the hotel is modern and really nice, it’s well located and there are fair amount of amenities.

the staff at the reception is really young and inexperienced. check in is at 2, we arrived at 5:30 pm with a little baby and our room was NOT ready. They made us wait at the reception for 40 minutes with our suitcases, stroller etc.. without even offering us to sit at the bar with a complimentary drink. They only went looking if the room was ready when I asked them too and did not look sorry or empathetic. other than that, our stay was fun and the hotel is nice.

The room was super big and comfortable, the staff really attentious and caring, and the facilities overall really nice (recepection, room, bar, coffee and water machines everywhere). Great hotel, I will recommend to everyone.

The location was a little bit not as expected, because the distance between the Train station Midi/Sudi was bigger than I thought and the metro/subway nearest station was also more than 1km away. There is a Tram station really really close to the hotel, which helped a lot, but I expected a metro station and Brussel Midi/Sudi a little bit closer.

Nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the room was big, the room was cleaned everyday

The coffee machine on my floor, especially the milk dispenser, were dirty and full of flies. There were dead flies in the milk. Also, the milk dispenser was not working because of how clogged it was. It seemed like it was not cleaned for a long time. The garden was not taken care of and the lights were not working so at night it was very dark. The daily room cleaning was just changing the towels and making the bed. We had to ask for extra toilet paper because it was not left in the room and they did not sweep the floors.

Great hotel, lots of amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge (all in the shared kitchen). Lovely staff. Accommodating, especially when we had a toddler with us! Tried the breakfast on the first day, it was good, but we didn't ask for it every day as we wanted to try some of the other nearby breakfast spots. The room was great - lots of space even with a toddler travel cot opened out (we left it open the whole time). The hotel provided the travel cot too. They also had a great initiative that if we didn't get our room cleaned by the staff every day, we would get a 5 euro card to spend on snacks/drinks.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of refurbishment works going on at the time we were there and therefore we didn't get to access the swings in the front of the hotel, etc whilst we were there. The options for the snacks (when we would reclaim the 5 euro vouchers every day) were limited to chocolate bars and fizzy drinks and it would be nice to have more options.

The hotel looks awesome. I really loved the interior, it has a creative and cheerful ambiance. The room was nice. It's cool to have a TV right by the bed. And we even managed to stream videos (Youtube) from our mobile devices to the TV. The staff is very friendly:)

In my opinion, the bathroom is the weakest aspect of the hotel for several reasons: There is only one towel hook inside the bathroom, which forced us to keep our towels outside. The shower has only one partition without a door, and as a result, we constantly had to be cautious to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom. We also encountered dirt stains on the towels provided. Additionally, we noticed some hair on the walls and shelves.

Good location in a quiet area close to tram station, colorful hotel, friendly staff, parking spots in the basement, easy check-in/out, spacious room, and a really nice lounge area.

The layout of room 408 was weird, the bed was 20 cm cm from the wall on one side, leaving 2 metres of empty space from the end of the bed towards the windows. If the bed was put up against the other wall, you’d be able to get in without squeezing up against the wall. If you are taller (I’m 184 cm) the bed might be too short for you, it was almost too short for my husband and I (and it has a wooden frame which your feet will touch). The matress was VERY hard in my opinion (I know this is very subjective, but for me it was painful to sleep on the side). The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and more storage for clothes (only 5 hangers on a small rack)

Excellent location, close to a tram station and a 15 mins walk to the metro station. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of bars/restaurants. The hotel is clean and the decor is quirky and fun. The room was spacious with enough storage space and a safe. Super comfy bed. TV with streaming services. Nice little kitchens on every floor with coffee machines, fridge and microwaves available. Very nice and comfy breakfast room. Breakfast was good and varied (sweet and savoury options). If you stay more than one night you can decide to decline housekeeping and get a 5 euros voucher to use at the bar. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking garages nearby. Recommended!

This is a funky modern hotel tucked away between some very prominent local nightlife. It would best suit someone seeking out local bars and restaurants, as there is a fabulous nightlife in either direction from the hotel. Very comfy bed and nice ammenities but this is a SMALL yet innovative room. We travelled carry-on and were grateful as two suitcases might cause trouble in the tiny room. The breakfast was incredible - maybe the best hotel breakfast I've had even - but it wasn't the cheapest especially if you didn't pay in-advance at check-in. Amazing check in staff that were so professional yet friendly, and very patient with other customers (also fluent in many languages).

It is a little away from main tourist areas and the train station but there are trams nearby. This may be worth considering if you are a family since it can take some time with bags etc to get around. In general the location seemed 'off the beaten track' but we also liked it for this reason as we got to see areas we might have otherwise missed. Some nearby areas on-foot might feel a little edgy at times but we never encountered any trouble.

The cool and modern hotel, the location close to my house, the size of the rooms. Laurence was incredibly helpful and smart arranging the multiple services I needed for the group of people I was hosting there during an important event in my life.

All other staff had difficulties finding and connecting the bookings and other services in the hotel's system, confused services that were already paid and misinformed my guests about these and the validity of their stays (room keys had to be renewed in the middle of the stays, some guests got locked out). Some guests could not check in at 15h as foreseen.

Really friendly receptionist! They are also dog friendly which was the main criteria for us (although we stayed in B&B hotel in Poznan as well, and they were more welcoming to dogs). Don't take me wrong, they didn't mind the dog, felt like more disinterested, no dog bowls or beds where offered etc. However, we were allowed to take our dog to breakfast, which was surprising as most hotels dislike animals in eating area, so it was a nice change! Of course, we found a quiet corner as not all guests would appreciate dog being near the food. The location was good enough, a bit of a walk from city centre but overall good! They had a private parking garage (20€/day) which is a plus if you don't feel too sure about the neighbourhood. Also, when we checked out it was possible for us to leave the car in the parking longer while we explored the city, which we appreciated! And receptionist even went and filled up our water bottles when we came back to pick up our car.

Communication could use some work! We tried to call on the way to them and even before booking to check what is the dog fee for staying (6€) but they didn't pick up and all we got was the robotic message. So we booked anyway and texted over booking.com which was quick and efficient! Also, while leaving the parking garage it wasn't clear how to get out, I went looking for an intercom to call them up to open garage doors, but no one picked up. Afterwards, I noticed a sign that while checking out reception should have given a token to open the garage doors! Luckily, somebody from outside opened the doors as they wanted to park their car, so we got out! Not sure, how long we would have to try to call them otherwise.
