Easy to find. Great secure car park. Welcoming & helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Love the complimentary items in the bathroom. Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air-conditioning was good. Arrived early by one hour but was able to check in. Hot water system to shower rated highly.

The bathroom is outdated, requires modernisation e.g. toilet suite, the current bath/shower with fixed screen. Bath very small and narrow difficult to turn around (manoeuvre) to access soap, towel, washer etc., the fixed screen making it extremely difficult to get in and out of the bath. Toilet was small in comparison to modern toilet suites. Staircase to loft with two single beds were very steep with part of the runs underneath nosing of the above thread. It made it a treacherous climb and descend. The loft had neither sufficient space for suitcases, nor convenient power points for mobile phone charging that we could find.

We stayed here for a family wedding at the dolphin discovery centre which was in walking distance of Quest. As part of the bridal party we used one of the rooms to get ready in and it was the perfect size for us to comfortably fit us all plus the hair stylist and make up artist. We also had a young baby with us and Quest were extremely accommodating having the cot and high chair already set up in the room when we arrived. And lastly we arrived around 2 hours early expecting to just dump our stuff and check in later however the room was already ready for us which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean and well maintained. I also appreciate that the appliances were not cheap brands but good quality ones. It shows that you are willing to spend a little extra for your customers. Also having all the tableware (cups, plates, etc...) and cookware was unexpected, but very much appreciated.

The walls were a bit thin, but that wasn't really an issue, just a heads up for people travelling with kids who might be a bit noisy.

Climbing stairs with my 23kg luggage to get to the room. Noise from other guests (not rowdy at all) - hearing them shower, the doors opening & closing when coming & going. Acoustics could be better. I now wear noise cancelling head phones at night.

Extremely quiet, even though on a road, and I never heard any neighbouring guests.

I later found there was a coffee machine at reception to which I could have helped myself - but I didnt realise!

The apartments were well appointed, clean and comfortable and in a great area. The staff member, Claire, was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen and bathroom cupboards had a damp smell, they were clean but perhaps need maintenance.

Every single corner is beautifully clean and crisp. The entire place was immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was large. We also found the location perfect. Close to town but not too close. The beach and Cafe are right across the road.

Stayed 3 nights apartment in easy walking distance to beaches, cafes restaurants and a great walkway around the estuary. Very comfortable accommodation

We had a 2 bed apartment and main bedroom was up a steep step of stairs and no ensuite

Loved everything. Great having pool access with the warmer weather. Close enough walk to town, i think 10 minutes. Room had everything we could've needed. Nice and peaceful. The grounds were very well kept.

Pillows were a bit hard, we only 2 decorative pillows and 2 hard pillows available. Would prefer 2 softer pillows and 2 harder pillows and get rid of decorative. But such a small detail.

The studio apartment was very nice I loved the shampoo and conditioner that was supplied, not something i normally use. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was perfect.

The mattress needs to be rotated, it's very uneven.
