I booked a single room and the room was clean, stylish and quiet. I had plenty of soft pillows and the room smelled fresh. The pool is a great way to unwind. The location is close to pubstreet and walkable to the night markets. The wifi was also very strong and I didn't have any connection issues. They have a laundry service across the street and a tailor up the street.

I thought the cost of the food at the hostel was incredibly pricey compared to other hostels I have stayed in, in Cambodia. I didn't eat at the hostel but found cheaper options nearby.

Let me tell you. THE best bed i’ve slept on during these past few months in hostels. I slept so well with the curtains and no noise and comfortable bed that i woke up at 11am two days in a row! There is no noises even though there are so many people staying here and a bit of music at the bar. The rooms are soooo spacious I can’t even feel that we share a room with many other people. The water pressure of the showers is amazing! you cqn even do laundry in the bathrooms for 30 bahts. I’ve enjoyed trivia nights here and the pool was really enjoyable as well. I recommend!

Great location Great community, lots of activities to get involved in Great co working space It was actually really chilled for a hostel which I loved! Even when a party was going on if I needed to go to bed early, I couldn't hear it from my room which is great!

I personally hate shower curtains I think they are really unhygienic. I think they could use more sunbeds around the pool and comfier chairs to sit on down there. I also think they are missing an opportunity with the roof space. At the moment it's just an empty space, but I'd go up there and practice yoga and it was great. I think they could add some plants and greenery and make it a work out space or an inviting space to hang out. That's not a negative just an idea for them 😊

Phenomenal place for the price. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Eco friendly supplies (glass water bottles refilled each day, shampoo + soap dispensers, kettles with coffee in room). They clean the room every day!! Pool towels provided and the pool was so refreshing after a hot morning at temples. They offer lots of social events if you want to meet people. Definitely catered to a young crowd, which we were ok with since everything else was so awesome! Food was good too (tho didn't eat here much). Drinks slightly overpriced but reasonable for hotel prices. We won free spring rolls and beer during our 'welcome spin the wheel'. We extended our stay 5 times!!

Only issue was our mini fridge seemed to make things rot extra fast (because you take the key out of the power socket to leave the room to save energy). Not a lot of storage space in the rooms.

This hostel is absolute perfection, I can't get over it! If you're wondering where to stay when you visit Siem Reap, choose Lub d and you won't regret it. I've stayed in so many hostels during my trips and this is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The beds are so comfortable, everything is so clean, the staff is so friendly and everything is just so well thought-through! Seriously, ever since I arrived, I got the feeling they thought of every single detail to make people's stays perfect. Small details like a hanging place for every person, a space around the bed to put stuff, proper stairs to the top bunks - these all make such a huge difference! Also, the bathrooms were an absolute dream, they even had background music!

The only bad thing I can think of is that after Lub D, I won't be able to enjoy any other hostels because everything sucks in comparison.

Such an amazing stay in Siem Reap. The incredible friendly Cambodian people overall, work here as well! There’s a really good vibe in this good looking hostel. We had a private room and everything was really clean. We’ve seen the public bathrooms as well and these are very neat and clean! The beds were really (Western) comfortable as well as the pillows! The breakfast is a tastefully choice of dishes (eggs, smoothies, local food) with coffee, tea or orange juice. Really nice that the breakfast is between 7-12, so you’ve got enough time in the morning if you had a nice party the evening before! They also have nice get-togethers organized every day, if you like that. The locations is very good, just a few minutes walk to the nightmarket and pub-street!

Had a lovely stay at this hostel and met lots of new people. I joined the Sunrise Tour at Angkor Wat on one of the days, which was really good. I also went to the pub crawl, which was a good laugh and the staff made sure to not leave people behind. The room was clean and it was good to each have a little storage area allocated. They're happy for you to stay and continue using the facilities after checking out before you leave, which was really great as I wasn't leaving until around 9pm :D

The air conditioning was pretty cold and the blanket for the bed was thin so I was a bit too cold at night. Would have been nice to have a curtain to pull across the whole bed for more privacy too.

I love my stay in this hostel, has been one of the best but also the cheapest. Facilities aré neat, room are spacious, has courtines which provided you with some privacy. Bathroom is huge an spotless, has dryers and hair straigtheners which made my stay to be able.to handle my hair. Facilities are new and stayf is very friendly. They arganized free events like a trivia with prives for the winners, free tours, honestly I great! Food in the restaurant is awsome and very cheap. If I came back to Siem Reap I would definitely stay again there.

Air conditioning in the room, is sometimes so low that it is freezing, sometimes18° and the blanket you get to cover yourself is ridiculous, which i truly recommend to upgrade that a bit. I definitely recommend to Block the remote so no one can change the temperature of the A/C.

Lub D is perfectly set up for a great experience. The staff are superb and the beds are great. Solid bunks mean that you're not disturbed by the person above or below you moving about, the privacy curtains are effective and there's space around even top bunks to stash stuff. There are even small, mirrored cabinets by the bunks, which can be locked if you've got a padlock. The restaurant serves a good range of foods and is able to modify dishes for dietary restrictions.

The pool is set up for games and doesn't feel inviting for someone who just wants to swim.

The dorms at Lub D Siem Reap are the best I’ve ever been in. It’s not just a rectangular room with several beds crammed in. The room design is quite unique and it’s very spacious. Each bed also comes with its own very large luggage storage and space to hang clothes and other items. I had planned to stay here for just a couple of nights but ended up staying for over 2 weeks. You can tell this property pays attention to the small details and it was much appreciated! The common area can get loud at times but the dorms were very quiet.

I would just suggest to implement a process to regularly keep the dryer clean of lint as it was quite accumulated each time I went to do my laundry.
