floor so had a fabulous view. It was very handy having Woolworths and BWS across the road.

Unfortunately the shower was badly designed and it was very easy to flood the bathroom. Obviously by the uneven flooring outside the bathroom and damaged skirting and bathroom door, this is a long term issue. I feel that staff should have prewarned us of this, especially since they take a security deposit in case of damage. However I did think the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Handy location to Casino and Southbank and short walk into the city

Please Read Do not stay here, rooms were filthy, i couldn’t walk around without shoes on otherwise my feet would be black on the bottom, balcony was filthy, bed sheets covered in stains so we’re the towels, cupboards, bench tops and dining table all needed to be wiped down, showers and toilet were not properly cleaned, not enough towels and toilet paper in rooms, also hair everywhere!!!! over all do not stay here

reasonable location with walking distance to city and msg. Room was very clean and spacious and modern facilities. The bedding was very comfortable with good views. Was good having two bathroom type facilities

The Television didn't work as the network was advising it wasn't connected. the bedrooms were quite small in size so it was difficult to walk around other side of bed and get past the TV on the wall. Also not having many powerpoint in the Kitchen bench area and in the study area. Also there were no cooking utensils for the oven or hotplates ie saucepans, pan.

We got an upgrade. Super clean. Appreciated the towel and bin change. Staff were helpful. Good location (close to Southbank and South Melbourne). Walking distance to Woolies. Great sound proofing. Super comfy bed. Ubers could find you easily.

The area was a little sketchy. We were 2 female friends and had to be careful.
