The room was large and comfortable enough for two people (though I was on my own). Bathroom was fine, lots of hot water and everything worked. The included breakfast was more than I would normally eat and offered all the basics from croissants through to egg and bacon. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because there was a heath centre attached with an indoor pool, sauna and hammam. The use of this is included in the price and I appreciated being able to come back and relax after a day's visiting. That I could then just saunter across the car park into the restaurant was a good plus. Although on the outskirts of Liege it was easy to find and get to. There is a large Carrefour a few minutes away and filling stations aplenty nearby.

The staff in the restaurant appeared (to my mind) to be lacking in number. On my second evening when a coach load of English battlefield tourists arrived in I overheard a number of them complaining amongst themselves about the slowness of the service (no doubt on the theory that nobody else speaks English and can overhear), but with only two serving in the restaurant and one guy on the bar/till they were more than occupied. After waiting patiently for about fifteen minutes I had to actually go and get a member of staff and ask them to come and take an order. I can understand that things happen but it was obviously known beforehand that so many people would be arriving at the one time. No complaints about the food or drink - just that yes, a lot of patience was required.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows excellent. The air conditioning worked really well and the bathroom was clean. The restaurant's food was delicious and the service inside was super. The spa was beautiful and spotless, and the pool/sauna/hammam room were very high quality. We were impressed by the soundproofing provided by the windows in the bedroom - no road noise at all.

The waiter service outside was rather slow as they kept forgetting us in the darkness of the evening. The contrasting high quality of the spa building was made even more obvious by the dated decor in the main hotel. The corridors are a little dull and characterless. The soundproofing between the rooms is not great and the waterpipes are quite loud.

If are going there you must try their outdoor swiming pool. Outside of town, quiet.

Restaurant can be quite busy so alway book your table in advance as there is no other restaurant nearby. A bit pricey but no other accommodation available on date of my travel. Thir gym is quite basic.

Very friendly check in. The hotel has a very nice view from the swimming pool.

it’s a pity that the swimming pool is opens from 10:00 am when you have to check out already at 11:00. We came back later from a birthday party and we wanted the next day to use the swimming pool, but it opens at 10:00

Room is okay, during our last night arrived a bus full of tourists, then we perceived that the rooms have not been isolated very well against noise. Breakfast was buffet , excellent, choice enough, Pool and wellness fine, we enjoyed.

We have not seen television , a lot of countries available, except the Netherlands, the hotel is located only 25 km from Maastricht!

The wellness part is really cool, specially the pool.

The shower of the bathrooms is not well isolated because the glace which should provide the separation is not going till the end. So you will have water in the bathroom and you have no drain on the floor.

The property is located in a quiet location, with nice walking trails that lead to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with responsive wifi. The reception was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. I appreciated them allowing an early check-in. I recommend this hotel for a great wellness retreat. The bar is great to end the evening.

it’s was central to the various War Memorials we planned to visit. The hotel was spacious, indoor and outdoor pools and a compact but well ran Bar.

nothing to dislike about this Hotel

Good big room, nice view. Very good shower. Water cooker with tea and coffee is an absolute plus and a small fridge. No plastic cubs all glass and mugs. Wellness access is good, includes towels. Good looking wellness area. All staff all very friendly and polite from wellness ,reception and restaurant too.

No soundproof rooms. You can hear hallway and drains from rooms next door. A bit small beds 140

We paid less then 200 euros for 2 fine dinners, 1 night in an excellent room, 2 fantastic breakfasts, use of wellness and indoor and outdoor pool even after checking out.
