The staff were fantastic, if clean towels or dishcloths needed exchanging it was done within minutes. There was a very large community room with a bookshelf, areas for children to play with toys. Outside there is a large lawn area with tables and chairs and a BBQ area close by. Across the road a park and a few minutes away the beach. The town center was within walking distance which made it very easy at meal time.

There were no cooking facilities however being so close to the city center it was not a problem and we didn't have to cook.

We stayed in the King Spa Room for 3 nights. It was comfortable and clean. The room had obviously been renovated and the work was very well done. The King size bed mattress was a little hard for me, but otherwise comfortable and clean. The spa tub was fabulous. It was a larger corner style with more jets that usual and built in cushioned headrests. We easily fit into the tub lying next to one another.

While the motel side of Ithaca is separate, the Manor is a backpacker style accommodation, and some of the guests there were a bit loud. Unfortunately on our first night, there was a bit of a ruckus from an inebriated guest banging on and swearing at the door of the motel room besides ours. But this was not the fault of Ithaca. They remedied the situation as soon as they were able to.

It was everything you need for a short stay. Good kitchenette with fridge and good bathroom and a small dining table. Huge clothes cupboard. Enough bedroom too.

The fridge door didn’t close properly and had to have some work to chip away the ice. Then the door closed on the fridge properly. The shower drain wasn’t designed properly as the water leaked through to the bathroom floor.

The accommodation was so lovely, the old manor house and rooms were lovely. The hotel is close to the beach and 1 km from the Busselton Jetty and easily walking distance from the centre . The room was clean and had all I needed.

Just a small thing but I found the plates and cups a little hard to get too as they were under the sink, it would be an issue with less able people. Maybe a small shelf above the microwave .?

The woman that ran the motel was extremely helpful. There was a problem with TV, as it was getting late rather than attempt to fix it she just moved us next door. Quick simple sorted. She also recommended the Pavilion for dinner where we had a lovely meal.

The pillows were rather flat but there was a few of them.

As I am in my mid eighties I slept in the single bed because I couldnt climb into double bed easily when against the wall.

The difference between the softnes or firmness of the pillows I decided to use the matching dooner pillow. It smelt definitely that it had been used by someone else so I had to use the white hard pillow. That is the only complaint though I would have liked to have had the use of a teatowel to dry the two dishes we used so had to leave them in the sink to drain

Although the room size was small it had been recently upgraded (toilet/bathroom) and had all expected facilities. Receptionist/manager was able to assist us when we returned to claim some lost property.

Bed was a little too soft for my liking, the addition of a continental breakfast would have improved the overall value of the accommodation.

There were most things that you needed like to get your own breakfast and it was close to everything.

The bed was uncomfortable and it felt like it was short sheeted ha ha. I had trouble parking when arriving back late at night There was no hairdryer which I didn't expect but will know next time.

The room was clean and tidy and a good size. Basic amenities like towel, shampoo and shower gel was provided. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle in our room stocked with mugs and plates, coffee, tea and milk. I like that the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV so I could use the streaming services with my account.

The wifi was really terrible and kept disconnecting.

Room was clean and spacious with new bathroom. Beautiful grounds. I got in a little later, and the owner stayed around to show me to my room. Bed was comfortable, and the sheets were nice and clean.

The water pipes in the ceiling bang with use, the bathroom can flood if you're not careful opening the shower door.
