The hotel is very well located, 15 min walking to the city center and 10 min to the central train station. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. In the bathroom there was a good and properly working hair dryer. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks.

The room was a little cold due to draft from the window and the wi-fi wasn't always working properly.

The staff were as friendly and courteous as you could ever wish for, even provided brollies for the rain on our first day. Breakfast was fantastic. The top floor room we had was great, smallish but adequate, with a small veranda which gave great views over the city skyline. The hotel is well situated for both the metro and local bus routes and is in walking distance to a number of museums, the European Parliament and the Parc de Bruxelles (Not to be missed for a wee stroll). Well worth considering a stay here.

Very small lift max 2 at a time. This is not a hotel for the disabled. Breakfast is served on the first floor accessible by stairs to it. I'm partially disabled and it was a bit of a struggle for me. The bedroom was a little tired but passible. However, these small dislikes would not stop me going back to this hotel.

The room itself was very nice, well appointed, solid comfy bed. Lobby clean and modern. Friendly front desk staff. Loaner umbrellas appreciated. And a very nice breakfast buffet! We paid the inclusive rate for our room, and it was worth it. Hotel is right on two Metro and tram lines. The main boulevard is a "mink mile", but not far off are small streets with good restaurant choices.

It didn't bother me, but worth mentioning: The elevator is very small, and could be a challenge for a claustrophobe. Book a room on a lower floor. My only complaint was that when I asked for a bag of ice to put on an injured foot, they actually had no ice to give me. That surprised me.

Hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of the Grand Place and all the sights and restaurants around there. It is also just across the road from the Metro station which we used from the Park and Ride to avoid paying emission charge. Room was well appointed and had both a bath and a shower. WiFi and TV all good, hotel certainly has the appearance of being well maintained. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful.

Room 6 is next to the breakfast room and so I was awoken by staff banging about in there setting up breakfast and then had the clatter of guests climbing the stairs to get to breakfast. Room 6 is duplex and spacious but there is a price to pay!

The location is very central within walking distance to the old town, shopping streets, city centre and the EU institutions. Metro station is just 50m away. Hotel has an elevator and a separate room for breakfast with a nice street view. The room and the bathroom have everything you need (except for a water boiler, teas or coffees) and can be cleaned every day. The staff is welcoming and can address all your requests. There is a machine to buy water or you can buy it from the hotel upon request. Highly recommended for a short or longer stay.

My room was too dark (I mean the lights). It could be lighter.

The hotel is well connected so you can walk to the Grand Place and around in less than 15 minutes. You have the metro station near the hotel that will connect you to many places too. The room is double standard, but we consider a little small (but we expected that in the center of Brussels) and is good for a couple. We didn't try the breakfast but is open from 7 am until 10 am so you can take advantage of it if you have an early departure. If you are a smoker, you cannot do so due to the hotel's non-smoking policy.

The WiFi fluctuated during our stay. One important thing is that Charleroi airport is far from the center of Brussels and mobilization there is a consideration, approximately 50 min to an hour by car/taxi/uber/bolt (prices start at 100 euros) and by bus, it will be 2 hours.

The hotel is well-located: close to underground stations and a walking distance from the central station, shopping area and Grand Plaza. I had a room on the 7th floor, which had a cosy balcony. The main amenities are ok, although e.g. curtains need to be renewed. The bed was comfortable. My colleagues who slept on the other floors were less happy with their views to the walls and darkness, but some even had a teapot 😊

There was a strange smell in my room, maybe someone smoked in the balcony before.

The staff were friendly and made the check-in and check out process really smooth and easy, that was a relief considering it was a group of 12 people. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we didn't expect a lot but it's absolutely enough for a weekend visit.

I thought there could be more options for breakfast and maybe another coffee machine, if I am being really picky then maybe another lift as it was very small and slow. If you have a lot of luggage it would basically be one at a time.

The location is great and it is very close to the city centre. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cosy.

The bathroom. Water was not draining properly from a sink. After couple minutes it was full of water and we had to wait until its gone. It was also a challenge to shower, because afterwards the floor was full of water. And it is not about accuracy, I regularly go to a shower at home and I never had that much water on the floor. But the shampoo with an orange scent was awesome!
