Friendly personal. Amazing lake view from room and from the restaurant. Breakfast is fine enough. As i understand there's bus available every morning if you want to leave hotel without own transport. Few minutes to go to any popular location on own car.

Bed mattresses better to change, i felt springs and this explained why i had my back hurt during stay.

Great location next to the lake with perfect view over the lake and to the mountains and to Zell am See town. During our week the weather was mostly sunny and we had a clear view. The best part was new year's eve with its fireworks - I think we had the best spot to see them. Dedicated storage room for skis.

Parking spots are a bit tight. Would be nice to have a bit more variation on the breakfast.

Probably the best view by the lake, it has it's own 'beach'. At the breakfast you shouldn't expect warm meals except for boiled eggs, however the food was decent, which you have literally on the lake, in front of Schmiienhöhe. The boat station is 2 minutes walk.

Our room for five was very narrow, there was no chance to sit around one table. The hotel is a bit old, fü.

Excellent hotel! Fabulous lake view from my balcony! Spacious room, comfortable bed and modern bedroom. Easy parking outside. Good buffet breakfast. Local restaurants were very good value. The free Guest card gives you free transport on local buses.

Not being in the middle of Zell am See might be a problem for some, as traffic in town was seriously disrupted by road works and carparks were expensive.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and clean. View from the window at breakfast was beautiful

There was a bus that took you to zell am see but it wasn't very regular and didn't operate very late. Taxis were quite expensive to get around. So better if you had your own car when on this side of the lake

Need to put lining with curtains on roadside rooms, a lot of light coming in from street lights. Unfortunately, when families stay, hard flooring everywhere, a lot of noise , in corridors etc.Though I understand the interior needs to be kept for skiers etc, easy to maintain

Amazing view, we have stayed in family room on ground floor, the access was easy, no troubles with the parking. The breakfast was ok, beds were comfortable.

The room had a big dining table, but no glasses/plates. It would be nice to have some, an electric kettle maybe, plus a wine opener.

Access to swim safely in the lake with towels provided. We liked the quieter location on the opposite side to the town of Zell am see. We had a car to drive to Zell otherwise 45 mins walk or bus once an hour.

There is no lift. We were on the 3rd floor, hard carrying 2 heavy suitcases up to the room and no staff to help.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and plenty of food. Location was beautiful but we had to rely on taxis to return to the hotel in the evening, although the price of the accommodation is cheaper than the centre of Zell.

Wonderful location on the lake with beautiful views of the snowy mountains. Very nice hosts, Simple but delicious breakfast.
