Property is really nice and centrally located. Rooms are clean and spacious.

We were two couples on a motorcycle tour around Europe. We liked Innsbruck and we decided to stay another night. When first asked the staff, the concierge lady said to ask again later. 30’ later we asked them and the rate was similar to what we had paid for the first night and when we decided to extend the stay 15’ later, the price had gone up to 1.5 times the first might price. So, we decided to book on another hotel for the second night.

Very good hotel situated in a nice area with plenty of food and shopping options. The rooms are modern, clean and well laid out. The maintenance of the property is also good and the lobby is a hip, vibrant feel.

The staff aren't the best, despite the front desk staff being very friendly at check in, it feels very robotic with no personal touch. The rooms are cleaned basically and without much attention. More attention needs to be put on staff training and at least asking at check out how my stay was.

The location of this hotel is excellent right in the centre of Innsbruck. It is a beautiful and relaxing hotel and we wished we had spent more than one night at this location. The family room was excellent for 2 adults and 2 children with all the amenities you could want in the room. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

The only small gripe is that my husband had booked breakfast in the morning without asking the price (our fault!) However, we did not expect 100 euros for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children when the children only had toast and Nutella with orange juice! Although the breakfast area is very pleasant with a good choice of continental breakfast options I would suggest venturing out for breakfast as there are plenty of lovely places nearby and it would be a fraction of the price.

The location on historic area within walking distance. The reception staff very cooperative and speaks English. Room tea makers and Refrigerator Also it is next to small shopping mall and walking to the rivers.

It is very difficult to find the hotel from google maps. Its located behind another hotel so it might creat confusion to people who are not familiar with the Area. Parking is not free customers has to pay for it. Also I forget my baseball hat in the closet and I called them immediately after I checked out but unfortunately they were not find it. This should give you a concern on your valuable things that you will have it ..

Recently renovated hotel. Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms have good layout, colour scheme and the bathrooms were fantastic. It was a really enjoyable stay, except for having to change rooms because our bedding preference was not honoured. This is the problem with booking through booking.com. You'll have this problem all over Europe.

The fact that we emailed the property beforehand to confirm the our rooms would have a double bed as per the booking confirmation. We were told yes. Arrived in our rooms only to find 2 single beds. This was so frustrating and happened at most hotels, even after doing all of the leg work beforehand of contacting the hotel to make sure. This is an issue when booking through booking.com, so I'd recommend using a different platform because the confirmations aren't worth the paper they're written on.

Convence to Old Town, restaurants and transit. The staff were very efficient, helpful and always smiling.

We had two minor issues that others should know about. The soaking tub / shower could be hard for the infirm to safely get in and out of. Rooms facing the main boulevard can be quite noisy. We were awakened each night by revealers and mornings by deliveries and garbage trucks. To be clear, the hotel has no control over what happens in the street. Aside from this, It is a very nice place to stay.

The location is perfect, perfect, perfect. If Innsbruck had an "uptown" it would be at Stage 12's front door. You can walk to about a gazillion restaurants in about 10 minutes. I'm not a shopper but everything is here, including all the fashion brands. The Galleria is within 100 feet of the door so even in cold weather you can go grab dinner without a jacket. Oh, skip the 25 euro hotel breakfast and just go to the Galleria and eat there for about 15 euros.

I don't like duvets. I know the entirety of Europe believes in them but I find it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature while I sleep. Anyway, I managed OK.

the location could not of been more perfect and the staff were amazing

whilst it was technically wheelchair accessible, the room was not wheelchair friendly everywhere. only one bed I could use but then this bed to transfer into was challenging as there was a wardrobe/cupboard/shelving meaning my wheelchair couldn’t go far enough to the back of the wall. turning space was a little tight, a wider chair or a electric chair would struggle in my opinion. there are no grab rails by the toilet, but there are grab rails in the shower, with a shower seat with no backrest to it so therefore I was not able to use the shower facilities

Stage 12 has a great location in Innsbruck. The hotel is relatively new with modern rooms and facilities. We had a nice view of the mountains as well. The spa and exercise facilities are also pleasant and large. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a large variety of items.

Although adequate, the room has a cramped feel to it. A very large group of football players "invaded" the breakfast area all at once. Some form of scheduling such large groups would be nicer to the other guests. The equipment in the exercise facility could be upgraded to a higher quality.

The location of this hotel was fantastic as was the car parking we could use attached to the hotel. The rooms are not a substantial size for a family of four but are well laid out with the bunk nook. Breakfast was good with plenty of options also. The staff emailed us recommendations to book for dinner on Christmas Day and a comprehensive list of restaurants. They sent this to us proactively and in advance because we were staying on Christmas Day and it was therefore appreciated that we didn't turn up and find it hard to find an open restaurant with availability. Thanks for this, it was a nice touch and we were able to book and eat at one of their recommendations when most of Innsbruck was closed that day.
