Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre

Room was very clean, large enough for two adults and two kids 8 and 10 years young. All amenities in room very good. Bed very comfortable. We asked for a room facing out the back toward the green grass and the 'bike lift'...didn't get it but as we asked for a room with balcony and paid more for it, we were very happy to get that despite facing the arrival court (with car noise etc.). Better than the first night on the way to Calgary. One more thing: our daughter left her INVISILIGNERS (teeth braces) in a black napkin at breakfast.......of course they were thrown away as they were not seen wrapped in the napkin. After I asked my daugher where they were, we realised that she forgot them at the table. I ran downstairs to tell the breakfast staff.....they (3 of them= left immediately to find them in the kitchen (rubbish bin). I offered to look/search for them but they insisted they do it.....and HOORAY, they returned them all in one piece and all cleaned up :) A MASSIVE THANK YOU , BRILLIANT JOB TO the 3 of you!! Well done.!!! They mentioned this is not the first time this happened , hihihihi, In any case, this meant the world to us. Again a very GRATEFULL AND MASSIVE THANK to the breakfast room staff!!!

we booked this hotel both times (on the way to Calgary and on the way back) with breakfast. We were charged for breakfast the first time (CAD 78.00 plus ) for 1 kid, 2 adults, 2nd kid half price?? or even free?? I made double sure on the way back that breakfast was included.....and despite the check in person CONFIRMING that breakfast was DEFINITELY included , we were still questioned about it.......NOT a good thing. Even the staff admitted, that staff/management get things mixed up..... this MUST definitely be adressed.

The look and feel of the entire resort was welcoming and made us want to come again. The hot tubs and pool were great to relax in and general vibe of the holiday goers was relaxed and we left with a sense that we were missing out on something which was going to happen.

The directions on our Google Maps took us on a scenic route to get to the resort which we changed half way up the dirt/back roads. My recommendation is to stick to the main roads in and out.

Perfect and quiet location; stylish, comfortable & clean rooms; very friendly and helpful staff; competitively priced. Ample underground parking (for 25$). Pool and hottubs all open and working just fine. Excellent value for money.

Every hour'ish, a very loud piece of machinery kicks in for about 20 seconds. Not sure what that was -- the ice maker on the floor below, perhaps?. If you're a light sleeper, you may get one hour of sleep repeated 8 times. This is really too bad because otherwise the hotel is pretty quiet -- thanks to a decent airco and plumbing.

The staff were outstanding, so accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond. The locationis perfect, right in the middle of everything. It is very kid friendly, lots of room for them to run around.

The pool was a little cold and there wasnt enough sunchairs by the pool. The menu options at the restaurant were lacking. it was a little difficult to find our way around. Better signage in the resort would help.

Very smart. Easy parking. Large room. Great facitilites. Charming staff who were super friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

It was quite expensive but presumably that is because they have monotony of location and size compared to other options in Sun Peaks. We felt it was about 20% over priced and at that level we expected breakfast to be included.

The staff were very friendly and they upgraded our room at no charge. All efforts were made to ensure we were taken care of swiftly, and efficiently. The rooms are very nice and clean. Water was hot and pressure was good for the showers.

The pool and hot tub were only open until 9:00. We were expecting 10:00-11:00 like many other properties we have stayed at. Kind of put a wrench in our dinner plans, but, we still made the best of it

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff were very attentive. The location was nice. Ideal for partaking in Sun Peak activities. The room was spacious and clean.

Some parts of the hotel seemed a little worn out. Ice machine didn't work, tub drained slowly, elevator broke (an unplanned travel adventure)

Breakfast was good, buffet only but there were lots of options. The location was great, just steps to everything. The hotel decor is elegant and calming. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of one of the ski hills

An option for a menu at breakfast would have been nice. Expected complimentary bottled water in the room but there was none. Overall we loved our stay.

good location to the village stroll. Hot tub and pool were nice. Comfortable queen beds

we had to ask for an extra set of towels as we were 4 people and there were only 3 sets. There was no hair dryer and when I got one it was faulty so we had to request another.There was no stopper in the tub to have a bath so I requested it be fixed. Parking is $25 night so we parked further away in a residential area where it was no charge.

My family and I liked the pool and how fancy it was. Expert cleaning! the pool was fantastic and so were the hot tubs. My daughters also really liked the breakfast options. The beds were comfy and made us feel at home

There were dead flies everywhere in the pool we believe it should be cleaned more often. the pool was also small so around noon it got crowded. but after all, everything was great
