The pool and bar were fabulous, however our eyes stung from the water. Perhaps too much chemical? The complementary coffee and tea was nice. Breakfasts were not included, but meals were affordable. Besides, it allows for the option to sample a breakfast in town. Drinks were affordable and the swim up bar is fun! Robes and flip flops were made available. Complementary toothbrushes and paste was convenient. The staff accomodated our needs for transportation to the airport (The hotel provided Tuk Tuk did not show up at airport upon our arrival, causing us to hire a taxi to get to hotel, but the staff arranged for the free transportation for the return. We were told by airport personnel that tuk tuks are not allowed at the drop off/pick up location. If the Tuk Tuk driver really did show up, then he should have met us, then we could have followed him out to his TukTuk...We were dropped off outside the gate, then walked across a small parking lot to the terminal. No big deal.) Either way, a Tuk Tuk is a great way to begin or end a visit to Siem Reap.

The only thing is that guests need to be aware that the bottom step of each flight of stairs is not of the same height as the other steps of the staircase. It is a possible falling hazard.

I stayed here with friends when travelling Cambodia and liked it so much I came back and stayed on my own for over a week! 😍 The staff are LOVELY, I can’t stress this enough. The hotel is near to the main area of Siem Reap, just a ten minute walk away and is a 2 minute walk from two big supermarkets. The WiFi was great, the rooms were clean and had a fridge, the beds were incredibly comfortable 💆🏽‍♀️ If you ask for a room on the third or fourth you get a lovely balcony. Mine overlooked the pool. The pool area was beautiful, there was a swim up bar selling drinks and cocktails that was also open. The hotel provided towels for the pool. There was always tuk tuks outside waiting to take you where you needed to go. I tended to use the grab app though.

There was no lift 😕 and the stairs do not have air con so not great for those with mobility issues.

excellent hotel, lovely staff and pool

I recently traveled with my kid to Central Indochine D'Angkor and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool location was definitely a highlight of our stay. It was absolutely stunning and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby temples and attractions. My kid absolutely loved swimming in the pool and playing around in the beautiful surroundings. In addition to the gorgeous pool location, the staff at the hotel truly made our stay unforgettable. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the area and helped us to arrange transportation and activities.

The rain made the floor wet

The staff were just lovely. So helpful and sweet natured. One lady on the desk (perhaps the manager? I wish I knew her name) was exceptional in her knowledge, helpfulness, and attention to detail. The public area was very nice and had a resort feel, with a pool, pool bar and ability to charge to your room The restaurant was good and prices reasonable for a hotel. The location was just far enough from Pub Street to be quiet, while still being close to the center of activities. The room was on the 3rd floor and exceptionally quiet, which we really appreciated. In spite of the room short comings we really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was very basic. Although kept very clean it needed some maintenance and upgrading. It had one of those showers that wasn't separated from the toilet and water got everywhere when you showered. As well there was a steady drip from a pipe which added to the water on the floor.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the friendly staff and convenient location. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The hotel's location was also a major highlight. It was just a short walk or drive away from the city center, making it easy to explore all that the area had to offer. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, allowing me to get a good night's rest after a long day of sightseeing.

No lift

Everything was great . The staff were wonderful . So friendly, helpful and courteous. They could not do enough to help me . I had a lovely room with a great view . Everything about the hotel was great and excellent value for money . It was located near to shops and a short walk to the busy parts of Phnom Penh. Quiet at night and a haven in the day from the heat. Hot water on tap and my room tidied every day .

Nothing . It was all I could have asked for .

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at central Indochine D’angkor hotel, seeing all the best of Siem Reap! The room was comfortable and we loved the pool area. The highlight of this place however has to be the staff who greet you with such warmth when you arrive, help in any way possible and say hi every time you see them! Also the Tuk tuk driver sent to pick us up from the airport was so incredibly nice and friendly that we asked him to take us to the temples and then the bus stop on two seperate other days. Service is obviously of highest important here and we could tell. Also location is great being super close to a bunch of restaurants.

Although advertised, the TV wasn’t working in our room.

My family and I recently stayed at the Central Indochine d'angkor hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, which made for a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the nearby temples. One of our favorite features of the hotel was the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to cool off during the hot afternoons. We enjoyed spending time lounging poolside and taking a dip whenever we needed a break from the heat.

Great location situated in the city, the hotel was within easy walking distance to pub street and old market. The great pool made my stay wonderful as the weather was very hot. On check in day, the staff made very detail of the tour and other activities in siem reap especially khmer new year coming soon. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location that combines excellent pool. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore the local area, or simply enjoy some time in the sun, this hotel has it all.
