Everything you could ever want or need is in your room. The decor is very homely & quaint. The bed is very comfortable & the choice of true firm & soft pillows are on offer. Deborah is very friendly & kind & was available via sms or call to answer any questions that I had. The view at bfast was very tranquil & relaxing & the bonus of a beautiful friendly dog named Ella made it even better. I would highly recommend & will definitely be back to stay!!

So cozy, beautiful friendly staff who made you feel so welcome and gave some great advice on the area. Great location, only 2 minute drive into the heart of Bunbury. Couldn’t fault a single thing

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT stay! We loved everything. The best place we stayed in out of 16 hotels during our Asia Australia trip. Lovely couple. Everything that you could possible need were in our room. Beds extraordinary! No complaints whatsoever. Loved the vibe in the house.

Great that you could have breakfast when it suited you. Wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view. Fantastic hosts who helped to make our visit memorable. Would highly recommend this B & B to other travellers.

Very welcoming. Everything you could possibly need and if not I'm sure Debra and Andy would try their best to get it. The garden overlooking the water for breakfast was very good. Great to meet Ella & Tilly, too.

We had such a beautiful room with everything at our fingertips . The hosts are lovely and helpful. There is a great attention to detail even down to extra provisions and flowers . Great linen provided also .

Location was brilliant. Andy and Deborah (and Ella) were wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed and more. Bed extremely comfortable and had access to Netflix. Would definitely recommend.

the hosts and the accommodation extremely pleasant and they went overboard to make our stay exceptionally enjoyable. it was home from home. the views from the garden are exceptional.

The location of the Boathouse backing onto the estuary, proximity to pubs and eateries and to the Bunbury township was excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the Hosts were fantastic, making us feel very comfortable while we were sharing their lovely home.
