The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The very kindly upgraded us to the villa with private pool which was amazing! We had all the comforts of a hotel whilst having our very own private pool and two storey villa. They even gave us a late check out. We did tours of Angkor Wat with a guide and driver through the hotel which was amazing and great value. The breakfast options were good and also reasonably priced. There are some lovely restaurants in walking distance (haven, jomno and others) and the hotel provides cheap or sometimes free (depending on time of day) tuk tuks for the short trip to the main town. Highly recommend thank you to the whole team at The Elephant for a fantastic stay.

Nothing everything was great!

It’s a beautiful, amazing hotel with lovely staff, lovely swimming pool and the rooms are very comfortable. We were able to check in early, they gave us fruit and a refreshing drink on arrival. The manager, Mr Oeng is a really nice man, he made sure we had a great stay, he even allowed us to keep the rooms after checkout as we had the temple tours and wanted to use the pool and freshen up when we returned as we had a late flight. We had lunch there and the food was delicious and we enjoyed the local Angkor beer. We were sad to have to leave. 10/10 for everything here. We recommend it for anyone.

The hotel and the service by every single staff member was way above outstanding. I traveled with my 10yo son for the first time to Cambodia, from airport pick up to drop off every every little detail was taken care of. We are vegetarians and the staff curated a special menu just for us. The hotel facilities are brilliant, they have a waterfall and jaccuzzi at the pool which made an excellent hotel to spend time at. A beautiful view from the balcony. Evening tea had 6 different variants of tea to choose from and snacks that were complimentary. It is a safe and happy hotel. Every staff member is always smiling and ready to help with any information that you need. A special thanks from us to all of the staff members. Our outings were very well planned and details of traveling with a child was considered Highly. The tuc tuc staff that is with the hotel are also very supportive, clicked excellent pictures and made sure we had a lovely time. The hotel is very beautiful with great rooms, very clean and spacious and quiet. The pool is super nice for relaxing and there is free tea and snacks every afternoon. What we enjoyed even more was the extremely friendly staff! They were so nice and caring and helped us with everything we needed, offered us cold water and towels everything we got back to the hotel. They were really perfect and we enjoyed talking to them so much. Also, the food in the hotel was delicious and they offered us several vegetarian options. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend staying at The Elephant.

The staff is attentive and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and well appointed with quality furniture, and the lobby is decorated with fresh flowers. Attention to details are worth to mention. They serve complementary tea and snacks in the afternoon and even bring them to the pool side. The pool is very clean and there are many beach chairs with clean towels on them. The location is a bit away from the city center but there are tuk tuks outside of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and recommend it.

A mini refrigerator would have been nice. There is a large refrigerator for you to use in the lobby.

The Elephant is the most beautiful, tranquil hotel in Siem Reap. It was the nicest hotel experience I have ever had. From my initial booking to after our stay the staff were the kindest people I have ever met. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh fruit, a yummy cinnamon drink and a face cold towel. There, Py spoke with us about The Elephant, their mission and about our stay. Py’s English was really good and he was very kind. He ensured we had everything we needed and was most helpful and polite. Our room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area was a lovely place to relax and the pool itself was most refreshing on hot days! During our stay, we were offered a tree-planting opportunity. The Elephant pays close attention to their impact on the environment, sustainability and their environmental footprint. My husband and I were blown away by the sustainable approaches The Elephant has in place. Py so kindly organised the tree planting for us. We travelled to the tree planting site with Oeng who was really friendly, and kind and his level of English was really good. When we arrived at the tree planting site we had tea, and waffles and spoke with Oeng which we really enjoyed. We then planted our tree and watered it. I’m so glad to know that a little piece of us is in Cambodia and better yet with The Elephant team, it was truly a special moment. Overall we had the most amazing experience we have ever had in a hotel. The staff were kind and friendly and made us feel at ease. I highly recommended staying in The Elephant for one of the best experiences you will ever have!

Could not recommend this hotel more! Really beautiful location with a beautiful pool, plenty of plants and just a really peaceful atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spotless! And the staff...wow where do I begin? The staff were so extraordinarily friendly and warm and welcoming. They spoke excellent English and did whatever they could to make you feel comfortable. It was sad we were only staying for 2 nights but we would go back in a heartbeat! We even did a tree planting with the hotel and met another wonderful collection of people dedicated to nature and to improving Cambodia's future. Truly a fantastic experience.

The staff and service surpassed all of my expectations and were nothing short of fabulous. They helped arrange tours, drivers, reservations, etc., everything we needed. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. We also can't say enough good compliments about our driver, Solee. He was fantastic and made any accommodations we asked. He also always had a cold water and wet total waiting on us, which was very useful due to the heat.

My only complaint is that there weren't enough towel racks/hooks in the room.

The Elephant were amazing, from the staff, the managers, the girls, everyone was so attentive, amazing. I was at the Elephant and went to another hotel and came back as I had such great service. I loved their pool and their little afternoon teas, free filtered water, everything exceptional. They speak exceptional English, and are very genuine. Mr Pi and Mr Ing you are doing an amazing job, training your young staff. wish I didn’t leave🤔🥲

Super hotel, right in the center of Siem Reap, yet in a quiet street. Staff is amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Impeccable, big rooms, great food, cool swimming pool.And they organized pickup at the airport. Also 2 day visit of Angkor Wat with their superb guide Jack. Would return in a heartbeat
