The location is perfect if you'd like to visit several tourist attractions within 15minutes proximity. The Grand Place, waffle houses, fries houses, food and shopping streets... it's all reachable by foot. Also, the tram station is a 3minutes walk which gets you around as well. The ticket system is similar to the English and Dutch ones. You can use your credit card to travel around.

I asked the hotel whether it was possible to open the windows, even by a few centimetres. Unfortunately, that question was ignored. Because I received two other messages that did not answer my question after I asked twice. Nevertheless, we had large windows (which did not open, so it was just AC), got a free upgrade to a corner room with the most AMAZING VIEW. If you can, I would highly recommend it. We could see the Atomium from our room :)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The interior of the hotel is amazing, the staff are very professional and attentive, the rooms are great and the view from the sauna on the 23rd floor was exceptional. The Hotel is also in the perfect location and walkable distance for sight seeing and restaurants with good transportation links.

The breakfast buffet was the same everyday and could have been better e.g. surprised that they didn't have waffles (being such a staple food in Belgium), pancakes or an omelette bar. I was unaware that there was a free walking tour on Saturday offered to guests and when I tried to enquire it was fully booked. Would have been nice to be told about this upon check-in.

Check in was made easy by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Check out was just as easy, done online and just a key drop. The room was a panoramic view room on the 24th floor and the views were incredible. Rooms on this floor have access to a luxury lounge (also on the 24th floor) where all drinks and nibbles are free and the views are just as amazing. A free mini bar is provided in the room, with wine, beer and soft drinks. The bed is very comfortable and the seating area in front of the panoramic windows was a great place to relax, have a drink and take in the views of Brussels. Parking is underground and 35 euros for 24 hours, being off road and out of sight I felt provided an extra layer of security. Breakfast was diverse, plentiful and very enjoyable.

There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy about our stay in this hotel.

The stuff were so lovely, it’s so rare to have staff at breakfast who actually seem to want to be there. Breakfast was also really good with huge variety. Bed was super comfortable and the room had an amazing view. Hamman and sauna were a great bonus, and I was the only person in there when I used. The Panorama Lounge was nice, but honestly wasn’t very well stocked - just a few beers and nuts. My room was on 24th floor also so not much incentive to stay in there.

The bathroom products in the room were a bit rubbish and cheap, especially for a premium room. The toilet also kept dripping water all night, but honestly nothing major had a really good stay - it’s a really nice hotel! Would deffo stay again.

Quiet location within the city centre. Interior was mostly modern and sleek. The staff were really nice and delicious cocktails available. The non-alcoholic cocktails were amazing too! We paid extra to be on a higher-up floor and the views were great. breakfast was a very nice (good quality) selection of items but limited on options. The beds are super comfortable.

some features in the rooms probably need a little update (e.g. carpets). We had pre-booked breakfast and were still turned away for breakfast one morning, as there weren’t any free spaces available ~45 minutes before the breakfast finished. Pretty disappointing, especially as we were told there’s no option to book a table for breakfast. It happened on a bank holiday weekend and the other mornings we had no issues getting a table. The included mini-bar only offers one beer/coke and water per day. Since the hotels own car park comes at a pretty steep price it would be great if guests would be offered the rate at a discounted price.

Very modern and comfortable. Having the extra seating was a big plus given the size of most rooms in Europe. Nice view from the room as well. Great location, about 10 min from the Central train station and 15 min from the Grand Place but far enough to be quiet.

Only minor comment is that all of the rooms we stayed in on this trip were insufficiently separated from the bathroom. In this case by an unnecessary sliding door that did not enclose the entire area. This meant that if you get up in the night, you either have to do it blind or else wake your partner up with the light. A simple barrier next to the sink would have sufficed.

Good hotel - early check in available :) Great staff Clean room Great location - city centre ( designer and high street shops) nice to walk around. Night Club walking distance Nice spa Park 2 mins walk behind the hotel - with restaurant and easy walk to other side of tourist places ( beautiful)

Complimentary mini fridge - need to have a better selection. Didn’t opt for breakfast as didn’t have waffles available !

I like the breakfast at this hotel very much and the rooms. The location is great!

This time the staff requested a credit card, usually a debit one is sufficient. The milk supply in the room was expired and also the cleaning staff was not that profesional like the last time. At replenishment, no Coke was added. I've asked for it at the reception. As I said I come here often, but this time it was dissapointing. I received a small room at a low floor even though I am an usual guest. See you next time!

We had a very quiet corner room overlooking the park which also provided a nice view. The room has a built in sofa so to speak which makes it nice when watching TV or reading. The lighting in the room is well designed too.

Only stay there if you are single or with a spouse. There is absolutely no privacy where the shower is concerned. The toilet is enclosed, but not the shower and with a glass door one is quite visible. I would not stay there if I had to share a room with a fellow employee or friend.

Modern hotel, very central, fabulous views from our room.

Breakfast items were just warm, it was served as a buffet with no lids and there did not seem to be a mechanism to keep it hot. Also the panorama lounge bar was not stocked or cleaned up very regularly and as a result there were limited refreshments and a lot of dirty glasses etc lying around on both evenings we attempted to visit so we didn't even bother checking the third night. It's a shame as it is a lovely area with stunning views and we had been looking forward to using it.
