It's always the best place to stay , close to the airport , special thanks to Ivan , the desk guy , he has been very competent and helpful !! Recomend it always !!!

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus so we landed at t2 when u exit turn right there is a bus stop the bus picks up up there the hotel check in was easy and quick we were on the 5th floor lofts avail first impressions of the hotel was nice normally best western hotels aren’t the greatest chain however I was very surprised the hotel smelt lovely and clean and the room was lovely and spacious we got given a room adapted for disability so we had a wet room instead of a bathroom amenities were given in the bathroom there is a shopping mall around 5 mins away by taxi called the mall which was easy however they don’t do Uber out here so u have to download an app called yellow taxi breakfast was brilliant lots of choice hot and cold food selection and pastries

The room was too hot but we opened the window so it cooled down

Excellent location, with a free shuttle bus from Sofia airport. The bus driver was very helpful, and the reception manager on duty was lovely, very welcoming. The room was very quiet

It was ROASTING in the room, there was an air con control though, I just didn't find until the morning!

We had a very nice and specious room, king size bed and very comfortable sitting area. Both our room and the bathroom were very clean and nice. Convenient location for a one-night stay before catching your flight from Sofia airport, with a free shuttle service to the airport. Quite new and a modern building, nice interior and exterior.

The food in the restaurant wasn't bed, but just average, nothing WOW. For the price you pay you would expect a better quality. The risotto was not a real creamy risotto, but a simple rice dish. The pork chop with a very special name and price was nothing special either. Speaking about the breakfast, the quality of food was even worse. The white Feta-type cheese was dry, and hard, and tasteless. The pastries looked odd as well. My feeling is that most of the food offered for breakfast was prepared somewhere else and just delivered, and it did not look fresh and tempting.

This hotel is an excellent choice, especially for travelers. It’s very close to the airport, making it super convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to unwind. The staff stand out for being friendly and professional, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The on-site restaurant is a bonus, offering great meals without needing to go far. Parking is another strong point, with both outdoor and indoor options. The indoor parking is particularly useful in cold weather. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable hotel for a short or extended stay.

The only downside to my stay was the lack of proper ice management in front of the hotel. The area can get very slippery, making it difficult and unsafe to walk, especially in colder weather. It would be great if the hotel could address this by regularly deicing the walkways for the safety of their guests.

The room itself was extremely big and comfortable. Good amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big and contained all necessities. Breakfast was also great and good value for money.

The only issue I had was that I booked a shuttle between the airport and the hotel to come at 10pm, however my flight was delayed by 3 hours. I attempted to communicate with the hotel regarding this delay however I could not effectively communicate with them as reception did not pick up my calls and I could not find the shuttle and ended up using a taxi. Also, the rooms made some weird noises at night however nothing too bad.

Nice clean big room, modern, and really great views. The restaurant downstairs is really good as well, not cheap but the quality is really good. The free shuttle service is great and worked out great. The on demand omellete at the breakfast was delicious!!!

The bed did not have proper sheets, half of the matrace was exposed. We asked for more sheets and the robot brought them to us, so solved. The A/C or heating unit did not seem to work properly, the temperature stayed the same irrespective of what you set. The breakfast should have more selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Just checked out from a two-night whirlwind at the Best Western Premier Hotel Sofia Airport and, folks, this place is a catch, especially if you're flying in or out of Sofia! Nestled in a relatively new business district, this stylish 4-star gem is just a short hop from both terminals of Sofia International Airport—seriously, just under half a mile to Terminal 1 and a tad more to Terminal 2. They even throw in a free shuttle to make your airport runs a breeze. Now, let's talk perks because Best Western Premier isn’t holding back. The rooms? Ultra-comfy Serta beds and mine had a knockout view of what looked like Vitosha Mountain, not that you'd care after you snooze off. Plus, the windows are soundproofed, so it’s all the sights without the noise. And yes, there’s fast free WiFi that won't stop in the middle of your conference call. The breakfast service at Barillon 1909 was incredible. And so is the restaurant. Took some business partners for lunch and everyone was delighted by the service.

It seems like there's a total disconnect between the overnight crew and the hotel's restaurant. Here I was, just wanting to enjoy my late-night takeout, and when I asked for some silverware or even plasticware, I got turned down flat. Come on, it's not like I was asking for an elephant! How about keeping a stash of plasticware on hand for those of us who get the midnight munchies? Just a thought! :)

We liked how friendly and approachable the staff were. We were surprised to find out that breakfast was included. Breakfast was great. Our room was quiet and immaculate. We loved our stay and definitely will be returning.

Getting to the hotel is a challenge if you are on foot. The nearest metro station is about 20 min away, and it is off-road with no pedestrian walking area. This is not an issue for us, and we chose to stay for a second time, but it is the only unpleasant thing connected to the hotel.

Hotel provides free shuttle transport from and to the hotel.Pick up from airport was ok ,but morning driver from the hotel to airport was a bit rude .No help offered with luggage despite was a hight van and not easy to lift to that level. When we asked him which terminal we are going to first he ironically said is it clear .If was that clear we would not be asking at 04.20 a. m. would we?! We went to terminal 2 then 1 .What is clear or logical in that! Very unpleasant man!Ruined my good impression of the hotel!Staff at reception very helpful as coffee machine was leaking water and very quickly was changed with another .Thanks!
