We recently stayed at Collier's B&B for two nights and had a fantastic experience. We booked a double room, which was exceptionally clean and cozy. The owner is a wonderful lady who was always ready to assist us and answer any questions we had. The breakfast was excellent, featuring quality ingredients, warmed pastries, and additional servings of coffee and hot chocolate. The location of the B&B is very convenient, being very close to the city center yet in a quiet part of town. It is also near the train station, making it easy to travel around. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend B&B Collier to anyone visiting Bruges. The combination of cleanliness, hospitality, and location made it a perfect choice for our trip.

We stayed in the family room in the attic, it was charming! It was warm enough in the cold snap, spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was lovely, fresh rolls, croissants, and good coffee. The public areas had very pretty Xmas decorations. We even had snow for a few hours, but no-one can remember ordering it! The parking is as easy & cheap as the reviews say, 5 mins away. We cheekily unloaded on the pavement first. The walk to the shops is 5 mins, plus another 10 to get to the main square. You will never get tired of looking at this beautiful place. Dry your towels on the bannister, it works!

A kettle please! It was awkward and time consuming to try and get hot water from the coffee machine, to make tea. We would have preferred a table for four & 4 chairs in the room, to sit at....for chatting, playing cards, eating a take away etc. The stairs might prove difficult for some, but they are a product of that style of house.

The apartment is just perfect! It’s very nice, sweet, cozy and stylish (I loved the paintings and embroidery on the walls) and it’s just minutes away from the very heart of old town! But unlike the very heart of old town, it’s very quiet and peaceful around. I loved the tranquil view from the windows and enjoyed every second of our stay there! The hosts were incredibly nice, so hospitable and caring that we truly felt at home. This place got straight to our hearts and I hope we will be back to the town and to this very B&B!

From the moment we booked the host, Jayne, could not have been more helpful offering a lovely restaurant recommendation (Lokkerdize) for our first night as we arrived late by train and annotated maps to help us. Location was great for us, on the quieter outskirts of the historic centre 15 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes into the centre, but with restaurants and weekend markets in the square next door. Lovely continental breakfast served to each individual group. Very homely service, tea and coffee facilities in the room. Attic room was homely and atmospheric with nice touches and a modern bathroom. Ideal for our grown up family of 3!

Nothing! (Our family room was on the third floor, we knew about this, yes the steps are steep but my parents in their late 70s and relatively fit took it easy and it was not a problem)

We felt so welcomed and comfortable when we arrived. Our room was tastefully decorated and welcoming, complete with a bust that looked just like my little sister!! Next to the canal it was quiet and peaceful, but in very close proximity to the market square, and access to town was easy. Our chats with our hosts were relaxed, warm and friendly and, being fellow B&B providers, it was fun to compare notes on the why, where and how. Could have spent more time there and plan to return for more of the same!!

Whilst the home was just lovely, and one couldn't change a thing: carrying a large backpack and negotiating the two flights of stairs which had narrow treads was a little challenging, however, it would not stop us returning, we'll just use smaller backpacks!

Location was great, just a 15 minute walk into the centre. Breakfast was very good, plenty of fresh items and good coffee. Our host, Jayne was very helpful in providing local information. The location was quiet with no road or rail noise.

There is no long stay parking very close to the accommodation, but free parking is available about 10 minutes walk away. There are steep stairs within the property that might cause difficulties for those with mobility problems. Untying wiring in the room with a lot of extension cables.

Perfect location: less than 10 minute walk from the railway station (for work in Brussels) and a similar distance from the postcard perfect market place of Bruges (for sightseeing), but very quiet (for a good sleep). Extremely friendly and communicative owners. Easy check-in, well-working wifi, tea-maker in the room. Very good breakfasts, although the same each day - I would introduce some variation. Some previous guest complained about narrow and very steep stairs, but for me it was a part of the attraction.

It didn't bother me as I stayed alone, but the double room would be rather small for two people, and with a tiny bathroom - it was actually interesting to see that bathroom can be made so small.

Very pleasant room, comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Market Square/ 5 mins from train/bus station. Overlooking green area by canal Good continental breakfast. Plenty of choice including warm rolls and croissants

No issues at all for us The property does have steep narrow stairs No immediate parking outside but various reasonably priced option close by. We used the multi-storey by the bus station…..€16 for 3 days

Jayne was wonderful and made such a fabulous effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and bread rolls, alongside a selection of cheese and ham/jams and condiments. Fresh juice and coffee was also provided - we very much made the most of our daily breakfast spread, which kept us full well into the afternoon. Jayne was very helpful with giving us valuable advice on where to visit, providing maps and top tips for our stay in Bruges. Our room was very comfortable (cosy) and had everything we needed. The bulb in the main bedroom light wasn't working on our arrival, but this was quickly fixed. Nothing was too much trouble - fantastic hosts. We will definitely return 😊 Thank you again!!

There was nothing negative about our stay, aside from my mum having trouble managing the very narrow steeps stairs up to our room (2 flights to climb). Again, this can't be helped, as it is a typical Flemish home! Being a female that dons makeup, a bright spot/strip light above the mirror for getting ready, could be helpful.

What a wonderful stay! Our hosts were lovely and friendly, helping before we arrived with parking and couldn’t help enough during our stay. The room was perfect, everything we needed and quiet. Shower was great! Breakfast was excellent, warm breads and pastries, really set us up for the day. Free parking was only a short walk and 10 mins into the centre. We would definitely stay again and Bruges was a lovely city. We will come back in warmer weather and enjoy the beers in the sun!
