Room was very spacious and luxurious. Bathroom was also big with double sinks and a big bathtub. There was a separate toilet and coffee machine in the room. Nice big windows which let in lots of light too but good blackout curtains to also block it out. Good location, can get the tram a couple minutes down the road or the metro or bus about a 10 minute walk away.
The gym was decent but only one of each machine and some machines didn’t work and there was only one mat available. Would be good if there was a steam room as well as sauna and even better with a pool. The breakfast was expensive at €23pp though it was a nice buffet. Would have preferred thicker and bigger towels too to match the luxurious feel of the room but they were very thin and basic ones instead. Also more coffee pods would be good as we only got 2 a day and the coffee machine deformed a few so they were wasted and no spares

Very comfortable and clean, feels very safe, everything worked perfectly, all staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, excellent attention to environmental good practices (I really liked the waste sorting bins in the room and the large bottles of soap, shampoo etc instead of individual mini ones, and also the solar panels and potager I could see on the roof of the conference area), wonderful bed, great TV and viewing options (nhk world and screen mirroring are super), the safe was a good size for my laptop and other things. The dining room and bar were nice with a better atmosphere than in many, food and drinks very good. I was there in a heatwave and the air-conditioning in the room was excellent. I had the best night of sleep in a long time. A very good experience, thank you.
I was disappointed that the only breakfast option was a buffet: it's a wasteful food practice so bad for the environment, on a regular day here the breakfast is more expensive than the dinner I had in the restaurant (!) and it is really annoying if you are a person who prefers a smallish breakfast. I decided to skip breakfast and have an early lunch elsewhere. The black tea in the room is Lipton Yellow label which is truly horrible if you are a tea drinker. ( Coffee drinkers however do much better with Nespresso.) The shower gel and shampoo provided were ok but looked like washing-up liquid which made me nervous about using them (bright colours on the dispenser bottles is good but bright colours inside the bottles is not good.)

Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. On arrival we found our room had been upgraded which was a delightful surprise and the quality of the room was fantastic. I would not hesitate to stop here again or to recommend to other travellers.
The only slight downside to our trip was noise from workmen- drilling, banging, sawing etc from 9:30am on the morning we checked out. As we were leaving this didn't affect our stay, though some notice of the scheduled works and the consequent noise would have been appreciated. As checkout was possible up until noon, anyone still asleep or nursing a hangover would have had an unpleasant wake up call!

Everything went well: I had booked an early check-in so we could go straight to the room, which was big and lovely - and we even got an upgrade to a room with a private sauna. All staff, except one, was so smiling and welcoming - accommodating our requests such as extra duvet for the kids because they didn't want to share a double duvet.
Must say that it was very warm in the room and the temperature did not seem to alter with the air-condition. We could open the window to the outside so we managed to get some fresh air in. The drain in the bath was quite slow...but these are really minor details.

I liked the room, location, and breakfast (except for the grapefruit slices likely reused from the days before). Like the idea of donating money in case you don’t ask your room to be cleaned everyday, but the machine for the tokens didn’t work properly all the time.
The property is great, but you should know that to get to the other side of the avenue you need to go through a pedestrian tunnel overfilled with all sorts of stinky and disturbing stuff left behind by homeless people. That tunnel needs urgent attention of municipal administration, and the hotel should remind them diligently. iPhone mirroring on TV didn’t work, but I have a spare hdmi cable for these situations.

Your staff is very professional and helpful! My room wasn't ready and I was upgraded to a beautiful room. I'm not a sauna user so no comment on that, but the work desk with multiple electricity sockets was perfect as I had things to do, and the couch allowed me to review some things with a colleague who was also staying in the hotel. Also very happy with the availability of tea, just that I am a green tea drinker...
Breakfast was too expensive. On the positive side, when we asked just for coffee and a croissant, the staff made this possible for a smaller price. I understand it's not possible to offer a full buffet of real quality food for too small an amount, but then there should be other options. In a hotel in Asia once, they had a choice of full buffet or a menu with 3 smaller options. For instance, coffee/tea, 1 cup of juice and pancakes, or same with a small basket of viennoiserie, or same with a bowl of yoghurt and cereals. All things they had on the full buffet anyway.

We stayed here for one week. The staff had us upgraded to superior rooms right after we booked the rooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they fulfilled our requests willingly. Excellent service. The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to everything (tram station, metro, shops, restaurants) but remains quiet all day. The breakfasts were great too.
Nothing really. It was all good.

The hotel is very well located. Our room was upgraded because we stayed for 7 nights, so it was very spacious. The bed was extra comfortable, and the extra space was more than welcome. There was an iron which was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
Not enough staff at reception, so checking in was a bit slow. I wanted to become a member, but could not wait for the receptionist to be free every time I tried

The staff were very pleasant and courteous. When I arrived the receptionist recognized that I would need a walk-in shower and assigned me a room accordingly. I asked for a non-slip mat for the shower and received it immediately. I often used public transport. Access to tram lines is very easy.
Lighting in the room was woefully inadequate. The telephone should have easy access to emergency or reception number. I had to look it up in one of the brochures.
