The location is great. The breakfast is very good.

I was for 2 nights. When I came one of the small towels did not seem clean. After the first night the towels were changed, but the instant coffee in the room was not refilled, the bucket was not emptied-in short I am not satisfied with the cleaning.

Very helpful and kind staff, always there to help with questions. Very decent breakfast and well-equiped and clean room. Location quite central and easily accessible.

Despite being provided with the possibility to pay directly in the hotel, a "pre-authorization" is required, meaning that they will charge the client's card either way and return the amount charged later. When checking in "pre-authorization" is not considered as payment and they client has to pay again. There was a point of confusion to understand why there was this double payment required, but the amount of the "pre-authorization" is eventually returned back a few days after.

The hotel has a nice location, 20 minutes walk to the Grand Place. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was helpful that they had a place where you could store your luggage if you arrived before the check-in hour and wanted to see the city. Breakfast also had a variety to choose from. There's also a water and coffee machine in the lobby where guests can take for free.

It was cold in the room, being the beginning of December.

The hotel smells really well and gives very clean impression Staff is remarkably helpful and friendly Location was extremely convenient for both public transport, airport logistics and business-related needs

Breakfast was fine, but there were constant troubles with the coffee machine ( the only thing you REALLY expect to work during breakfast) + vegan unfriendly The light in the room is really bleak, I struggled to do my make-up There was no sockets next to the bed which is fantastic for sleep hygiene, but also not overly convenient

It’s close to everything in Brussels. It is Seriously located in the centre. It takes about 5-17min to reach everything you want by foot. The bed is huge and the bathroom was spacious as well. The room had whatever you need for a short stay. It’s quite modern looking and Very clean.

This is not something the hotel can do, But the Alley That the hotel is located is quite dirty, and sometimes smell like sewage. I also didn’t like the glass-sliding door for the bathroom. It was quite noisy when closing/opening and you could hear everything.

(1) The hotel is close to the subway and not far from the central station (about 1.5 km). There is a cab rank nearby. There are also branches of McDonald's and Burger King and other cafes nearby. It's definitely convenient. (2) Good room cleaning

(1) The mattresses and pillows in the room are regrettable. Since the inside is a very soft type of foam, it was uncomfortable to sleep. (2) It is worth increasing the assortment of foods for breakfast. I would suggest adding a few more types of meat dishes and salads. (3) There was no soap in the bathroom, which was provided after our request.

Location was good, very central and almost everything you wanna see is within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, such fresh and yummy scrambled eggs you'll rarely experience elsewhere. Staff was very helpful, nice and professional, and speaking very good English. It's great that you can leave your luggage by reception and go explore even before you've checked in. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. All in all, a good hotel experience.

The long maze-corridors were weird but fun. Bit dark in the rooms but it's fixable with a light switch. The street leading to the hotel is very very dirty, like you've probably never seen something like this before. But well it's also a cultural experience I guess.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the location is near the metro and accessible to the main area with 20 to 30 mins walk from the tourist spot..A lot of restaurant in the vicinity so you don't need to worry..The staff are accommodating and courteous😊😍And i love the ambience of the hotel it's unique when you go inside, with free coffee at the lobby♥️♥️🥰🥰

Well, as i had read in all the reviews, it's only the street before you reach the hotel with some animal poops and garbage everywhere, but all in all, i still recommend the Hotel😊😊👍😥

breakfast was average; the size of the room was decent; there was a fridge in the room and sockets right next to the bed; there was also an ac-unit, which was working; free wifi was working as well; the room and the hotel in general was clean; staff was friendly; you could store your luggage in a room next to the front desk after check-out and they even give you a number for your suitcase, so noone else can take it; the surrounding area is okay, there're many shops and it's not too far from the old town; it's also not far to the next bus-/subway-stop; the rooms come with outside blinds, which is great; the cost-benefit ratio is okay

when you open the window it gets a little bit loud from time to time, but when they're closed it's quiet

It's the same street as the club Spirito Brussels where we went clubbing on a Friday night. Our room was clean and tidy. The bathroom and separate toilet looked newly renovated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was raining outside and we didn't had an umbrella with us. You could borrow one from the reception. We also needed an iron and a plank and the receptionist happily provided us one. There's also a water and coffee machine at the lobby where guests can take for free. Breakfast also had enough variety to choose from.
