The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We had a courtyard that was extra space in the sunshine. And it was value for money.,

There was a small problem of the front door spontaneously “opening” even when locked I think it could have been a “vacum effect” from courtyard sliding door being open. Good thing for the keychain I did report to the morning staff gentleman who was cleaning the rooms But otherwise all good. Thankyou

Nice spacious room with plenty of facilities including microwave, kettle, fridge. Good view at the back onto a field with trees. Lots of pink and grey cockatoos back there which was an added bonus for a British person like me.

Obviously this is a motel so not really for someone like me who arrives on public transport so that was the only disadvantage to me - it was either a lot of walking or a cab.

Location was good and room was very clean and comfortable. Although breakfast facilities at the motel were rather inconvenient (in terms of time of morning), the receptionist readily advised us of an adjacent breakfast bar with convenient and satisfactory breakfast availability, which we used each morning. Also, we were allocated a ground floor room as per our request, with parking directly in front of the room.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The beds were super soft. Shower water was hot with best pressure. Good size tv. Microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Parking plentiful.

The decor is pretty dated but still exceptionally clean. Sadly the breakfast wasn't available due to staff illness and there is a great bakery right next door so all was good. Finding the foxtel channels was a challenge but the staff were a great help.

the front door was hard to close and lock, also the back door lock was a bit dodgy. room blind not wide enough for the window, too much light couldnt see a sign to place key for when i checked out early as office was locked so i left the key in the room and locked the door

The room was surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was unexpected in both size and the fact that it had plenty of bench space. The facilities were clean and the bed was very comfortable. As a birdwatcher, the motel was within walking distance to the Big Swamp, a birding gem and well worth a visit!

The room was bigger than most. The bathroom is really good. It was well equipped.

As with most motels there's a connecting door, which means you hear people in the next room.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The kids thought of it as a second home and didn't want to leave! The price was amazing, the staff were so lovely and we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We'll be back one day for sure!

It was a great place, very clean and spacious. Wasn't noisy and bathroom was very big as well. Staff were really lovely. Didnt get to eat there as it was a little late

Beds and pillow were a little hard for my liking. But everyone is different and some like firm some like medium.

Walking distance to everything I wanted to see Service Room size Provisions Dining room and bar areas looked nuce

Low value for money as a solo traveller. Shower could do with a reno (but is easily passible).
