The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It was in an excellent location with Walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Transportation was also readily available. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, however a self laundering service would have been nice since you must pack likely when traveling. I find it a bit expensive for the hotel to do your laundry. Also a microwave in the room would also have been nice since the price of the rooms were expensive but comparable to the surrounding hotels.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, wifi was reliable. Would happily recommend this hotel.

The "business center" comprised of a single room with a table and a printer. The desks in the bedrooms aren't ideal for working from for several hours, so had a look at the business center room to see if that was any good. Unfortunately there was already someone in there in a virtual meeting, so a colleague and I had to work from a bedroom desk instead. Clearly not a deal breaker, but not ideal either.

The room was incredibly beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, it was quiet, the temperature was easy to control, and checking in and out was easy and quick.

The cleaning was not done thoroughly. There was spilled milk in the bottom of the fridge and someone’s leftover ketchup packets, and I found a used disposable medical mask beside the desk. Upon checkout I was charged more than I was told I would be without warning, however a few days later it did change back to the originally anticipated charge.

I loved the location, right across from the pacific centre mall. Having a stand-up shower plus a tub with a king-size room was perfect. Booking through booking.com, we had breakfast included through Diva at the met restaurant attached to the hotel, and it was delicious and kept costs down a bit. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were fantastic and very polite. I really enjoyed our stay.

Smooth check in with nice rooms, location was great given we were using train to and from Vancouver Airport and still wanted to be in city centre. Had a couple of meals at attached Diva restaurant which offered great service and tasty dishes.

Room was not serviced despite pointing this out to front desk. In the end had to ask for fresh towels and was expected to pay tip for service which should have been completed earlier !

The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional and this was compliment by the professionalism of the staff. Every aspect of the room, the bathroom and the lobby was clean and tidy. It was a great enjoyment staying there.

The only the hitch was that we felt that the staff would of been more accommodating to our request for a late checkout if we booked with them directly.

Room in 5th floor - king bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We got in earlier 10 am, the staff accommodated us - early check in. Great location - walking distance to shopping centers, dining etc. Parking available in basement - easy access and secure. A very friendly, courteous elderly Asian gentleman at the front entrance gave clear walking directions to downtown shopping area, china town, parks, etc. We wanted to thank him but he was not there when we checked out.

A dripping sound woke us up in the middle of the night - very annoying - requiring me to get up but could not find the source. Parking garage in basement was dirty.

We stayed for a week. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Diva restaurant was good quality and our room was spacious, comfortable and the hotel was in an excellent central location.

This didn't lessen our experience but I feel the pool and gym are under utilised. It's rare to find such a central hotel with pool facilities but the area felt unloved and in need of some TLC

Very comfortable bed, beautiful room

Terrible tasting coffee pods for Kerig machine in the room. Bad mildew smell in the bathroom. Torn shower curtain that let water leak all over the floor. No view except for looking into the windows of the ugly office building next door. No shuttle to and from airport. Price too high.
