Location was perfect for us, a 12 minute easy walk to Pub Street or $1.50 in a tuk tuk when it is too hot. The whole set up they have is so relaxing. Two swimming pools, a bar and a restaurant means that some days you can just hang around and chill. The staff are all young and really enthusiastic and helpful. They provide towels for the pool too. The bed was really comfy. The shower and provided toiletries very good. Also, there is a fridge in the room and a kettle with coffee and tea provided every day. Room cleaned as often as you want. We got a special deal with breakfast included, two free welcome cocktails and two free 20 minute foot massages. Everyone, also, gets a free welcome drink on arrival which is a nice gesture. Breakfast is a buffet with something to suit everyone, although not a massive selection.

The reception staff speak good English but staff in the bar and restaurant are difficult to communicate with...just brush up on your charades!! There is a tv in the room but no international channels. Our balcony had a table but no chairs to sit, although our aircon fan was there giving out heat so it was uncomfortable to sit anyway.

We have stayed here 4 times now and due to return again in a couple of months. Excellent location as in a quiet area, but easy access to Pub Street etc and friendly Tuk Tuk drivers to take you wherever you want ….Hong and his colleagues are great. The reception team are fabulous as so friendly ,as are all the staff, and good English spoken especially by the manager, Mony. Any request, issues etc are all dealt with promptly and efficiently. Lovely relaxed ambience at the hotel with 2 nice pools and rooms of a good size. Spa is great .

Staff shortages meant erratic house keeping, bar and restaurant times, but this was being addressed whilst we were there . Pillowcases, towels and pool towels are old, worn and discoloured. Restaurant has had a makeover, and in my opinion,has lost it’s traditional feel. The current photos on websites are out of date. Lunch and evening meal choice is really poor compared to what it previously was, especially if you are a vegetarian, so we chose not to eat there in the evening which we used to do.

All the things. Stand were so nice. We asked staff for the tour at Angkor wat and they arranged it perfectly. Breakfast was so-so but considering the cost, it was ok! I'd you stay more than 3 days, that provide the free for massage for 30 minutes and free one cocktail per stay. The location was exceptional. You can go to the pub street (most popular place for foods, markets, massage and night life) in about 15 minutes on foot and also there is a convenience store and massage facility nearby. The place is so calm so no worries for the noise when sleeping. The are 2 pools as well in the property and it was so clean in the room. You won't find anything better than this property in terms of cost.

Nothing. I'd love to stay here again and again

I was only in Siem Reap for a day, but I will definitely be back again! The hotel staff were so warm and welcoming, it felt like I arrived at a relative's house. The grounds had a lot more plants than I expected and it made it feel very natural and relaxing. What I loved best, was that there was a semi-private pool directly outside the backdoor of my room! Overall, an amazing value for the price paid!

Nothing . . . everything exceeded my expectations!

This property and more importantly the staff were absolutely amazing!! From the moment we arrive the lady at reception was welcoming and inviting, we felt so comfortable and she explained everything. The hotel has 2 lovely pools, they have a happy hour from 6-8pm where you can buy 2 get 1 cocktail for free and they included a decent buffet breakfast. The property is located an easy walk to the centre of Siem Reap but not right in the centre so it was nice and quiet at night. The staff also helped us with transfers from the airport and a driver to Phnom Penh. Whilst the rooms are a little dated, the customer services was outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t too much that we didn’t like about the property. The beds were quite hard and we had a room on the ground floor which had a view to a brick wall which wasn’t great, but we were hardly in the room so it didn’t matter.

Great location on the quiet ans peaceful eastern side of the city. Walking distance to the Old Market and the Pub Street. Many good restaurants and food stalls nearby. The property provides free airport pickup and helps arrange a tuktuk to the Angkor complex and other "must see" places(Saren Whatsapp +855 93 345 451). Very helpful hotel staff. Delicious breakfasts a la carte.

I understand that after 2 years of closure, there may be minor shortcomings, but the facility should be refreshed both inside and outside. Cleanliness was not at a decent level.

Staff was always cheerful and ready to help with arranging guided tour, tuk-tuk or to answer all my questions about country and local situation. Breakfast had many options to choose from both salty and sweet and portions were solid, fruit platter was delicious. My room was always quickly and neatly cleaned with all consumables refiled. Free feet massage.

Pool was sometimes not cleaned up at time it opened and there were leaves and dead bugs in it. Internet connection was not rock solid. At times there were problems with bandwidth and ping. Few times I had to ask at reception to investigate connection problems as it was unusable. Cocktail options were really limited.

The staff, the staff, the staff! They were beyond accommodating. Could not praise them highly enough. There were also tuk Tuks parked in the front of the hotel which was so handy, although everything you could need was in walking distance. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The free airport collection or drop off was very much appreciated!

By far, the best of Ladear Privilege Rooms is it's staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and to cater to your every need. You feel you are at home with them. Cambodia has wonderful people, and the staff at this hotel is a prime example of that. We liked also that we were just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from everything (including restaurants and a mini market), while being in a quiet area. You can arrange everything at the hotel, including massages at the neighboring spa (which is owned by the hotel), a tuk tuk driver and a local guide vetted by the hotel (both excellent), reservations for dinner shows, a surprise birthday celebration during breakfast (thank you!!!), etc., you name it. We can't praise Moonie and her team enough, they were incredible! The hotel is great value for money and very clean, we recommend it.

The staff, in particular Moony, was super helpful with arranging everything, such as pick-up from the airport which was also free of charge. They arranged a private car for a trip. Despite the fewer tourists and therefore limited choices for breakfast and dinner the food was great and beautifully decorated. The staff in the restaurant also very supportive. The room is large and direct access to one of the pools is wonderful. I hope that soon the number of tourists visiting Siem Reap increase and I can recommend this hotel which will be betere when the restaurants are back to normal functioning.

Not something I did not like, but once the number of tourists is increasing and more revenue the hotel could use a bit of paint here and there.
