Really lovely location, no private parking but never struggled to find on street parking. The accommodation was bright, clean & modern, in a beautiful old building, we were a family of 6 so had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is laid out for you each morning (in your kitchen) and had a lovely selection of continental foods and access to the coffee machine all day. The two top bedrooms share a bathroom and the bottom bedroom has its own bathroom. Both have nice hot shower. The owners are lovely and speak really good English and are very helpful.

There are lots of stairs, so if you struggle or planning to get drunk probably not for you.

Location was a short walk to town center. We had the whole building. Ypres was charming with so much interesting history. We stopped here for a couple of days traveling from Paris to London and wished we had more time. Breakfast included plenty of cheese, cold cuts, eggs and fresh fruit. Wi-fi was excellent. My grandkids loved the place. Parking right in front of the building for our big van for 7 was easy and convenient. The evening Memorial ceremony in town is worth the walk and there are many delightful resturants in the town center.

Close to town centre - fairly quiet (some street noise but not disruptive at all) - comfortable bed - rooms are good size. Breakfast has good variety and is plentiful. Street parking is free with the parking card the host, Maria supplies - and Maria even changes the parking card times for you to keep things legal as you are off touring. Coffee and tea always available in the breakfast room.

If you have upper floor bedrooms, your private washroom is two floors down. It's odd, but not overly inconvenient.

Location is perfect - about 10 mins walk from the Menin Gate with plenty of shops and cafes etc along the way. The town is lovely. Parking - I'm still a little unclear on the parking situation. We parked right outside and understand it's free over night until 9am. We were given a disk but I'm not sure how long that would give us. I think it's only 2 hours free. The owner kindly put another disk in our window I assume because were were slightly longer than 2 hours. But I'm a bit unclear. You can always park in the square around the corner which may or not be metered? There was a fabulous brand new kitchen with oven, fridge, micro, kettle, tea, coffee etc which was available to use. We ended up cooking a simple meal in the microwave which saved us a lot of money and hassle. Beds super comfy and all very clean. As others have said, you have to go down 1.5 floors to the bathroom but that was OK with us but if you have small kids or are not too mobile, it could be an issue. The ladies who checked us in were lovely and extremely helpful.

Be aware that we booked the upper floor 'family room' for our family of 4, however, although the pictures show a twin room and a double, it's actually 2 doubles. This presented us with a problem as our boy and girl aged 16 and 18 require separate beds. The owners were very helpful and provided a camp bed, but it wasn't really suitable and our daughter didn't get much sleep. They did their best and I'm grateful but other families should be aware.

Wonderful place to stay right in the centre, free parking always a bonus, (the host gave us a blue pass to use) easy access to gain entry. The rooms were warm and spacious, bed was exceptionally comfy, did not want to get out of it. Kitchen facilities to use if required and it was a nice touch with tea/coffee supplies all complementary , breakfast was continental -plentiful ..shared bathroom was spacious and very good shower. The whole place was immaculately clean ,host was friendly and welcoming. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay..thank you for your hospitality...😁 We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Nothing much really, the front door when locking up was a little difficult to get the key out. Perseverance won the day 👍

The B&B is a max 10-minute walk to the town centre. We only spent one weekday night here and the street was quiet with plenty of parking space. Just be aware that you can only park there for free after 7pm in the evening (and probably on Sundays and public holidays). Inge offers a strong breakfast that will keep you going the whole day. The whole building was extremely clean and I think was newly renovated. The room is large and equipped with an open closet and a complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom is also quite large. Because there were no other guests, we had it to ourselves but it is otherwise shared.

There is no wc/sink/bathroom upstairs where the room was. We had to go 1.5 floors down to use the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient in the middle of the night but was not too big a deal for us.

service and staff were very good. very clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, continental with lots of choices. About a ten minute walk from the centre.

we did get parking almost outside the property but it could be an issue in high season. The local council obviously allowed a kindergarten school plan the road system, I am assuming there is a system? Major traffic jams especially at peak hours.

The location was perfect, close enough to easily walk into the centre of Ypres. Rooms were basic but spacious, comfortable and quiet. The best breakfast and best shower of the three places we stayed on this trip! Easy to park in the street

It's a shame the bathroom was downstairs from the bedrooms, although I wouldn't have chosen to stay at Inga had I known that....which would have been sad as everything else was perfect!

Great location wonderful breakfast and value for money

Unfortunately the town was closed for some festival and however we tried we couldn’t get to the property. It did open up at nine pm but would of helped if we were informed. Ended up walking around for five hours waiting for the roads to open. Not the owners fault but a heads up could have helped.

clean, bright and airy. lovely fresh breakfast. comfortable bed. An easy walk into the town centre and to the Menin Gate.

The parking situation is not transparent. During the day, you need to keep resetting your parking disc every 2 hours. You get a private bathroom, but if on the top floor your bathroom is 1 1/2 flights of narrow steep stairs to get to it in a hallway.
