Everything! There was literally nothing we didn’t like. The staff were amazingly friendly and greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel or bumped into them. We checked in early at 5am and the next day they still made the effort to give us our welcome drinks and snacks. It was also my boyfriend’s birthday and they absolutely spoiled him with lovely room decoration and a cake at breakfast. The pool was lovely and clean and the rooms were perfect - so spacious and beautifully designed. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

There wasn’t much to dislike but if I had to say one thing, we weren’t able to have a buffet breakfast due to the number of people staying in the hotel at that time. However, the menu at breakfast was still superb and we could order as much as we wanted!

I'm stayed here for 5 days , all the stuffs are helpful and friendly, the hotel is not far from night market, old market and bus street, just by walk for 5 mins, also there are many super market around the hotel , I also took a cooking class here . I was booking in the morning and took the class after had the breakfast, the chef took me to the local market which not far from hotel only walk by 5 mins , he presented me all the ingredients of combodia also we tried some herbs and vegetables, after we cooked local c combodia cuisine and we were sharing to customers (The chef allowed me to do ,buz I'm cook also :) I William be back again with my friends or family. Thank you for all the stuffs

Boutique hotel close to all the action. Staff could not have taken better care of us. Breakfast was first class. Help organising tours and transport was always available. Pool is fantastic and the sound of the fountains cancels out any street noise so you would think you are miles from the hustle and bustle. Spa treatments were first class. Rooms on first floor - no street noise at all. We stayed here in 2015 and returned as it was so good back then. Still as good as we remembered. Can’t recommend highly enough. Priced towards the budget end - delivers much more than budget. We were so sad to leave!

Rooms could do with a refresh but understandable after Covid it will take some time for tourism in Cambodia/Siem Reap to recover fully. Once numbers are up i am sure there will be a refresh.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Siem Reap, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in the area. The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was just what I needed to unwind and relax. The staff were always on hand to help with any questions or requests that I had, and were able to recommend some great local attractions and restaurants to visit. The hotel has nice interior and décor that gave it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good selection of options. One of the highlights of the stay was the driver assigned to me, Mr. Thiounn. He was very flexible and ensured that we had a relaxed and enjoyable day trip tour, taking me to all the best places in the area. Another staff member who really stood out was Mr. Sot, who was always kind and helpful, and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The night market and Pub Street were both just a 5-minute walk away, and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area to explore.

Now this is a FANTASTIC hotel find. I feel very lucky that we found and stayed here. It is a relatively small hotel and has exceptional personal service. We were welcomed with delicious drinks and help in making arrangements for our time in Siem Reap. We had the most amazing massages in the spa and I highly recommend the breakfast options and set lunch on offer. The hotel even made us a "take away" breakfast to enjoy after our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. The pool is beautiful and with fountains and lighting is very atmospheric. We were just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Siem Reap. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.

Amazing boutique hotel - beautifully and tastefully presented, wonderful friendly staff who can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and like a VIP. The massage was excellent, the lunches were exquisite and should not be missed. Breakfast was great too with a good selection, attentive waiting staff and an egg station making fresh omelettes to order. Hard to write a review that really encapsulates how good this place was. It’s also only a short east walk to the French Quarter, old markets and Pub Street with all its fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. I chose here for three nights based upon booking . com recommendations and was very very impressed. I’d 100% come here again - thank you to everyone at The Golden Temple - you made our holiday.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with lots of plants and trees, breakfast was nice and we recommend eating in the restaurant, the food was fanatastic. We felt very well taken care of during our stay, the staff helped with booking tours and was always ready to assist us. They even decorated our room as it was our honeymoon, as a surprise, that was lovely. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Siem Reap.

The hotel very kindly offers a take away-breakfast for those who go on the sunrise-tour to Angkor Wat. That being said, it was not very tasty, and we ended up eating the sandwiches we had prepared ourselves instead of that take away-breakfast. Not a big thing, it was just a bit surprising, as everything else was so high quality.

Hospitality was exceptional, it was great!! Food was great. They arranged vegan/vegetarian options for us when requested. Our package included 60 min massage, welcome drink, fruit platter and one Khmer lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The room was cleaned daily. They picked us up from Airport also dropped us back at the Airport, helped and arranged the itinerary for our 2 days Siem Reap trip and helped book the English speaking tour guide for us. The hotel provided umbrellas and also provided neatly packed breakfast for us on the day of sunrise tour. The Tour guide Phirum showed a great zeal of enthusiasm in such scorching heat to show us around and provide details of the Temples. He clicked great pictures for us too. The driver Kosal was so thoughtful with giving us cold towels and cold water bottles each and every time we came back to the car during the whole day tour. Both Phirum & Kosal were punctual, respectful and well organized that made our trip highly memorable. Very happy with the whole experience.

The rooms were clean but there were mosquitoes. Another minor point which can be ignored - The balcony of our room was useless as it is fully blocked / fully closed with some bamboo bars as there is another building right next to it so we could never sit in the balcony (not a big problem though as anyway the weather was hot and there was no much time to sit in the balcony.)

This was simply one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had. The staff, especially Say, Karem, Jompai and many others, were so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The booking was great because it included both pick-up and drop-off from airport, a delicious set 4-course lunch and massage. This made for very good value. My room was on the top floor with palm trees and a view of the pool. It was very comfortable! This was my first trip to Cambodia and I was really blown away by the staff at this hotel. They were always inquiring about my travel plans to see if they could help. The caring people at the hotel, and the warm Cambodians I met, really made this trip special. I would totally recommend Golden Temple Hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat. <3

from the moment I arrived at the airport golden temple made me feel right at home. from the cold water and towel in the complementary private airport transfer to the warm and generous welcome with Say’s tasty home made snacks, the luxurious air conditioned room, amazing bathroom, in house massage, indescribably good food in the restaurant, private driver Thoeun to your Angkor, national parks and beyond - it was all amazing. Say and all the staff greeted me by name each time they saw me, and allowed me full use of facilities after checkout until my travels continued at 10pm. throughout it all I felt very pampered and at home here. nothing was too much and no problem was unsolvable. I VERY much recommend Golden Temple to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in your new home away from home
