Good position, near the city centre by foot or with bus (number 71, 5 minutes walk, 15 minutes of bus). Simple to reach by metro from Bruxelles-Midi (if you came from Charleroi) or Bruxelles-Central. Friendly staff, spacious and bright room. The gave us two magnetic cards for opening the door. It's possible to leave the luggage after the check-out. We didn't try the breakfast.

The hotel offers a decent choice for Brussels at a reasonable price. The room was clean and peaceful. The staff were polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. In general, I would say it's a good value for money.
There were a couple of minor issues. Perhaps, the most important has to do with the position of the toilet, which was just next to the corner - as a result, it was almost impossible to properly sit, and I'm certainly not a big person. The shower sliding door was also a bit hard to open and close. Last, the room was in general a bit narrow and for instance, working on the desk was a bit tight. Another minor issue was the location. The hotel is close to Louise, which might be ok for shopping and perhaps going out, but not really well positioned in relation to central locations.

The young staff members who welcomed me were very friendly 🙂 The request I made for a quiet room on the high floor was considered and made real. The high ceiling in the corner room was very nice. The bed was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was quite ok especially the goat cheese and the scrambled eggs.
The shower plate was not large enough and I had to be very careful not to spill water on the floor. The plugs in the bathroom did not work, I told the reception on my last day because there were enough plugs in the room so it was not a big issue for me. There is not a lobby area to sit by the reception

The room was extremely spacious with two french balconies, a large desk, storage for clothing, a minifridge and a TV with many channels. Highly reccomend!
The breakfast was disappointing. By 9 o'clock, there were no warm foods available as the total amount put out was minimal. I beleive they only offered eggs and one other warm dish, although I'm not sure what it was since it was gone. Not worth the money unless you think that spending around 16 euros on bread and cheese is worth it. I would stay at the hotel again, but I'd make sure to plan to have breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was great and pretty much what you expect from a 3 star hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were great when we needed to organise and extra night. The breakfast offered great value for money too with several items available where you could really fill up for the rest of the day. The coffee here was great too.
The location was a little out of the way and you had to take a metro into the main city, but it was a short walk to the metro at least. Though, there were some quick places to eat within a 10-15 min walk like Maccas that was open 24hrs, so perfect after we returned after the Rammstein gig!

The hotel is quite like what you'd expect at this price point, probably better than many at the same price. Some bonuses are that the bathroom is amazing, really spacious! My room was also quite good in size. Then the location is actually fantastic, you are in a nice area very connected to the center, but secluded enough to not be bothered. Great restaurants around. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but HUGE plus that it runs until 11am.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed. The beds we were in were not comfortable at all. It's two twin beds put together with a tiny mattress on top of the twin beds mattresses. The problem is that you are sinking all the time, and I guess one of the mattress is too old cause it's very uneven. Perhaps some investment here could be done.

The room was prepared early (which was great for us since we arrived early too). The place had an elevator which is great if you're placed on the top floor. The area is pretty close to the city center, and while it might not be the quietest place in town, we had no real issues with the noise from the streets or anything. The place had all the amenities you would expect and the bed was pretty comfortable. Both receptionists we spoke to also spoke English well (this was a real issue with the other places we stayed at).
The WiFi was really slow. Good enough to check your e-mail, but when trying to do video calls it would occasionally drop out if talking to 1 person. Basically unusable if talking in a conference video call.

We had a large room with a king bed and a twin bed in a separate little area and it was lovely. The room also had a little balcony. I don’t think all rooms are like this. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked great and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good and plentiful but maybe a bit overpriced. The coffee was wonderful. The hotel is very close to public transport which is cheap, fast and easy to use. (You will have to walk a couple of blocks to the hotel but the area seems very safe). Many shops( some pretty high end) and restaurants are within a short walking distance. If you don’t need to stay right in the city but want easy access I would highly recommend this hotel.
The bath/shower combo is awkward and water gets on the floor.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful personnel. Well situated hotel near metro station and 20-30 minutes walk to the center of the main touristic area.
Only downside was the night club 5 minutes from the hotel which is to be avoided after dark and the streets at night can be pretty noisy so sleeping with the window open isn't an option. Other from that the hotel was an excelent choise and I will be back for sure! Thank you!

Affordable (at least compared to other hotels in Brussels on the days I visited), clean place, with a nice breakfast. Easy to reach as well, with meal/store options nearby. Works perfectly if you just want an OK place for the night.
The mattresses were way too soft for me, and the bathroom could be better arranged. There was no locked luggage storage, and even though the staff was nice about it, it felt unsafe to leave bags out in the open in the bar area.
