We were greeted by a really helpful member of staff at reception, really appreciated being able to leave luggage before check in time, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and very good value, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely. Bath and shower lovely and a big thankyou to housekeeping staff who freshened up the room each day.

Location was further out of town which we were expecting but the alley the hotel is located down felt less than desirable especially at night time. Room was hot, no fridge in room. Had read previous reviews about the lift- a paper sign was on the outside of the lift saying maximum 3 people which made me feel uneasy

The staff were very friendly and it was great that we could get a comfortable room for three adults. Shower was good and beds comfortable. Limited hanging and storage space but was sufficient. Great location and reception staff are really helpful. Kettle in room but could also get coffee from machine in breakfast area at anytime

No decent mirror in bedroom The stuff about asking for the gardener on check in was bizarre as was instruction to go to hotel next door. There was 24 hour reception at Jardin Secret Internet wasn't working when we arrived but they told us and it was repaired the next day

It's was a brilliant little hotel. Out of the main area, but a 10/15 minute walk down to Grand Place and all the beautiful shops restaurants etc. The breakfast is amazing for the cost. And plenty of choice. I ate way too many nuts. But honestly, it was so nice. Plus, you can sit either in or out. The pool is a nice temperature, just tiny but serves its purpose. We loved the little balcony above the pool. Gets late evening sun.

I was disappointed with not having a bar as such. But you could buy a few limited drinks. No English breakfast tea bags are just something easily available to get.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two children, 10 and 7. This hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located near a metro stop and walkable to the historic sights and great restaurants, bars, and cafes. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The garden was charming and nice to have in the middle of the bustling urban neighborhood.

The room was very hot. We had a room with a second floor loft and although there were fans, it was tough to bring the temperature down in the loft. The bar and restaurant were lovely, but closed during our stay.

Although we did not ask for breakfast at the accommodation, we saw the breakfast in the morning. There were many types of pastries to choose from, including ham, cheese, eggs, jam, various fruits, muesli, and seeds. Everything looked very nice and there was a large selection. A water dispenser was also available, there was also a coffee machine, as well as delicious teas, which could be consumed by all hotel guests during the day for free. This was a great opportunity! The garden with the pool was very beautiful and cozy, the pool was heated, I really liked it. Our room looked very nice, just like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Although we only stayed there for 2 nights, we received cleaning, which was very thorough. Thanks for that. The staff was very kind, the room very cozy and quiet. I would go back again anytime, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone. :)

There was no air conditioning in the room, although we weren't there in the summer, so we didn't need it, but if someone goes in the summer, it would be nice. However, there were 3 fans, which helped to bear it if it was hot.

The garden is nice, the decor is nice and the room was tidied to a very high standard every day without us having to ask and regardless of when we went out which was very much appreciated.

The fire sensor/smoke alarm directly over the bed flashed all night which kept us awake. I know these are required but we do stay in hotels quite often and I’m sure the positioning is usually less disruptive. Also, the pool isn’t very practical - two people makes it full! It’s tantalising but ultimately disappointing. And the ally up to the hotel from the Main Street is a bit dicey/grimy/smelly

I recommend this hotel for a short Brussels city break! The hotel is in a great location, close to metro and bus stops, with a supermarket around a corner plus lots of shops, cafes and fast food chains. Brussels Central station is 20 minutes walk away, and so is the Brussels historic centre. The room had all the essentials - a large, comfortable bed, various seating areas (including a window reading nook), a kettle, a safe, area for clothes storage and a well stocked bathroom. The shower pressure was great. Staff were attentive and took their time to explain hotel information as well as answer any questions. The room was cleaned every day, too. What convinced us to get this hotel was the pool. Other people commented that it was smaller than expected, so i had quite a realistic idea of what it would be. While it was a bit cold for a swim, the pool created a natural hub for people to chill, relax and hang out in the green garden. There are pool loungers as well as various tables/benches in the garden for people to use. There is also an indoor area for relaxation/work/hangouts. The hotel check out is at 12, which worked well for us. The hotel also offers a luggage storage option, which was helpful. While staying at the hotel we saw a variety of people - couple, families with kids, friend groups - all different nationalities, which creates an overall pleasant and safe environment atmosphere. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Overall we had a great experience, but these are just some things i would like to note: - some areas in the room show the hotel wear and tear, especially the bathroom. The towels were quite rough and quite old. - the room has no AC, just the plug-in fan, so it can get quite warm in the room. - the area outside of the hotel is very busy during the day, and a bit dirty/shabby looking at night. - the room we stayed in was quite small in size, so if you are staying for longer you may feel a bit crammed - we stayed for a long weekend and it was perfectly enough for us.

The staff were super friendly and full of smiles. We had had to message them to say we were delayed a little and they replied immediately. The rooms facing in to the courtyard are really quiet, spotlessly clean, and were cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied each day too. Central heating was available, we stayed in June and a tiny bit of heat was welcome on a couple of the days. Fabulous comfy beds. Great en-suite with walk-in shower. View of the garden was lovely. Real plants in the rooms rather than fake plastic, nice!

Having been told to use the lift we found there was no button in the lift for accessing the first floor where our rooms were, not a major problem as long as you are ok walking up stairs with heavy cases. There was no where to place our luggage, just a window seat to lay our cases; no drawers etc. Our room did not have a safe to store passports etc, our friend's much larger room next door did; they also had a bath (we paid the same amount for the two rooms). We did not eat at the hotel as Brussels is full of fabulous restaurants and cafe´s near by, so cannot vouch for their menu.

The rooms were excellent for a group of three for a weekend break. Bathroom facilities were great with a bath and shower to choose from. The location was great and close enough to get to all the places of interest in the centre. Staff were really good and were in communication with us during our delayed journey to the hotel.

Unfortunately, due to the weather the pool wasn't available to use.

The access to the pool and the inner garden is a game changer - it was a perfect escape from sighseeing of a busy city. Rooms were super comfortable and well deigned. It is a perfect place if you are more leaning toward a balanced chill holiday rather than constant sightseeing - since getting to the main sighseeing part of the city takes about 15 min on foot

The hotel is connnected to a shopping street that is super busy and dirty which made us regret we didnt get at first the smaller street on the other side while walking to the hotel. There is no in hotel parking and on the street is also not an option. You have to part at shopping center Toison d'Or which is tricky to get to since google maps doesnt show it very good and its easy to mistake the parking and choose a very expensive one instead. The breakfast had amazing bread and granola but pankaces were cold and the food was quickly gone in the morning. Lastly, the pool could get crowded since it appears bigger on the picture thank in reality
