The service and personnel were simply wonderful 🙏 Really friendly staff and luxurious spacious rooms with bath and direct access to the pools (!). The place oozes a relaxing atmosphere and comes highly recommended. We could only stay 1 night to relax after multiple days of visits and travelling but will definitely check availability when in Siem Reap again.

Amazing hotel....quiet...peaceful oasis..2 pools..one salt water..the other fresh water..6 mins by complimentary one way hotel tuc tuc to central market. Great staff..so helpful...fantastic breakfast choices...great restaurant..very well priced. Netflix..utube in room TV...really good wifi connectivity. Very well priced...affordable....clean..great housekeeping....nice rooms.excellent value for money...great same day laundry service. If yr looking for a quiet peaceful well run affordable Resort with great food and facilities i wud highly recommend the Khmer House Resort.

There wasnt anything my wife and i disliked.

Although it was outside from the city, they offered free tuk tuks during certain hours. Even though we didn’t use the service, it was nice to know it was an option if we needed it. Our first night we slept the whole day because we spent the last 24 hrs traveling but when we were getting ready for the next day, we realized our door wouldn’t lock when we would leave the room. The staff immediately fixed the situation and moved us to a different room which was greatly appreciated. We felt safe, comfortable, and everything was clean. Very friendly/helpful staff. The restaurant was great. The pool was nice and clean as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Khmer House Resort, an amazing hotel in Siem Reap, and I can confidently say it far surpassed all my expectations. From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby, the friendly staff treated us like royalty, always keen on ensuring we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, their attention to detail evident in all aspects of our stay. This hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction is absolutely remarkable, and something that sets them apart. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The dining experience was second to none, with a variety of both local and international dishes all prepared to perfection. A special mention goes to the Mango Crème Brûlée - a delightfully rich, creamy dessert with a perfect caramelized sugar crust. It was an indulgent treat I would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. The room was another high point of our stay. It was spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with all the amenities. In summary, this hotel provides an exceptional stay, complemented by attentive service, delicious food, AWESOME pools and comfortable accommodations. It has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a top-tier experience in Siem Reap.

The staff were amazing! Greeted me every time I'd return from trips. When I first arrived they offered me juice and a cold towel while they got my room ready and explained about everything on offer. The included breakfast was delicious and quite generous. The menu had a lot of variety for lunch and dinner, and everything was reasonably priced and delicious. Was really good that the food and drink was a pay at the end of your stay. The staff were more than happy to organise tuk tuks into town and also tours.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but apart from that, everything else was amazing! I was really impressed with everything and the staff were so lovely.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The salt water pool in the back section of the resort is really nice to swim in. The breakfast is a set menu but there are plenty of options and very good vegetarian options. The staff were attentive and helpful.

When I booked I was aware from reviews that there is neighbour who plays loud music at night. I specifically asked for a quiet room, but I was put into room 201 which overlooks the road and is the noisiest room at the resort. Avoid this room as there is an open air bar opposite as well as a house where the tuk tuk drivers hang out that plays loud music. The staff kindly moved me at my request but this meant I had to change rooms both nights I was there due to bookings. The rooms at the back of the resort are quiet.

The property is very beautiful, with expansive rooms and two pools, and lush all around. Staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to help. A complimentary shuttle is offered to the old market daily during daylight hours. The property is cut away from the noise and bustle of the city hub, making it a great option to relax.

Unless expressly specified, balconies are not private (and shared with other guests, who can be messy, noisy and smoke), images can be a bit misleading in this regard. Also, for a resort of this standard, breakfast is incredibly limited and not up to the taste mark.

reception and staff were attentive and amazing, took care of us from the moment we entered. the room was lovely with free refillable water also. shower was hot and the bath was massive. the bed was so comfy we loved it. also arranged for a free tuk tuk into town every day which was handy. and arranged early breakfasts when we had tours or had to catch our bus really early. it was also my partners birthday while we stayed and they sneakily got me the most beautiful cake (without her knowing ) and transferred it to the cruise I did. was amazing and even left a happy birthday message on the bed. also suprise is with a fruit platter once we were home. place was super tidy, pools were a dream to swim in, and also had a laundry service that we used and all our clothes came back fresh. restaurant was probably our favourite. food was well priced and delicious. overall, wish we stayed longer. we had an amazing time thank you Khmer house

I cannot thank you enough to allí the staff that world in that hotel for making us feel so welcome and soooo good. The hotel is very confortable,clean, swimming pools are good... I think It is the best hotel i have ever stayed. Highly recommended!!!

It may be a bit far from the center but not that far. It is a 5 mins ride by tuk tuk. The hotel includes ine way tuk tuk rides at certain times and they leave you in the city center. The place is very quiet so i would say that the hotel being a bit far from the center is a good thing in this case.
