The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious . The staff was helpful and polite, room was kept tidy all the time . I got a free room upgrade, and although the hotel is far from pub street they offer complementary tuk-tuk to take you. Also, the included breakfast was very good.

Beverages were expensive compared to outside restaurants.

Such a wonderful place!!! We spend 5 nights at Mane Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfect: the big room decorated with old furniture, the swimming pool clean and quiet, the beautiful garden, the complementary teatime everyday with delicious sweet cakes, the complementary tuk-tuk to go outside, good massages but above all the staff is incredible….they are always helpful, smiling and very efficient to help us to organize our stay. Many thanks to all the team!!! We travel a lot all around the world and Mane Boutique Hotel is in our top 3!!! Book and Enjoy!!!

Everything was perfect

everything. starting from the complimentary pickup at the airport, very gentle hotel staff, amazing restaurant services and breakfast, amazing bed room, great massages and beautiful facilities.

This hotel provides outstanding personal service and facilities. From the General Manager Noun to the staff in reception we were made to feel totally welcome and the whole focus of the hotel was to exceed our already high expectaions. In particular we were very appreciative of the personal sevice provided to us by Thavy in reception and the wonderful service provided by Boy and Chouer in the restuarant as well as the breakfast staff, and Safiel in reception. The quality of the food provided in the restaurant was exceptional, in fact the best we have experienced in Asia. This hotel went above and beyond when we had an issue with visas and could not leave Cambodia as planned. They provided transport for us and a room was made available for an additional 2 days whilst we sorted this issue. Every single member of staff welcomed us back and treated us with the greatest resepect and even friendship. This hotel is authentically Cambodian, with each room number reflecting a year in the history of Cambodia, with an explanation provided by staff. There are real artifcats displayed proudly throughout each room and in public areas. The facilites, including a wonderful pool are spotless and the care and maintenance of the property generally is excellent. The drivers, bith cars and tuk tuks, took special care in keeping us safe and provided us the best service. Thank you to every single staff member at Mane Boutique Hotel and Spa for everything you did to make our stay one that we will never forget.

Sometimes the internet connection and power fails, but this is typical for Asia.

Loved this hotel, it's beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable! The pool and spa are also excellent. Close to town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel runs a free one-way tuktuk into town, which is perfect. The hotel is so nice but what makes it extra special is their staff, they are all a credit to the hotel, always smiling and go out of their way to make every moment of your stay perfect! We hope to return next year

One type of water in your room is free and one is about $4 we didn't realise this until we got charged

Absolutely beautiful, spacious room in an exquisite building. Lovely pool. Incredible staff - my personal assistant was Pi Sey who went above and beyond to help me with my schedule and plans. Extremely good value for money and a delightful place to stay. Great complimentary afternoon tea!

The cost of laundry - a small load came out at the same price of my room for the night 😅 Recommendation is to just skip this unless you are desperate! Drinks were also double the price of anywhere else in Cambodia - I decided that the room was so reasonable I would just suck it up and enjoy myself regardless! Still giving the property a 10/10 despite these things as everything else was perfect

The service at this hotel was second to none. The rooms were beautifully decorated, our bathrooms were also beautiful. Staff cleaned the rooms really well and also completed a turn down service all while we were out of the rooms naturally which was lovely to not be disturbed but still enjoy these services. The pool is also lovely both during the day and in the evening. There were plenty of sun beds and places to relax in the sun or shade depending on what you like. The breakfast was super, quick and really tasty. each morning pastry’s we’re served while you waited for your order and every morning they were freshly baked - a real treat! The tuk tuk services were great, we were worried when booking that it might be a hassle having to get them into town but it’s not at all. The staff organize everything and it’s 5 mins or so into the center of town. The staff here are so helpful, they helped us organize our self guided Angkor Tour day out (we had no idea what time to leave or what temples to skip etc to miss the crowds and they really nailed this for us) also helped us book our onward transport which was great. The staff helped us book everything ourselves rather than booking everything for us which was our preference and it gave us a real insight into the apps and websites they would use so that was a nice experience.

The only thing we didn’t love was the dinner on the property, for the price it really wasn’t great. The staff at dinner etc were great just not good food.

An interesting and well thought out boutique hotel with cultural decor and relaxing features. Relaxing by the pool was very calming with the sound of running water and the afternoon tea was a lovely way to end the afternoon with the staff playing a local (glockenspiel) instrument during this period. The poolside loungers had a great amount of sun throughout the afternoon and were comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going as far to provide a free 1 hour tutorial to my wife so she could learn how to fold the lotus flowers as they had displayed in the reception. Siem Riep town was about 1 mile away, but there were complimentary Tuk Tuks to drive you in until 9/10pm so the restaurants and bars were only 5 minutes away. We organised a tour of Angkor Wat (small circuit) with the hotel and whilst more expensive (~2x) than tours available in town, the driver was on time for sunrise with our breakfast, very friendly, waited as as long as we needed at each site and welcomed us with cold bottled water after each site! The room was made up nicely each day, there is a happy hour with 2for1 cocktails from the bar and the free breakfast was excellent.

The bar and restaurant were often completely empty, presumably because the prices were so much more than what was available in town. Yes, the food and drinks we had were delicious, but we were not able to justify more than 1 paid meal in the restaurant as it was simply so much more than the town. This was a shame as the restaurant was immaculate and very beautiful and the food we did there have was fantastic. Sitting on your own in a restaurant is never fun. My feedback to the hotel would be to consider halving the cost of the food and drink to encourage guests to spend more time there.

Those guys should teach to a university how to run a hotel! The stuff was very kind and helpful. everyone I was looking around; someone was ready to help. They welcomed me with a nice drink, they assigned a personal assistant for my first day, and they were ready to arrange everything for me. Facilities are great; a very nice relaxing area, very nice rustic deco in the rooms. it’s located just one 1km from the center, but they offer you complimentary tuk tuk. Finally, the breakfast was great, clean and fresh. And all this comes at extremely good value for money! What else to ask?

Everything was perfect. Note;Some people mention that the restaurant is expensive; I don’t have problem with that. They charge very few for the room and they want to make some profit from their restaurant: it’s called Free economy and it’s absolutely fair. They have restaurants in 50 meters from the hotel; if you are lazy enough and you don’t want to go out you need to pay a few dollars more.

Amazing breakfast and swimming pool. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was amazing. But the difference is made by the personal treatment. Ms Thavy was always making sure our stay was going well. Location is perfect just few minutes away from the crowded center. A tuk tuk was always available but sometimes it’s good just to walk as it is only 15 mins away from the center. The decor is also impressive. Make sure you have enough time in Siem Riep to enjoy this beautiful hotel!
