Beautiful facility with leisurely feel, beautiful pool, nice comfortable room, with professional and accommodating staff. Nice restaurant with good menu. Nice charming vegetation cascading and hanging from ceiling/terrace.

The room fell short short; because it's dated. The floor in my room is coming apart. The rain shower head was leaking at the ceiling, and head spreading water all over the bathroom. Service is slow to clean anything that's left outside of the room, and around the pool. Often times I've seen stuff left for days without being touched. They must do better and attentive in this area.

I ended up staying at a sister hotel (Residence Indochine). The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff cleaned the room every day. The food in the restaurant was the best I had in Cambodia and the staff (particularly the restaurant staff) were friendly and lovely 😊

My only comment is to management. I got a message a few days before arriving that this hotel was still under renovation (that’s why they moved me). I can see from other reviews it has happened for a while. I totally understand that due to covid, hotels may need to consolidate bookings, I would just appreciate management being upfront about this.

Villa Indochine D’Angkor was so beautiful, we were so tempted to skip the tours and just enjoy the insta-worthy pool. Other hotel guests will agree that this area is absolutely the top spot in the hotel. i love that there is a poolside bar where we can order drinks and the restaurant (they serve good food 👌🏼) is just beside the pool as well. i told the hotel it’s my son’s 7th birthday and they were so kind to sing him a happy birthday. thank you so much for making this trip so memorable for us, Mr Chandaro NGIN and team! They offer free hotel transfers, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel has a beautiful lobby that glimmers at night. I’m so lucky I also got the chance to meet SOKNANT, our rickshaw (tuktuk/ribah) driver/tour guide. He took us around Angkor and brought us to the perfect spots with unobstructed view of the temples where we took amazing photos. he works with the hotel so you should definitely ask and schedule a tour with SokNant. what a memorable stay! we will definitely go back to Siem Reap and stay here again.

absolutely outstanding hospitality and magical garden, plants and trees around the beautiful pool. out of all the places I’ve stayed across Bali, Vietnam and Cambodia this has been my favourite 💚💚🌿

we did stay at the Villa Indochine, as the renovations had not been completed, so we stayed at the sister hotel, the Resident Indochina in Siem Reap. we were very happy with this hotel.

hotel not ready for guests, and only receiving a email less than a week before our stay from the Villa Indochine, informing us that the hotel was not ready to receive guests.

Staff is amazing. Pool and ambience great. Breakfast really nice, 4 different set menu. Massages highly recommended. Tuk tuk transfer to airport very comfortable. We visited the temples and all arrangements were easy too.

My buddies and I were quite pleased with the service we received. They were extremely flexible to all of our demands, going out of their way to fulfill them. The crew was always ready to grin. Our tuk-tuk driver deserves special praise for recommending/transporting us to locations to explore, dine, buy, and even get a massage. Without a doubt, I will return to this hotel with my family.

Great pool to relax in and escape the heat. Food was good and cheap enough, as was the room, which although basic, was spacious enough.

The food was good so we ate there for 3 nights. Service was very slow but staff were always keen to put any complaints right. The pool looked great but a very noisy group of men spoiled it for everyone else. Staff were so kind that I don't think they wanted to stop them...they had been in the pool most of the day drinking. This did not bother us much as we spent whole days out sightseeing.

As above...noise in the pool. Our check in took a while as we were told we hadn't paid. We had and had proof of that. It was however sorted and apologies were given. Then later it all happened again!! And sorted again! We missed out on having a free plate of fruit...usually I wouldn't say anything but this time I did mention it...and what was lovely was that after a meal in the restaurant a plate of fresh fruit was brought to us.

Review is for Residence Villa Indochine d’ Angkor My partner and I were very impressed with the staff’s service- very courteous and sees to it that we are comfortable. They have complimentary pick-up service from the van express and gave us welcome drink on our arrival. They have an awesome and very reliable tuktuk driver, his name is Suk Nam. He brought us to all the temples and gave us a tour of the country side which we really liked. All staff are very friendly. The residence is close to some shops, very quiet and have several food options at the restaurant. The massage in our room is fantastic after a long walk.
