The size of the room for the price we paid was amazing, we wish we could have stayed for longer. It was perfect for 2 guests and featured all you could need for you time at the hotel. Location and the view was perfect, watching the sunset at night and its only a 5min drive away from the city centre. The free wi-fi worked amazing too.

Was a couple very minor cleanliness things to do with some of the kitchen utensils - but we didn't use them as we ate out for our stay, and just a little bit of dust. Were told that the A/C system can be a little bit touchy, but lovely reception made us fully aware of that. Also the parking garage gate keypad is a little sensitive and hard to understand, took us a few attempts to get it right each time we returned to the hotel.

We spent one night at the Bunbury Apartments. Stunning location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Receptionist was really nice and helpful with telling us places to see while in Bunbury. We were given an ocean view apartment which was really spacious and clean. Apartment had a laundry which was great. Apartments are about a 5 min from town so really handy. Pool was really nice. The grounds were well maintained and very tidy. Lifts are onsite which is always helpful.

The sea view from our room on level 3 was stunning! We could see the sunset by the sea every evening. The balcony was large enough for my family of 4 to have our meals by the sunset. The rooms (including living room) and the dining area are rather spacious. Kitchen is relatively well equipped though pots provided were small. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. There is washer and dryer provided. There was also swimming pool but we didn't use it as it was too cold. Parking at the basement is convenient. The location was good as it was near the town centre (i.e. restaurants and supermarkets).

Unfortunately we went there on a Friday and there was no housekeeping on weekends. Nonetheless, the reception staff was friendly and helpful to provide what we needed to refresh the room.

The big apartment we booked had a very big kitchen/living room with a wonderful view of the beach. Facilities included laundry & dryer, both bedrooms were big in size. Full kitchen including induction stove.

We also booked the studio for my wife and myself and that was disappointing in comparison to the larger appointment. The aircon stopped working at 3am and the kitchen was basically only a microwave and a fridge. I highly recommend to spend the extra money and get the seaview apartment. There was also no information how we could exit the underground parking (solution, you have to drive over a yellow thing in the ground) and we saw other guests struggling with it as well. Their cafe was closed unfortunately but they gave the info upfront. Cleaning staff could learn to greet the guests, after all we're paying their salary indirectly.

Great having separate rooms. Three sinks makes it quick for everyone to get ready. Toilet separate to shower is very convenient. Views can’t be beaten. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, quality bedding. Beach sooo close!!! Had a beautiful breakfast at the Cafe next to reception. Convenient for day trips to Perth, Busselton and Margaret River. Would love to come back!

I didn’t like having to leave!

the view was absolutely stunning, would’ve been nice with a balcony but we got in reservations too late which worked well anyways since it ended up raining. great entertainment at night with drunk dancers in the street 😂 the receptionist was so kind and very helpful in suggesting pubs nearby and an amazing beach view cafe since the cafe 205 in the building was closed. would love to come again and stay in a bigger room, it was nice being so close to the beach for late night walks. my favourite part of the room was the shower, suddenly I’m stopping by Bunnings to get one of those fancy shower heads haha

the underground parking was a bit confusing to use, it would say access denied and open anyways. the building wasn’t located too close to anywhere to eat, 15minute walk to the Hollows pub and we ended up using the electronic scooters into town and back since Ubers weren’t available at night and we weren’t going to be walking 40minutes there and back.

checkin was simple. secure parking directly below the unit. the complex was clean. the unit had everything we required for our stay, comfortable lounge, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. only had to cross the road and we were at the beach. the location was only a few minutes from the city centre.

the bed that was advertised as a large double. turned out to be a rock hard queen size. for two large people on holiday it was a great let down. I nearly got up to sleep on the lounge as it was far more comfortable. we have always thought that the bed is what either can make or break the perfect holiday vibe. we stayed in unit 27a.

I stayed in the ground floor two bedroom apartment. The basement parking was brilliant. Location is great. The apartment was spacious and clean. I was there in winter but the views in summer would have been sensational. Good size apartment with decent sized shower and bathroom. I also liked how the toilet being separate from the bathroom.

Cafe was closed :( Elevator from carpark was out of order so I had to lug heavy suitcases up fire escape stairs or across the pool area in the rain :( The drawer dishwasher was way too small (couldn't fit the large dinner plates supplied in the kitchen). I thought that was very weird...

The location, spacious and clean rooms, the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset, ample parking, and the friendly staff.

The carpet was dirty with hairs on it, the kitchen utensils were not as clean, the toilet flush was leaking water if not pressed twice, the room and bathroom had few spiders (which is normal in Australia) and the upper room mattress was uncomfortable if you are sleeping with someone who moves a lot at night because you move with them.

A little maintenance was lacking given the prestige location of this accommodation. Eg) scuffs on the walls & doors, broken floor tile in the living area, water/runoff dripping onto the outdoor dining table from the balcony above, coffee mugs and bowls had some cracks. No onsite cafe / breakfast option available. Saturday evening we could not park in our designated section as car spots were all taken.. In saying all this, we would definitely stay here again! :)
