This hotel is exceptional. From the friendly helpful staff to the luxury bed and room it's 1st class all the way. The free-flowing breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked as you order. The pool is a tropical retreat and beautiful. The staff are professional, well trained, and just lovely people. The room itself is 5star anywhere and the bed was so comfortable that I slept great. Don't worry about not being on pub street they have free taxi between 4 and 5 pm. Being away from Pub Street is perfect as the hotel is so peaceful, but in a few minutes, you're in the party street, best of both worlds. I actually extended my stay in Siam Reap as I was enjoying the hotel so much. If you are coming here pay the few dollars extra as its worth it. I had a totally problem free stay. 10/10

There is nothing not to like

The hotel is an oasis of respectability in the single-storey working-class suburb of Sien Reap. At the same time, the hotel staff exhibits the best features of Cambodians: cordiality, friendliness and the desire to provide excellent service to their guests. The hotel offers well-kept grounds, clean swimming pool, large and comfortable rooms, nourishing breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi and well-trained staff. And if you still have any questions about any of the things that might come to your mind (tickets, guides, shopping, spas, restaurants, transport, etc.), then contact the intelligent intellectual Mr. Yan Piseth and your questions will be swiftly resolved!

Excellent young staff. New hotel, comfortable, safe, good food, clean and with some good design details. Very good value! After offering a tip in local currency upon our arrival to the doorman who took our luggage to the room, the young and honest Cambodian warned me of the equivalent amount in USD ($15), as he considered it to be a mistake. Commendable! There aren't many like that anymore, especially for unsuspecting tourists.

Located little beet away from the city center to walk, but they offer a free tuk-tuk (one way) every day do visit the city. The return cost less than 1$

Hotel staff an manager went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed and made our stay so easy helping us book tours and the tuk tuk drivers who would take us Into town every day and night who were waiting outside the hotel Breakfast was amazing and so was the pool area and our room was 5 star worthy 100% would recommend and will be booking again on our next trip to Siem reap

Nothing everything was amazing

Location is good but will take you a $2 remorque (tuk tuk) to where you need to go. It’s about 8 min to Pub st, and the hotel always has them on stand by. The breakfast was very good, mostly a La carte but the stand out was the level of service and would singularly call out Reaksmey for pragmatic advice and efficiency. For example, she advised us to take umbrellas to shield us from the sun at Angkor Wat (and even then my face nearly exploded from the heat). And also advised us to tour Kulen Mountain instead of Kbal Spean (which has a 3km trek that we could not have possibly done with 2 young children). She’s a gem!

There is nothing to fault regarding this boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and set up as you like them.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, the service was beyond our expectations. The pool was an oasis that our daughter loved, the restaurant has a limited menu, but the food was very high standard, we ate there two nights out of our stay and also had lunch there. Our room was quiet on a high floor away from the elevator, no noise from other rooms and also very good space for families. The hotel can arrange tuk tuks into the center or for longer periods, we hired a driver by the day to visit the temples, just make sure you have a working sim card so that you can contact them in case you can't find them when you are done.

The hotel is located a little out of the centre / pub street - it takes 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to get to the heart of everything. It is very quiet at night but very easy to get to and from. The hotel and staff are simply exceptional. The quality was amazing and the service as good as i have had anywhere in the world. The pool was the highlight for me - we went in August and it was very hot and Humid - the pool was fantastic in the late afternoon - it was like getting in a warm bath. The quality of the hotel is very good and cleanliness is exceptional. It is not the biggest hotel in the area but it makes up for it in quality and just plain old fantastic service.

There was nothing not to like - the hotel quality and service were 2nd to none. You will have no problems staying here as a family or as a couple/ lone traveller.

This property was just outside of town so it was peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is amazing and tend to your every need.

Not having usb ports in the rooms was a bit of an inconvenience and the toiletries could’ve been a higher quality. Both of these are minor concerns and would not keep us from staying here again.

Amazing hotel and resort. New, modern, large, clean rooms. The design of the whole hotel, it's inner and external area and rooms are awesome. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable bed, large shower, bathtub, and many useful things inside the rooms. Large nicely designed swimming pool with the palms and greeneries around. Gorgeous breakfast and restaraunt. Special thanks to the staff of Vellita Hotel, for their smiles, services, and help in any question. Next time we are in Siem Reap I definitely will book Vellita Hotel.

All was great! Nothing to dislike.

I do like the way their staff treated us with care and always smile to every guests I can see that. and they really attentive to every single details we requested. the hotel i think was designed particularly for business people like us so we can enjoy working in room with comfortable working desk, coffee and tea facilities, light to room make us feel convinience to work and their wireless internet router in room was working very well. we will definitely recommend this hotel to partners of us who travelling to do any business in siem reap.
