All of the above was very acceptable. My grandson and his friend loved the space and the beds. The indoor pool is the big attraction.
The price. I paid $400.00 per night. I was telling the maitre'd at your restaurant that I was paying $400.00 per night and I was still on the first floor, there was silence from him. On the three occasions that I have stayed at your hotel with a child and/or children, we have loved the pool and dined at your restaurant. Both of which are faultless. My grandson's friend threw up after dinner. My apologies to the staff for that misdemeanor. I'm not sure I can afford you any more and that makes me sad.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was perfect also. Bed was very comfortable which actually I give it a 10/10 score from me because I have had spinal surgery and ongoing back issues, and I did not get out of bed aching the next morning, nor did I feel unconmortable during the night.
The only issue I have is this. I was in room 210. It was a windy and stormy night outside and all night long there was the howling of the wind coming through the vent which is in the ceiling where you first walk into the room. I thought it would stop but it actually went on all night and was still going when I checked out. I cannot imagine this is what happens in all the rooms, but just feeding back tto you that it was an issue. It was very, very loud and made sleeping extremely difficult.

A unique type of accommodation, very clean and set in stunning grounds with wildlife roaming freely. Plenty of parking and very peaceful. A very warm welcome received when checking in and was provided with lots of local information. Breakfast was served in the most wonderful room, decorated with so many beautiful items.
We wasn’t comfortable sharing the kitchen with strangers, not having a kettle in the room meant having to get dressed to make a hot drink. The self catering facilities we’re extremely good, but we would’ve liked the option to make a drink in the room. Breakfast was a little disorganised as it wasn’t really clear as to what to do, there was, however, cereals, toast and you could order eggs and bacon.

For space our room was one of the best for a twin setup.
The bathroom, although very clean, had a shower in the bath which had no handrails and was very slippery. As seniors we needed to be very cautious when using this. We also are eco conscious and would have preferred not to have towels changed every day even though we left them hanging on the towel rack. We did mention this to one of the 'supervisors' but this didn't make any difference.

Comfortable bed great shower pressure good meal and view quick walk to the ocean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Not the roomiest room, having to hire a microwave was ridiculous for $10 a.day or at all considering the comparison of room cost we have experienced. The WiFi was the most annoying it was non existent and extremely frustrating it should not have been advertised. No bottle opener was in the room when there was a fridge full of beer that was also annoying. Not being able to adjust the aircon made it cold or noisy (if we opened the sliding door). The curtains let too much morning sun in so we could get a sleep in we have stayed in many places and found this didn't compare well. The car park was good to have but not the easiest to park in with a 4wd.

our room was very clean and our bed was quite good and quite comfortable. facilities were good.
view from our room was not great, showering was very slippery, breakfast was very nice but very expensive, access to the hotel room was good, but parking not always available (on two occasions, somebody had occupied two car spaces (with just one car) in the disabled parking bays, that was extremely annoying)

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, some great cafes and within easy walking distance to the beach and estuary walks. 1 bedroom unit was spacious, clean and comfortable for our stay.
Kitchen plates & bowls in the kitchenette were dirty, I presume from previous guests. All equipment should be washed & thoroughly cleaned before next guest checks in. Given what we've just been through with Covid, I would expect that processes should be in place to ensure absolute hygiene is a focus in all units.

A particular staff member crystal went way out and beyond to make our stay extremely memorable. Amazing customer service.
Unfortunately not the room promised (but crystal got us upgraded on the Saturday). Couldn’t get ice until 5pm. Main light bulb blown in room & not replaced until 12pm Saturday. Management need to raise quality and staff numbers to adequately service patrons.

Within walking distances of the beach, bars, restaurants, ample parking, rooms spotlessly clean and staff welcoming and friendly. Pool area is relaxing and again very clean. Bed was very comfortable, great air con too.
Wifi in the room was non existent. Reception said this was because the hotel was full, however we tried at various times, including 2am, and nothing. Having to use data when you’ve paid for WiFi is not acceptable and the WiFi clearly is not fit for purpose. Balcony furniture needs replacing.

Good location, good value, decent sized room, nice hotel in general, walking distance to a nice cafe/bar strip, 10 mins walk to the beach as well.
Staff were rude, there was a dirty mark on our bed once housekeeping had been, we asked them to change out the bed cover, and were given attitude by the housekeeping staff afterwards, not very pleasant
