Perfect location, close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing against the rocks and also walking distance to main street where you are spoilt for choice for lunch and dinner options [we opted to drive as it was a little cool to walk when we were heading out for dinner]. Off street parking was secure. Room was neat and tidy, a little dated but clean and perfect for what we needed whilst visiting Bunbury for a sporting event over a weekend. I would definitely book again.

If I had to pick something then the dated and small bathroom, but in saying that it still served its purpose and it was enough for a family of 3.

Very comfortable bed. Outstanding location near the beach and boardwalk. Adequate appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster). We were impressed that when we had a sleepless first night, due to a raucous group of guests above us that kept us up most of the night, the management/staff extended their apologies and a kind gesture of a gift card to a local restaurant. Although the rowdy guests were not the motel's fault, we appreciated the gesture.

The noisy guests above us. But that could happen to anyone, anywhere.

Very friendly, welcoming place. the staff can't do too much for you. The rooms, though in need of an update in the bathroom department, are always spotlessly clean and comfortable and everything functions as it should- the shower, the tv, the wifi. There is a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, with tea, coffee and milk provided. Extra crockery and cutlery was provided on request. The room decor was stunning- none of your plain beige walls here! The location is an easy walk from the main street where there are many restaurants and cafes; a very little further is the Centrepoint shopping centre with a major supermarket and other shops. A very short walk in the other direction takes you to the Back Beach.

Push comes to shove, it's a motel in need of some tlc in some areas. But that is as nothing compared to the positive points above.

Well located, always clean. Have stayed here several times over past years when in Bunbury for both business and personal travel - consistent in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Cafes, restaurants pubs and beaches all within a very easy walk from the premises.

We are all tightening our belts and reducing costs, but thought more than 1 shampoo and conditioner would have been appropriate for two guests.

The bed was comfortable. Having a microwave, jug and toaster was very helpful as we like to cater for ourselves morning and evening.

The taps in the bathroom took about 4 turns to get water and the same to turn off. The fan was extremely noisy and rusted so it didn’t look very nice either. The fly screens did not meet properly and they needed new fly wire. One of the curtains wasn’t hanging on the hooks where the curtains meet.

The location was great; it was just a short walk from all that was happening, whether the town or the beach, and far enough away for it to be quiet. The room was a great size, and the fridge and microwave would have been great if we had stayed longer. I loved the opportunity to use the pool, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The carpet needed cleaning and gave a smell that disappeared with open doors but let this lovely place down.

The room was pleasant enough and good value for the price we paid. Reception staff were nice and towels and linens were clean and fresh. Absolutely brilliant location.

The room had an unfortunate lack of power points near the bed, my husband uses a CPAP and we had to buy an extension cord to run it from the other side of the room, and couldn't charge phones, tablets by the bed, but this is an older motel so not really prepped for modern technology. Bed was very soft, but pillows were of good quality and comfortable.

Close to CBD where we ere attending an event so that we could walk to the event, eat & drink without driving. Whilst the room was dated, it was spacious & met our needs for one night. As clean as it could be.

Latch on the sliding door to the patio appeared already broken, I reported to the staff upon departure so it could be fixed. Early morning noise from vehicles & other guests departing.

Great location, close to the beach and the main street in town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and well kept, with lots of room compared to other hotels.

Everyone is a little different so this is just a personal response. I found the mattress was a little hard for me. That doesn't mean it was horrible, just not what I'm used to.

Friendly staff, good location, large (actually ginormous), spotlessly clean rooms. Booked a spa suite that had kitchenette, seating area with lounge, separate shower & toilet to spa area, amazing! Comfortable bed, quiet although the back rooms are built around the carpark but was not an issue for us. Highly recommend, great value for money.

Only 'negative' the room decor is a bit dated, but DO NOT let this put you off, everything worked & very clean.
