Very nice hotel with very good facilities and services. I did not score it a 10 because I believe the food quality is not at a 10 level. The personnel is very nice and helpful .The resort itself is beautiful, with nice gardens and large pools. There is a very nice beach which serves the hotel.Rooms are large and comfortable , very modern .I would recommend the pools or sea view rooms- as the ‘ park view ‘ is not something you would like to see from your window. There is variety in food but not the highest quality.I would say breakfast is the nicest from the 3 meals .Lunch and dinner not very tasty. Deserts are colourful but not very good. Overall a very nice resort, but I would not say best in Bulgaria ( as other said)- there are at least 2 other which are better in my view .

There are 2 things which I did not like very much: the food quality and the lack of entertainment for bigger kids. Probably few water sides would make the resort more attractive and fun for families.

we liked the location, the waves were awesome, the pool was very clean, the drinks were nice (if you talked with the bartenders and got on their good side), the meals were nice as well, and the staff did try to make things nicer (but in some cases they barely understood any English .... so was a bit hard to get to them)

overall, this is extremely expensive for the region ... yes it's beautiful, no it's not THAT beautiful .. yes the meals are good, but they are nowhere near some other locations where you'd pay something like this (not in BG)

The food variety and quality was good, not amazing but good. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The stuff is amazing, although the communication could be improved, mostly for the people serving drinks. The property is wonderful with nice amenities.

Bed sheets were not changed during the stay, although we stayed 3 nights, unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, which should have a 2 day policy. Drinks menu is terrible and you can't even pay for something better. All spirits/wines are of the worst kind, less than 10 euros a bottle and the stuff preparing the drinks is unexperienced, just mixing something in a glass. Although they promote having an outdoor heating pool, the heating system was not turned on. When asked, the stuff said they will do it next week. This sounds like they wanted to do a little bit of saving and also is unfair for the clients since it says differently on booking and their website.

- i dint like the fact that the lunch was scheduled for 18:30 and arrived with a baby i was not let to get something to eat for the child ( not for us ) ( note that i have arrived at 18:23-24) on the bar the same. if arrived 1 minute earlier i was not served ( come on… we are talking about 1-5 minutes

Everything! it was perfect

There wasn’t ANY salmon fillet (NOT cooked) for breakfast. intercontinentally there is always Salmon with either butter or cheese to make a great breakfast. one more tip besides the salmon: you could put Walnuts (a small bowl) at lunch and dinner next to the Tarator (bulgarian yoghurt soup) as many people love it to put Walnuts inside!

If you're going to stay avoid 5th floor at any cost. There is major issue with the water and you'll get no water at all between 6:00 and 8 PM.

The resort was great- it looks brand new, the room was very spacious. There are lots of facilities- 4-5 swimming pools , great beach, excellent spa center and lots of entertainment for the kids. Regarding food and beverages- you'll never be hungry- there are lots of restaurants and they cater to every taste- I am sure you'll find something you like to eat.

The only drawback I can think of is the pillows- it will be nice to have an option of bigger pillows. Its nothing major- only a small comment to help you improve your services to the clients. Otherwise everything else is perfect

This hotel is beyond exceptional! I’ve stayed at several hotels but this is unlike any I’ve ever been to. The staff are total perfection even tho they switch for every meal of the day they go above and beyond to assure your happy and satisfied with anything and everything! Not only is the views of the mountains that surround the hotel priceless it is the most tranquil place I’ve been to, it’s just like being in the Maldives again but almost better !! This is somewhere you really don’t wanna miss experiencing! It’s just..... can’t put it into words I’ll never forget my experience here!

Nothing what so ever!

The hotel is new, clean, rooms are very comfortable. The food is very, very good and diverse (and we are very picky eaters!). Our 4 year old had a lot to choose from. Beverages are good quality for an all inclusive. I was really impressed with how nice are the waiters in the main restaurant, if they see you are looking for a table when it's very crowded they manage to find one for you or even set up a new one. Free sunbeds for clients, not extremely crowded. We also stayed in a villa and it was amazing having our own pool (even if the water was cold). All in all, I recommend it!

People at the reception are overwhelmed, the hotel apparently sometimes overbooks rooms and problems appear. However, they managed to fix it eventually and we got a very good deal. The water in the pools is not heated.

Everything is new and modern, the rooms are large and very comfortable and the food is good.

We went for vacation in the beginning of September and some of the services for kids were not available anymore and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere the moment we made the reservation. We chose this resort especially for the facilities they had for babies and we were very disappointed. The indoor pools (adults, but especially the kids one) are very small for such a large resort.
