The location is very central and walking distance from everything. The facilities are cosy yet modern, clean and new. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the staff at the reception.

The first room I was given was impossibly noisy as it was on a lower floor overlooking the huge main street. However, a solution was found immediately and the room I was given was quiet and had a lovely view and balcony on the back part of the hotel.

The hotel is located perfectly close to everything (bars, restaurants, shops, sights). Service super friendly and room was ok size for our short stay.

Our room was located on the 6/7 floor, but the noise from the street was loud. Belgians also seem to love their sirens and car horns. Ear plugs helped, but for a noise sensitive sleeper it was too much. Also the walls within are thinner than we are used to in Scandinavia. Pressure in the shower was lower than expected but workable.

Location was perfect, we were right in between the tourist center around Grand Place but also close to the European Quarter which was convenient as I had some meetings there. The hotel is right next to the Central Station which is great for transfer from and to the Airport. Finally, we traveled one day to Bruges from the same station. The metro station is also 20 meters away which is quite convenient if you would like to move around Brussels by metro. Room was spacious, clean and full of light with a nice balcony. We enjoyed it a lot. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of this hotel. I booked a room in this hotel last minute due to some train connections issues. As I was all stressed out and in rush, I booked it by mistakes (a wrong train station). I only realised it when I got off the train and then contacted the hotel to let them know that I would not be checking-in with them that night after all. They were absolutely generous and cancelled my booking and payment as well with no issues whatsoever, and no additional fee. This was very kind of them as I really did not expect that. The room was clean. The bed sheets and towels white. The airconditioning was working hence why we had a peacefull night. The breakfast was amazing as always: wide choice of bread and pastries, hot English breakfast food, fresh juice, hot drink etc The staff members are friendly, welcoming and caring. They helped us select the best seafood restaurants and activities around. Generally cared for our wellbeing. We were provided with maps of Bruxelles and the metro, clear explanations. I will come back again with my friends and family. Happy to realise that the metro is under 2m away. Cathédrale, shops and restaurants within 10-20m away by walk.

Great location near public transport, right next to a metro stop, which is helpful when it's raining (as it was during our stay). We also liked the exposed-brick walls in our room, which gave it old-world charm.

Although the continental breakfast was good, I didn't feel it was worth the price. I made the mistake of thinking that the breakfast was included with our stay, and it wasn't. I should have asked when I checked in. Also, the shower floor was extremely slippery with no safety bars to hold onto --not good for seniors or those with balance issues. I asked for a rubber mat at the front desk, but they didn't have any available at the time.

The staff was exceptional. Omar, Danny, and Sadaf went above and beyond to fulfill all of our requests. They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. Everyday, housekeeping thoroughly cleaned and stocked our room. Breakfast was fresh and well above average. The hotel was only a few minutes walk to the city center and even closer to the main train station. I highly recommend 9Hotel and would not hesitate staying there again.

We went to Brussels for the Christmas markets and the hotel was very close, approx. 10 mins walk to the centre where all the restaurants and festivities were. Whilst it didn't look like much from the outside once you stepped into the Reception area it was very warm and welcoming. We had a few drinks from the bar that is directly attached to the Reception. Our room was lovely with exposed brick walls that were very tasteful. We would not hesitate to book again if were are ever back in Brussels.

The traffic noise could be loud at night but it didn't bother us too much and it isn't the fault of the hotel.

The room is freshly renovated in modern design. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is only 6 minutes from the central station and easy to find. It is therefore most convenient as the central station trains take only around 20 mins to the airport. Shopping areas are also within minutes walk. Our room is also quiet.

The breakfast room was a bit like a canteen, so I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. I booked for twin beds and indeed there were two single beds, nevertheless placed together like a double bed. As there are wheels underneath, we could separate the beds easily. But I expected this to be done by hotel staff.

The room was nice and very clean. It was in a good location, near the train station and museums. The room had a shelf of books and in the breakfast room, it had a selection of children's books. Sweet touch.

The bathroom did not have much counter space so very little room for stuff. I know sometimes that happens and take toiletries in a bag with handle to be able to hang. The breakfast was not as big as some of the other hotels, but it was also not as expensive.
