The room location was perfect - we asked for a view of the harbour and we got it. there was a little sitting area in the window for us to have our morning coffee and watch the boats and planes.

The pool - way too much chlorine. The fridge was useless - too small and nothing really was cold in it. You couldn't put leftovers in it, only a couple of cans of pop and bottles of water. There wasn't a safe in the room either.

The view. The friendly staff. The cleanliness.

You have dogs allowed policy and yet you can’t bring them at the outdoor resto? that’s the only thing I didn’t like about it. It’s 2022. Most people have dogs now and they are family. My dog goes with me all the time. I couldn’t eat even at your outdoor resto because I had to leave my dog in our room which gives her anxiety (different place makes her more anxious to be alone). So we ended up going to a resto outside your hotel that allowed my little corgi next to me while I eat. I hope this policy will have a little revision esp your hotel has the nicest view I have ever seen. It be nice to have breakfast with your bestfuriend while watching the world go by.

The night view is stunning and there are many picturesque places close to the hotel. Hands down, we recommend this facility to anyone looking for a beautiful setting. You will not regret it.

$529 + + for a room in Victoria seemed a little steep when the booking was made, but weighed against the spectacular view, the fabulous staff and the amenities, well worth the price.

Great location, close to downtown, but not too close. Plenty of room to walk around outdoors. Great gym facility. Wonderful view. Room was well kept and housekeeping was excellent.

No option for late night food or room service after 10:00 PM. Returned from a late excursion, and had to walk back downtown to find something to eat. Unusual not to have a small shop on site to purchase confection items and/or toiletries that were needed. Seagulls are a little annoying but that comes with the location and view I guess.

Every time we go to Victoria, I stay at this hotel and absolutely am in love with the location and ocean view rooms they have. And, this time we were there for bc day and watched the fireworks from an amazing distance by our hotel. I have never been able to enjoy fireworks like this before !! When we checked in, I requested the rooms with the big windows ocean view but they didn’t have any available cuz they are limited. But, the following day When I talked to Nicolas, and he made it happen. He is super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with our stay. He’s very professional gentleman guy and I definitely will be staying here again 😊

The parking should be included in the stay and some of the glass windows were dirty.

views were amazing and proximity to things in Victoria, we were able to walk most places. room was nicely renovated and we were treated very well by staff

the only thing is that for the price I wasn’t a fan of two very small things: the toilet paper is extremely thin and cheap and so were our towels but it didn’t dampen our experience just small annoyances

location , and view. Easy to access downtown via Bridge. Enjoyed the viewing balcony from the floor as perfect weather.

The restaurant Lure, had two dinners at the Hotel. The first was Average but having a long drive was fine. The second dinner was one of the poorest presented and cooked. How can you ruin an appy seared scallops! For the location and view the Hotel offers and the price of the menu expectations were not met. Lovely lunch in town with high quality service and menu highlighted Lure's poor standards.

some staff could use a refresher on service. had to really fight for a 30 min late checkout to 11:30. no extra umbrellas. yes there was one in the room but there are 2 of us and it rains reasonably regularly. attitude of a couple of staff members was not service oriented.

Every single staff my Family and I encountered at my 4 days stay at the hotel are just friendly and super helpful. We loved it! The 8pm Story time for the kids was amazing. My little girl LOVED IT that was her highlight. Please keep that going!

We drive an EV so having chargers in the underground parking is a must. When I called before my stay the staff said there was EV Chargers on site. But when I check in that day there isn’t. They said there is 120v socket scattered in the parkade to plug a charger but that is slow and is not the same as a Level 2 Charger. Most hotel and inn have Tesla Wall chargers or Level 2 Chargers at their underground parking and they charge $20/day as well and I can use those chargers at no cost.

We weren’t familiar with Victoria, and guessed that the location would be good. We were so happy with location the view across the bay is as good as anywhere. We love walking and the location is perfect for accessing the downtown core in a few minutes. We also felt safer being just outside the downtown area at night. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and exercise room which was well maintained and very clean. Staff were great and helped us out with any issues that arose. We will stay at the Delta again if we return to Victoria.

Our room was a bit small and the bed was just ok.
