This property has two buildings and two pools. I stayed at the Privilege side and I believe our side was the best so highly recommend paying attention to where you are booking. The pool was amazing. Very clean and big and deep!

Several times breakfast was cold and they would not replenish food… so if you are late(er) you might not have anything to eat but toast and coffee

mine are recommendations and not accusations, because the staff work many hours a day, they are tired and some details can not be seen: breakfast: better arrangement of the buffet table and toaster,people can't move freely. Oil the chafing dishes. They creak! Room:Provide mosquito repellent in the room. Swimming pool:guest towels should be always available on a table. TV programs: more international channels

We like it very much, actually by far the best accommodation in Cambodia. Good location 7' walk to central market and places, on a quiet street, clean and decent decoration with taste, swimming pool was amazing after Angkor tours and most of the ti. e we where the only ones in it. All the staff from reception were amazing helpfull, we could do the check out bit later and check in very early morning as our bus arrived at 4am. Complementary foot massage & cocktails that where both good quality. We will be back one day!

breakfast was a bit boring and repetitive after 1 day, except the fresh fruit. Juice could be real one as there is an abundance of cheap fruits in Cambodia. Also some vegetables added to egs/omelette. Neither the Asian breakfast was batter.

Great value for the price. Ladear is an excellent choice for the budget minded traveler, the rooms are clean and spacious and have big balconies. The hotel is in a nice part of Siem Reap, and just a few minutes walk or tuk tuk to the town centre. A good mid range hotel at an excellent price. Friendly staff.

There's ample space to put a luggage rack - this would have been useful and would avoid keeping suitcases on the floor. There's nowhere to hand towels either. Just these simple things would make a difference.

Pool facilities were good, bathrobes is a nice touch and the bath is rare in SEA. Offered ilus vouchers for foot massage and a cocktail. Staff were friendly.

Check out was difficult as there was nobody there to take when we tried to check out at 6.30am even though it says on booking and staff said night before they could accommodate this. We needed catch a 7am bus and had to leave without paying in an awkward and stressful situation. Trying to explain to the breakfast chef who had very little English that we needed to go but of course would pay them by credit card ASAP.

Staff was very nice. We were given a fresh juice upon arrival as well as a free foot massage and cocktail coupon. The beds are the same firmness that you'd expect from the region (much firmer than American mattresses, but this is common in this region). Our room was large, clean, and had a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. The bathroom was also large and had two shower options - a traditional tub with shower and a rain shower. The cocktails at the bar were above average compared to the drinks you'd get at Pub Street. The front desk was able to arrange a tuktuk ride for to us to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and then to see other Angkor temples throughout the day. Buy was great and we would highly recommend riding with him!

The bathroom floor became very slippery if you used the rain shower because the water would pool quickly. The bathroom faucet was short and did not extend to the center of the sink basin - very minor inconvenience.

I have recently found myself in Siem Reap again for a quick visit while passing through. As usual, I stayed at the magnificent Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel. Even though I was there briefly, it felt like being back home; the grounds were lush and green with all the amenities you could ask for. And, the staff are some of the most incredible people I have encountered in Cambodia and throughout the world. This is what keeps me coming back to this hidden gem in Siem Reap.

Generally, I have nothing bad to say about my stay at Ladear. Honestly, the only thing I regret is that I could not stay there for a longer period of time. But I will be back!

the staff made the property the amazing place it was, all of the staff the reception, the bar and restaurant staff were truly amazing and polite and helpful in any way they could be. The pool was very peaceful and quiet and surrounded by greenery

there was hardly any hot water, I booked a room with a bathtub, however, was not possible to have a bath. also, there were no TV channels, apparently the hotel had been cut off, it wasn’t really explained.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful whether serving us food and drinks by the pool or sewing the handle of my bag back on when I asked for needle and thread! All facilities very clean and plunge pool was lovely after visiting temples. Sun loungers to relax on also a plus. Food in restaurant tasty and good breakfast choices. Location was great being able to walk down to Pub Street, but also tuk tuks outside. We enjoyed our free cocktails and foot massages.

Was there for 7 nights but would have loved to stay longer!
