Friendly staff at check-in. Room came with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Cutlery and real plates and bowls. Makes a difference when you eat in your room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Position is close to city centre and shopping.

The room was comfortable, however very dated bathroom and overall the room could have done with a professional makeover. Bathroom sink had a crack through it, and light switch in toilet was cracking and didn't look safe. Toilet inlet pipe badly corroded and green...TV standby light and microwave lights are so bright. We had to cover them up to sleep.

Kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedrooms were all clean and tidy. The bathroom was nice and spacious. All utensils provided were good quality and the towels were nice.

No aircon in the main bedroom, not even a fan, when the twin bed room had their own aircon. The bed was really bouncy and you felt every movement from the other person, which was not restful. The sheets on the bed were very crisp and rustley adding noise for every time the other person moved, which you felt anyway.

The rooms were lovely, clean and very comfy. The kitchen area is great as is the lounge. The pool area with all facilities for a BBQ is fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed there for a good reason and will continue to do so. Shopping centres are close by as is Dan Murphy. It is a very central spot for everything in Bunbury. Couldn't recommend it more AWSOME!!!

We were in a one-bedroom unit. We had neighbors on both sides, but we could not hear any noise from those rooms. We had twin beds and they were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and stayed at a steady temperature. The place was clean. We didn't use the swimming pool so can't comment on that.

There was no door or curtain separating the bedroom from the kitchenette. Therefore, when one person gets up early, they can't turn on the overhead lights in the kitchenette or living room because it will likely wake the other person. We moved one bedside lamp to the living room because of that. The location of the motel is not ideal, but we were aware of that ahead of time. It is near a Woolworth store and an Indian food take-away place, but it is fairly far from both downtown and the Dolphin Discovery Centre.

Just what we needed after a very long day and drive. Staff called as we where running late and it was no issue for us to checking later. Thank you as I was driving and couldn't use my phone to get the number.

We will have to come back to Bunbury and stay longer, I truly think it is a very under rated town on the west coast and has loads to offer any traveler. Thank you for the room and people, it really made our Easter so much more enjoyable

Friendly helpful reception. Great size tidy & clean rooms. Had everything we needed & very cosy. Family & kid friendly. Extra blankets & pillows & towels. Nice big, clean bathroom with everything we needed. Grandkids had a great time🤗

Going to breakfast & having to wait for food trays to be restocked(at least food doesn’t get wasted with over cooking too much) No internal door for room sharing with family/grandkids in next room but thank you for having our rooms next to each other🤠 No high chair for baby but no big deal we survived, can’t expect everything perfect. Would definitely recommend & reuse again.

An older style hotel ,& budget room ,Very Clean,good pillows & bedding, &towels, great bathroom facilities, had TV, microwave, fridge, jug,toaster ,cutlery, ect aircon,close to all amenities/town,it was convenient & comfortable & would definitely stay there again, good value for money, ours had two rooms 2single beds in one room & one double in the main room & the hotel had a outside pool ,it was brilliant 👏

My daughter who was the bride not being able to get an early checkin to get make-up, hair done .Lucky our other daughter was there for 2 nights so used her room .Was fine for rest of us to check in at 2 as wedding was at 4 .Reception at 6 awkward for bride to get checked in and ready .Lucky make-up and hair people were efficient. As we had a lot of family and friends checkin I do think bridal parties need to have a little help even if have to pay a little extra to check in early .Surely one room or apartment could be available as it a perfect place for a stay . Will definitely recommend to friends .

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well equipped, good location for our purposes, easy access.

Nothing major. Minor gripe re the standard these days of having no bathroom heating at all, though bathroom itself was large and well equipped. Desk intro and handover were a bit abrupt and business-like rather than welcoming, presumably because this place apparently caters for a lot of one-night stayers for business reasons? But very well run overall, and convenient.

Lovely firm bed - just what your body needs. Clean & tidy.

No phone for reception contact. Tv was new but wasn’t tuned in properly, needed 3 visits from staff to work out what was going on. No hair dryer - during winter a must for wet thick hair. I know your going to say bring your own, but when ever I do there’s always one in the room provided.
