Breakfast - an amazing selection with the addition of a surprise offering from Josline every morning (banana pancake, eggs and bacon, boiled egg, teacake). Josline - an amazing hostess. Attentive and always smiling! She allowed us to book in early and leave our cases when booking out as our train wasn't until early afternoon. Location - just 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes to the market square. Sparkling bathroom - we had the chocolate room, and the bathroom was newly appointed with a lovely walk- in shower. Mini bar in room - reasonably priced. Beautifully decorated room with super kingsize bed. Garden area - we didn't get to use it, but the garden area was so pretty with plenty of seating, a hot tub, shower and sauna. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Don't forget your swimsuit! If you're looking for a base in the centre of Ypres, look no further...we can't recommend highly enough.

Nothing to dislike

A lovely little B&B in a perfect situation to explore Ieper and the surrounding areas. Joseline and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were good and there was always an additional extra something sweet to eat. Our room was large, well equipped and had an ensuite bathroom (not every room does). The decor was a little over the top for me, but was fun for a few nights on holiday. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning much appreciated. There was a beautiful, peaceful courtyard garden which was lovely to relax in for a while at the end of a busy day. Thank you!

I didn't find anything not to like.

After staying in a number of properties during my holiday that were tiny, the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The property was clean and tidy, well appointed and the hosts were so lovely - was like staying with family. The location was fantastic - short walk from the train station and to the Flanders Fields Museum and the Menin Gate. The breakfast was AMAZING - so much food put out for me when I came downstairs and while I was having that, Joseline was cooking me more!!! Rooms are upstairs, but my host carried my heavy suitcase up for me which was much appreciated.

Location was excellent with only a few minutes walk to the main square or to the station. Parking not really available outside but the host has a blue badge allowing two hours free and there is a free public parking spot not far away. Rooms are interestingly themed and although we had the shower across the landing it wasn’t that bad not having it in our room. The breakfast was amazing. Everything from creme brûlée to home made jams and the softest bread ever. I looked forward to it every morning. Having the hot tub too and the lovely garden was a reason for us to come back early and especially useful after a days cycling. I would definitely stay here again. The house is really friendly and very helpful.

Excellent little bed and breakfast. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Took my daughter for a weekend away to teach her a bit of history. I was more than pleased with the accommodation, perfectly situated in a central location. The garden area is beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely look at staying again next time I visit.

This place is a true gem in Ypres. It is very well located for the city centre and main attractions and is a cosy and fun place. I loved the decor and personal touches and the room was large and had everything I could need including a comfortable bed and well stocked mini-bar! The owners were very friendly and the breakfast had so much variety that whatever you like to have for breakfast it was provided. I also loved the large pretty garden and the hot tub which was very needed after a long cycle ride. I stayed at five properties on my cycling holiday and this one was my favourite.

The location was fantastic a short 5 minute walk to the Großmarkt less then 10 to the Menin Gate. The property was on a quiet street even though so close to the centre. Lovely variety of food at breakfast with a different hot dish served freshly cooked each day (pancakes one day and scrambled egg with bacon the next). Very very friendly and helpful hosts, who allowed us to take our bikes and bike rack through to the back garden, enabling us to park right outside the house, which we were lucky as this was free from 6 pm Saturday until 9 am Monday, the exact length of our stay. Would highly recommend and would certainly book again.

Great location close to city centre, short walk to Menin bridge restaurants and tourist attractions. Carrefour supermarket is also close by. Free On street parking outside the accommodation for 2 hours, and sundays. Safe area to walk around. Tea & coffee biscuits are available anytime in the kitchen.

There is nothing to dislike. Hosts are friendly and hospitable.

Ideal location being just a few minutes walk from main square and the Menen Gate. And better than other BnBs as you have lots of space outside to relax and even enjoy a jacuzzi. Plus a lovely varied breakfast. And owners are very friendly and helpful.

Occasionally some noise from street below although it is usually fairly quiet.

Very welcoming, warm, cosy, a lovely home in a great location. Breakfast has to be the best ever, homemade jams, bread, and other small delights. Plenty of everything. A kettle in our room was very nice but you could also get drinks in the dining room. Our hostess was lovely and had given us a homemade chocolate cat too. So much attention to detail, a very generous and creative atmosphere.
