Our stay was great, the park was so peaceful and the location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with quality furnishings, etc. I will definitely stay again.

The only fault I could find was the internet reception, which was non-existent most of the time. Frustrating for organising family catch ups. This wasn't the parks fault. It was because of a faulty tower that hadn't been fixed by Telstra.

We had a one bedroom chalet, which was fine; very clean and adequately equipped. The aircon worked well. Our view were the trees fringing the golf course, with a bonus kangaroo on the first night.. 😊

In the bedroom - apart from hanging space in the wardrobe, there is no shelving for any clothes and also no room to leave a suitcase/bag set up; this was awkward and definitely inadequate. The table in the living is way too small. The television is sitting kind of awkwardly in the corner next to the fridge. Not a big drama, but not ideal.

Facilities were great. Kitchen with adequate sized fridge, hotplates, aircon and TV,couch/sofa bed for extra people. It was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. Loved the bush outlook from the chalet verandah that were habitat for the friendly kookaburras,Rosella's and magpies. Bed was clean and comfy. Showers nice and hot. Location was great for us with our own vehicle. Didn't have opportunity to explore the Chinese restaurant or estuary due to short stay. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

WiFi a bit slow at times

Location is great but note the traffic is noisy, stayed in motel units at front of property, but do get a lovely water view, so location is still a winner. It was clean and neat, and staff are warm and welcoming.

Motel units are dated and a bit tired, so don't expect updated furniture, curtains or appliances. AND the traffic noise. BUT this is why it is value for money accommodation.

The motel room slept 3. It was spacious, extremely well maintained and excellent value for money. Decent sized fridge and kitchen facility. Bathroom was clean and recently renovated. There is a tavern and bottle shop and Chinese restaurant next door which is convenient. We only stayed overnight for a function in Eaton but could have happily stayed longer.

Key to room was tricky - no big deal

Very roomy 2 bedroom motel unit. Great hot water and very clean. Staff are very friendly every time we stay here. Location is great. Bonus having Garden Palace Chinese next door.

Got a bit noisy around 4.30 - 6.00 am traffic in and out of the park, possibly shift workers/permanent residents. We don't usually hear any of that when staying down in the chalets at the back of the park. The Queen bed was a little hard but that is likely a personal preference thing. TV could be positioned a little lower on the wall. Wifi was a little slow.

The reception ladies are lovely Quick and smooth check in ..10/10 to them. Thank you.

The fact that one male employee took it upon himself just after 10 mins off checking in . he comes over and says what's going on here only two booked here ?!!!!!! Yes only two where booked there, ther other 3 where already onsite visiting other family who where also booked at site ..... clearly states visitors are allowed !! Found that quite rude...

The room was ready when we arrived. The office staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A pleasant stay.

Although we had an allocated parking space, others sometimes took that space. There were a lot of workers staying at the facility who often left very early in the morning and arrived back late in the afternoon and were, not intentionally I am sure, a little noisy.

heating was very efficient . location very handy to both shops and local tourist attractions. ie. Ferguson valley area. Amenities very clean and well maintained. P Very enjoyable stay and we would recommend and come and stay another time.

Parking beside chalet was a little tight for our SUV but we managed ok. We understand the reason with all the chalets and limited land in obviously a popular location.

The ease of arriving and getting our keys. The person on the phone was friendly and polite and the instructions were straight forward. (We arrived on Christmas Day) The units were tidy and spacious and had everything we needed. Loved that my kids were next door to us and we were in a quiet area of the camping grounds.
