We had a spacious room with tall ceilings and three windows with a nice view and a big bed. It was quiet outside, allowing us to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, and it's a short walk from a main train station.

WiFi did not reach our room, and there aren't any power outlets near the bed for charging your phone on the nightstand. The mattress was quite firm for me.

Contactless check-in. They send very detailed information regarding your arrival, and you can arrive at any time. It's also very simple, doesn't require any online registrations and such. Room is very clean and well maintained, while keeping a classical style.

The lack of a reception desk may dislike some guests in longer stays, but as we slept for one night, it wasn't a problem.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the central station and the old town of Innsbruck. We received information beforehand on self check-in but once we got there we had help from a very friendly receptionist who also informed us about the Innsbruck welcome card and other discounts available via the hotel. The room was clean and the cleaner also came every day which was much appreciated.

There was a vague smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we arrived but later we couldn’t smell it. If you are visiting this hotel in the summer, be aware that there is no AC (at least not in our room). With opened windows it was fine during the day, but the curtains are very thick and when you keep them closed to shut out the light the fresh air doesn’t make it into the room. Maybe offering a fan would be a good temporary solution if AC can’t be installed.

The location is good, sightseeings can be reached on foot. There is also a parking lot nearby with reasonable cost overnight. The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

I loved the hotel the moment I walked in: gorgeous decor, elevator, and comfortable room with writing desk and plenty of storage space. My room was completely quiet, and I could even catch a glimpse of the Nordkette. Location absolutely perfect: within walking distance from the Central Railway Station and only a short walk to the Altstadt. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and the breakfast staff very attentive. The after-hours self check-in was easy with detailed instructions provided. I can highly recommend Hotel Neue Post.

Con: The radio could be heard in the breakfast room. I asked to turn it off because I found it completely unnecessary, annoying and stressful, but management refused my request. Some soft, unobtrusive music – if anything at all - would be a better alternative.

Location is very close to everything you need but still quite and calm ,breakfast has a good variety, the staff is very helpful, asked for kettle and tea , an iron and board and got it immediately , forget my glasses in the room and travelled home , called them they located it and send to me by post very efficiently The reception staff is very helpful and they are very responsive to emails communication is really good Would definitely come back when in Innsbruck

Nothing really , but would be nice to have the tea making facilities and iron boards as standards in the room even a small fridge is really expected in such a good hotel

The location, the bathtub, the classic-fashioned furnitures. The lady in the reception was really kind and helpful.

For the high-price, it could have included the breakfast and also the room could have more amenities like coffee-machine, kettle, sort of tees and a frigobar. Missing those things, the price should be much lower than the practiced (and I had my reservation with more than 2 months in advance).

Room was really nice and the treatment and hospitality from the reception was awsome! The lithuanian lady was really nice and pointed me to some city atraction!I would say her name but I do not remember it I will buy a kinder surprize egg and give it to her when I will return to Innsbruck! you cannot go wrong with a kinder surprize egg and probably she will forgive me for not remembering her name She deserve a huge promotion for how awsome she treated me All the best 🤩
