Location was great, 1km walk to free bus (Blue cat) on Aberdeen St, Russell Square, we used this service two days. There is a few closer bus stops, if you have a transperth card or pay. Close to major roads too! Full size fridge, good kitchen appliances, didn't use stove/oven, just microwave. Used washing machine daily and balcony/clothes airer was all undercover which was great
Unit 11, shower nozzle positioned to spray floor directly outside cubicle (when running water for a child) and can't be adjusted. Access to key via safe on arrival was challenging but eventually got access Firm bed and old style sofa bed, wobbly dining chairs. No access to PowerPoint in bedroom

Easy to get into unit. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Quiet location and well insulated units. Lots of hot water, we did have some trouble with the TV at first but managed to sort it out.
Although we knew there was no WIFI/internet access that would have been helpful. In this day and age not being able to use the internet as overseas visitors was quite inconvenient. I think you should investigate the cost and offer it to patrons as requested. I would also suggest you provide slightly higher grade of toilet paper...reduces amount used in the long run!

I asked for a hairdryer and it was promptly delivered, our daughter sent us a beautiful gift pack for our 50th wedding anniversary and someone has entered our room and left it for us as a surprise, so thank you for going beyond your duty for us.
The TV was a little strange as it was fading in & out it may need updating.

There's a lot to like about Malibu Apartments. Location wise it was ideal for those who don't mind that it was two stops away from Perth bus port at Yagan SQ. The space is big enuf for me, my spouse and my 9 year old son. There were enough facilities provided. Managing the stove was easy. Iron and ironing board were provided and there was enough space for that also. Extra pillows, blankets and towels were provided. There's even a vacuum cleaner.
We went to Perth in the summer. We wished there was air-conditioning in the bedroom. The ceiling fan wasn't sufficient to keep us cool enough to sleep there at night. Even though the living room had air conditioning, the sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough to sleep on.

Very clean older apartment. Everything worked well and had most things you required for an extended stay (11 nights), including washing machine, clothes drying rack and cooking utensils, all in good working order. Spare blankets, pillows and towels were in the apartment. Comfortable apartment. Approximately 15 minute walk to 24 hour IGA, 25 minute walk to St George's Terrace, with a bus stop directly out the front if you require it.
Light coming in over the entry door was frustrating as it lit the whole apartment up when the sensor lights came on. As I was on the ground floor beside the entrance, this was frequent. This could be easily fixed with a small blind, or simply blocking out the window. I had earl starts so this became annoying as I was in bed early. Older TV with some channels not working properly and not a smart TV so free to air TV only. Inclusion of cling wrap in the kitchen would be beneficial, but there were some plastic containers there so I made do. Some may not like the older style apartment and facilities but I didn't mind.

Location is perfect for travelling in the city centre of Perth. The room was pretty clean with towels provided. The parking is good with sufficient spots.
The wall is quite thin, so we heard people staying next to us pretty clearly. The fan of the toilet is also a bit too loud, which might have also affected others if we used the toilet at night.

It is great for family with young children. The kitchen is lovely. Location is very central to almost everything but still enjoyed the peace and quietness.
The room has no aircon but has a ceiling fan. It was too hot for my 6-yo to sleep in there during the hot weather. Initially, we had the door open hoping to cool the room down by the aircon from the sala but hardly cool the room down. So we decided to sleep on the floor at the sala using the spare bed sheets in the cupboard. The second night I managed to sleep in the bedroom but my daughter couldn’t so she slept on the sofa in the sala.

The apartments are clean with a well equipped kitchen (cooker is about 1960's vintage) & washing machine in the bathroom, although the building is old (probably built in 1950's). It is well located; just out of the city and with a bus stop out the front of the building. I have stayed here several times and will again because it offers great value for money compared to hotels in the city. Air-conditioning works well.
'Toiletries' consisted of 1 soap & hand wash. No shampoo or conditioner.

Location, clean, everything you needed for a 10 day stay. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Quiet. wfi great. Close to public transport. Information about area comprehensive. We loved the sending of great messages about recycling and bins provided. Car parking on site and proximity to the city of Perth.
Clean pane of glass above entry door make room too light at night needs a blind and front door shakes in the wind.

Location is good. To Charles Street to Freeway south, To Loftus street and Graham Farmer Freeway. Access a little difficult . Down the night cart lane. Lots of residents nearby have garage and back yard access through the lane way. property was clean and well looked after. Other places I have stayed at have not had that bit of TLC. Pleased to have a washing machine in the unit. Most places have a communal laundry. Liked the fact that there was plenty of information on the property, food places and recycling.
Can't think of anything negative. I was on ground floor so no stairs to climb.
