Probably the best hotel we ever made in our life. The staff is so wonderful and took care of us so much. The swimming pool is amazing and hidden by jasmine and flowers. The hotel provides a free shuttle service in the evening to go to the center (5min). We had the chance to have a wonderfull dinner there the cuisine is very good. Benjamin & Sophie

The staff were so friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. For example: - Cleaning staff noticed that my daughters were picking up flowers that had dropped from the landscaping trees... They collected a bunch and offered them to my kids. - Reception staff noticed that I was working late in the lobby, they offered to keep the cafe open with lights and AC on at night so I could work more comfortably (and away from mosquitoes). - Housekeeping would call us and ask what time we wanted them to tidy up our room so we never felt like we had to leave our room at any point for them to come in and clean. - Other small touches that I won't share because the surprise and unexpectedness is part of the charm. - I also witnessed them surprise serenading a guest for their birthday with a guitar. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and great the hotel staff was. I appreciate them! The rooms are beautiful, and our suite bathroom was ridiculously big. We had a pool access room that gave out directly into the pool which was so fun for the kids... And for grownups it meant we could watch our kids from inside the room with AC 😜 The smoothies and coffee (espressos drinks) were great. They have spa/massage services at very reasonable prices. The Khmer food options at the restaurant were good and affordable. The landscaping and decor is very tasteful. Just a generally relaxing vibe. This was the best hotel I've stayed in in SE Asia. I will 100% go back there on our next trip to Siem Reap. PS: my kids wanted me to add that they loved breakfast.

I have no complaints whatsoever!

The place is so magical , the staff are so kind the check in was so smooth and the person explained to us was Kane he explained the hotel facilities as well given us information about the area and what to do . He was soooo nice We have booked for the temple tour with them . It’s private one . They have tuk tuk available to take you to the city from 18:00 to 23:00 free of charge for both ways . ( all the drivers were so nice to me ) We met bill on the reception area and he was very kind asking me about the stay and of everything is going well . The location is about 7-10 min to the center place and the location is very nice because it’s quiet . They have a beautiful swimming pool and spa and a restaurant and a coffee shop / my favorite in the restaurant was the chicken fried rice Beautiful place keep it up .

We are fortunate to have traveled to almost 60 countries around the world and to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. However, we would like to highlight that our stay at Eightfold Urban Resort was undoubtedly the best of all. The facilities are cared for to the smallest detail being a privilege and an oasis in Siem Reap. Their restaurant and breakfast are of the highest standard. They also have a free service to and from the airport (you have also a free tuc tuc service if you want to go the center from the hotel!). But above all, what makes the experience unbeatable is the attention of all the staff. Upon arrival you are assigned a personal assistant who takes care of you and is at your disposal 24/7 (in our case we had the honor of being with Jasmine who was spectacular and very attentive and made everything easy). The whole team, from the Director to the people at the reception, restaurant and maintenance are a 10. Even during our last dinner they came to sing us a farewell song! (By the way, great talent the guy who sang, whose name I don't know!)Other hotels have to learn a lot about how a hotel should be if it wants to have not only customers but fans. Congratulations Eightfold Urban Resort. You are an example and we will always recommend you. We gonna miss you all guys.

All was perfect

We stayed at the Eightfold Resort for 6 days as we wanted a good balance of sightseeing and relaxation. We booked one of their rooms with pool access. The resort staff at Eightfold supported us to plan everything with ease while we were already in Cambodia, which meant we didn't need to spend much time planning the trip beforehand. When we wanted to relax, we lounged outside on our private porch poolside. And with the great service, the place is affordable. They have a lot of drink and food options, with about 15 cocktails and a full food menu. We had a Khmer New Year celebration dinner that was absolutely delicious. But would 100% book again if back in Siem Reap. Highly recommend this spot.

My only recommendation would be to offer a few different breakfast options in the morning. With the long stay, we were looking for a bit of a change.

Eightfold Urban is a true delight. I can not rate this high enough and I feel everywhere else I have rated before needs to be lowered because this place was just that amazing. Right from the start, from booking, they were very professional and on the ball with communication. Free airport pick-up was a nice touch. Upon arrival, we were given welcome drinks, snacks and cold towels as it was so hot and given loads of information about the area and trips to Angkor Wat. Whilst staying in the hotel, we literally felt like royalty. All staff knew our names and greeted us each time we went out of the room. The room was stunning, so spacious and well-decorated. We had the private pool room and honestly, we did not want to leave there, it was just stunning and so amazing to have our own pool. We went early to Angkor wat and they provided a packed breakfast for us and arranged the driver. One evening they offered us a three course meal in their restaurant. It truly was incredible, all of the food we had there was just so tasty. When leaving we were given a small gift and taken to our hotel in the center of the town. Everywhere compared to here is just not as good now. We were well and truly spoilt and loved every second there. Oh and one day I was feeling very unwell with a migraine, we called asking for ice for my head and they came back with cooling patches from the pharmacy. Totally incredible. Blown away by this outstanding 5 star service. Thank you to everyone at Eightfold, including Alex- our personal assistant and the incredible manager!

This hotel is absolutely exceptional, the service, location, facilities, and way every small detail is considered is truly marvellous and the type of attention you only receive in the highest level of hotel. The rooms and pool etc all look exactly like the pictures. Excellent additions such as always having tuktuks available at the front door, giving you a cellphone to take with you to ensure you can always call the hotel or a driver for assistance - just amazing. A special shout-out to Kane who was wonderfully attentive and personable throughout our stay. Exceptional value for money, including the lovely and well priced spa and restaurant. Can’t say enough good things! THANK YOU to the very special Eightfold team, we hope to return one day. For other visitors, highly recommend Sambo for dinner and Bean Embassy for breakfast and coffee.

There is nothing I could fault, everything was perfect.

When I stayed there hotel was still operating in soft opening, so there is no breakfast or spa, but it was super relaxed and quiet. Rooms are very big, I've stayed at the ground floor with the terrace and pool access, very nice experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, they arranged everything I've asked for in terms of bookings and travels around the area. I liked that hotel is far from all the noise in the city, as it gets quite hectic at nights over the pub street, so I was able to sleep early and meditate in peace.

Rooms need more shelves, there was absolutely zero shelves for the clothes and I've ended up using table to lay clothes out, this is not ideal at all. There is a huge bath in the room, yet the boiler is enough only for 1/4 of it and by the time if heats up the water cools down, this was disappointing a bit.

Absolutely outstanding - first class service from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the fantastic Jeff and provided with a cold cloth and a welcome drink. Check in with Jeff was smooth and easy. He was very welcoming, friendly and professional - providing a handy map, recommending restaurants, options for tours, as well as helping us to download Food Panda. Our room was ready early, with a very welcomed surprise of an upgrade. The room was exquisite - high quality finish, spacious, clean and perfectly decorated with the thoughtful artistic pieces, as well as a generous seating area, desk space and a wall mounted TV. We were blessed with a large balcony area, including high quality furniture - with steps leading directly into the pool. In addition, we had our very own private dip pool area with loungers. We loved relaxing, reading, taking a dip and immersing ourselves in our very own private oasis. The bed was super comfortable, with high quality bedding, aided with excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains - we had the best sleeps and felt very well rested after our stay. The bathroom had a great rain shower, with excellent pressure, a large bath and twin sinks. Housekeeping did an excellent job - cleaning the room to the highest standard daily, providing clean and fresh towels and replacing toiletries. Everyone was very warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful - always greeting us with a welcoming smile when we were relaxing at the resort or upon our return from a day of adventure. The entire team went above and beyond during ever single interaction - providing impeccable hospitality, with genuine passion, enthusiasm and commitment shining through. A big thank you to Rina, Jeff, Borin, Lily, Alex and to Mr Dominic for a lovely complimentary dinner on our last night. A special thank you to Rina - you’re an absolute credit to Eightfold - thank you for making us feel super welcome and for making our experience truly magical!

It was absolutely perfect.

Our family stayed at Eightfold Urban Resort for 7 days. A very big thank you to the most amazing staff we have ever encountered. Bill and Anna are incredible managers, who are there to help & assist in every way. It felt as though they knew our next steps and before we needed to ask they had already thought of what we needed, they are so efficient and calmly navigate though any issues. The staff were just beautiful, we were greeted with warm smiles and such lovely dispositions. I can’t name all of them as they were all just amazing but the ones I remember are Lee, Alex, Steven, Jasmine, the lovely coffee girls, the spa treatment girls were top quality & the cleaners did such a great job. We were greeted with a warm welcome, friendly smiles, and felt an instant feeling of feeling right at home. Walking through the lobby, through the pool area is magical. It has definitely been one of the loveliest outdoor area we have stayed in. The pool provides shade on a hot day, the sun lounges are under the shade. The rooms are simple but comfortable, as you would want to spend your time either in the resort cafe, restaurant, pool area or the spa. All arrangements can be made with the resort for any transportation needs. Tuk Tuk are always available if pre-booked. The shops & cafes are a quick tuk tuk ride costing approximately $1, the resort has a complementary tuk Tuk into Pub Street at 6pm every night and also has a complementary pick up service Our family will miss this resort and the people so much!
