The fragrance of Greece in the North! In furniture, design, colours, even soaps🙂. Inside, like a luxurious palace. Breakfast is fabulous! Rich choice, meat, cheeses, salmon, honey, pastries, fruit, eggs, yoghurt... And all sorts of coffee. For the first time, I didn't have to go to a grocery store, because I got all my daily essentials at breakfast. Incredible that it is included in the room price. And the area is very fancy, just around the corner of Avenue Louise, near the metro, well-connected.

No room for improvement.

Wasn't able to leave my bag for the day after checking out on the Friday and before flying home, seemingly due to shortage of staff.

This was a gorgeous hotel, very nice large rooms, and wonderful staff. There was a real bathtub in my room which was quite a treat after nearly a week of hard traveling for me. The bed was as really comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, and even though I was right next to the elevator the noise was not bad. They have real hotel keys for your room which is wonderful and charming. I had a very early taxi to catch and the man working the morning I left went out of his way to get me a coffee and make sure I left on time to make my train.

Nothing! This was my favorite hotel after spending a week in many different cities in The Netherlands and Belgium

We had a very quiet room which was quite spacious. Every amenity was right in the room- coffee maker, kettle, robes, slippers and lots of bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap etc. The staff was very good, especially Suzanna who wakes us to the team station and told us how it worked and how to pay for it. Very kind indeed.

Everything was convenient to where we wanted to go. Lots of shops on the street as well. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. We ate well every morning.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Manos Stephanie, which is in a good location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and the room itself was extremely comfortable, with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee-making facilities and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, with an array of everything you could possibly want. Staying here left me feeling refreshed and ready for my day of work in Brussels.

The one small downside was the wifi, which wasn't very strong.

We loved everything about this hotel! The service was friendly and messages were answered quickly. Our wishes regarding the location of the hotel room (because of the dog) were heard. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful, the room was cozy and really clean. The room had the possibility to make tea and coffee, bathrobes and slippers were also part of the room's equipment. The breakfast was comprehensive . A wonderful hotel that we would definitely stay at again!

There was nothing negative.

I wanted to be close to Avenue Louise and to the public transportation options. I checked many hotels but the cleanliness was an issue. I am glad I chose Manos Stephanie. The room was specious, very clean and comfortable. Bathrobe, slippers, toiletries were good. Breakfast was excellent! Many healthy choices. Tasty, conscious and sufficient choices were served in a beautiful saloon. The staff was always very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

That the bottles of water costed 5€. I would have appreciated for the first night a free of charge bottle as a welcoming sign. Nevertheless I had my own bottle, I did not like the idea of paying. Only coffee capsules and teabags were free. I didn‘t use any of them.

The hospitality shown to me has been so impressive by all the staff and management. I will be leaving Brussels so happy due to my experience at Hotel Manos Stephanie and when I come back I am sure to stay here again. The breakfast was so good with a great variety as well. The room was amazing and relaxing with lovely decor. Also a great location.

Staff were all very friendly and responsive, facilities are lovely, rooms have soft-close doors, which help considerably with noise reduction, very comfortable bed and the breakfast was excellent

Coffee in the room was a bit bitter for my taste, but besides that minor issue, it was an exceptional stay.
